O'Reilly Auto parts is located on Cox Road in Dinwiddie Virginia.
They sell everything from batteries, windshield wipers, brakes, antifreeze and much more. They also sell stuff to clean your car. The store is very clean and the associates are very helpful. I recommend this O'Reilly Auto parts.
I was not impressed with the customer service. Im a customer, not your drinking buddy. Its one thing to be friendly, its another to treat the customer, who you dont know, like a college roommate
The self-service part of the store is good. The service counter staff don’t ever seems to have the part you need in stock. Online parts will get lost. The Manager hasn’t provided merchandise return and discount authority to all his staff. I would be hesitant to recommend this location.
The ladies that worked here were so helpful and kind. We had an issue on the way to the beach and they immediately helped us out. They were very knowledgeable and good company while waiting. 🩷
Great parts store in petersburg with a nice selection of tools/parts infront and behind the counter, whatever they don't have currently in stock they can order and have it in stock the next day usually at 7am, The last guy that was working the store my last visit wasn't the brightest when it came to operating the in-store computer but was fairly knowledgeable about vehicles.
They explained to me that autozone parts are not as good as theirs and they have the same warranty as auto zone, so I see myself going here from here on out! Bye-bye, auto zone
Not only did they sale me an old used, dirty alternator for over $500. The customer service is absolute trash; when I brought the part back in Kim and her associates offered no resolve. Besides ordering one to get in the following day. They showed no remorse at all for my inconvenience, needless to say I will not spend my money at this location ever again.
Denzel was more than helpful with replacing my battery and explaining what was going on. I recommend going to see him with all your auto part needs. Great customer service!!!!
What a crew. The night manager went above and beyond bringing me a new hub for my truck. On the side of the highway to boot. He actually beat the tow truck. I can't praise them enough at this O'Reilly's . Reason I normally only shop the brand.
Customer Service is great. They'll answer questions and give recommendation choices, and they offer Military Discounts.... my auto part purchase location.
I went to O'Reilly's in Petersburg for an issue that I had removing my car battery, and the young man working there went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are in need of any auto parts.
They always have the parts and if they domt they help u find the parts that u need for ur vertical and the employees are amazing and fast and u always want to go back amd get what u want for ur vehicle
