I called for a tow and was picked up almost immediately (less than 10 minutes) and then brought to the shop where my car was fixed with in 20 minutes. By far my favorite tow/ auto shop in town!!
Don’t even deserve a star worst people to deal with I asked to see if they tow a vehicle and before I can give information the owner said “I no take it” and hangs up. I call back and asked me why I was calling. I’m sorry but your information is posted online and if your using your personal number to make business calls then please don’t be rude to people when online it the number for us to call.
The worst mechanic place ever!!!! They didn't make any eye contact when you asked if they did inspection. Then he continued to work on the care without helping the customers that were there waiting
It does not work, I do not recommend that you come to me, they left my car badly, I brought it because of a noise and they changed a part that was not and I took it to another place and they told me that they did a bad job.
The worst experienced I’ve had. My truck was in their shop for 6 weeks. None of the work needed for a inspection was completed. Every time I called he would push the completion date further and further.
I was referred here by a friend and they quickly came in and towed my car same day, and fixed it the next day! Very quick and professional service, and affordable too! I really appreciate the work done here and making sure I have a safe and reliable vehicle to drive.
These guys worked on my car a year ago, I have had no more issues with it ever since. Overall, very affordable costs in auto repairs and good ethics :)

Owner of this business is very respectful and helpful! My car broke down in the middle of the road and the owner came and towed my car within 10 minutes. The second time my car broke down the dealer could not fix it so I quickly went to this shop and he fixed everything within a day. Prices are also friendly and reasonable! Recommend this place to everyone!
Very helpful. Had a flat tire and when I came here, I was out in a matter of 5 minutes. He’s very familiar with all types of cars - as per our discussion.
We misplaced the key fob to our rented car, the warning sign did not turn on to notify us about the lost fob, and we were stranded once the car turned off hours away. City Auto Service & 24 Hour Towing were incredible in arriving quickly, driving a long ways to the dealership, and helped us problem solve when the car decided to lock up on itself. I broke down on I81 and gave them a call. I was amazed how fast, courteous and professional the driver was! It was just after hours and the gentleman opened his garage back up to start the repair on my blown wheel bearing. He was able to order the part immediately and got me back on the road right away the next morning. No one else would have been that fast. No one! Great prices, resourceful, and courteous- highly recommend.
Excellent, quick towing service! My insurance wasn't able to find me a tow truck, so I called here and he showed up in a few minutes. Reasonable rate, and was careful with my 4Runner's iffy balljoint to avoid breaking anything else.
