I am a international student from germany and needed to get a car in the US. The whole experience for me to buy a car there was awesome because Chuck and everyone else was trying to help me as good as possible to find the right car and also set up all the other stuff that comes with it. Just bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from there and couldn’t be happier so far with our decision. The customer service and inventory is some of the best as far as quality I’ve seen in VA for used cars. Nick knew we were coming from out of town to purchase so he stayed almost four hours after closing to wait on us and to complete the sale. Had an excellent experience, got towed here on accident thinking it was a repair shop- but within the week I had that car signed over and applied to my down-payment, drove out with my new to me car 10 years newer and 15k fewer miles. This was the only location that we could find within 500 miles that had a sequoia reasonably priced. Our experience was amazing here, the customer service was excellent, and we felt like they were extremely honest with us about the vehicle that we were purchasing. This is a true family owned business, and you can tell by the way they treat their customers. At the end of the day, this family just wants to help you get into a car that best suits you for the right price. Nick also wowed my wife and I by the extensive knowledge he had on all of the vehicles on the lot, who they were traded in by, why he priced vehicles certain ways; and it really helped us feel comfortable with making a purchase from him. We’ve been driving our car for a couple weeks now and it has been exceeding our expectations, so if you are in the market for a used car and want to avoid the sleezy car salesman, and deal with an honest, true family owned business, then I would recommend coming here. They will treat you right and give you the best deal by far.
