Checked online for parts needed. Website stated parts were available for my vehicle. Once I arrived and asked about the part both counter people.were unprofessional. We don't have that vehicle any longer it was scraped two years ago
WORSE AUTO PARTS IN VIRGINIA!!!! TRASHY BUSINESS. Once you buy a part and no damage is on it went to go return it because it was wrong part for my vehicle and they said they can’t return my $500 or at least return some money back.

Went to return a part that didn’t work out for my truck. Before I bought it they had told me if it doesn’t work out I could come back and return it. When I got there to get my money back and return the part they said that can’t take it back. So know I’m out of $500. Just putting this on here for everyone else who wants to come here and buy parts. Never going to come buy from here again!
I've bought stuff from oak hill for at least 25 years . Good bunch of folks and will do what they can for ya to get you on the other side of the creek. I've had great luck with the engines and transmissions I've ourchased there, as well as things like starters and alternators. You can trust this business you're in good hands.
Bought a part from these guys off eBay. NOS in the box GM part for my Buick, long discontinued from GM. I was thrilled they had one sitting on the shelf collecting dust. Absolutely perfect transaction! They shipped it right to me in New Hampshire. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Buick is complete now!
BEWARE !!!!...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...they are trash... they sold me the wrong parts that didn't fit and refuse to refund me or exchange them for the correct parts.... They told me to go resell them online...SMH.. THIS IS THE WORST SALVAGE YARD IN VIRGINIA !!!!

I can’t say enough about this place! I’ve came a few times and every time welcomes with a smile and helped right away. They pull parts for you and they have a good selection on cars. No one else had the car part I needed because my car is so new and they had two cars just like mine! They also keep inventory so they know exactly what they have not like chesterfield auto where it’s whatever’s out there they have no clue.
