I needed a jump and called Battery Barn very shortly after. I was worried I would have to wait until we were done with this icy weather to get in.. but they were there, had my battery in stock, and were ready for me when I got there! The installation only took maybe 10 minutes. Everyone there was nice, friendly, and helpful! This is my Battery place now. Thanks dad for the recommendation, and thanks fellas for your help!! <3
I had to buy a battery for the car and truck in 1 month. Battery barn had the best prices on batteries. I didn't have to touch the batteries because they were taken out of the trunk and placed in the trunk after my purchase. The staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait long. If I ever need another battery, battery barn gets my business.
Battery barn of Virginia is the best battery place around. You can get used batteries as well as new batteries. They have all sides for all kinds of cars. I go to battery 🔋 Barn every time I need a battery. They have good prices and they are very reasonable. I suggest battery barn for all your battery needs.

My Chevy HHR battery light came on they found that the alternator was bad , they replaced the alternator I picked up the next morning.

Excellent staff, my truck was giving me a hard time starting. Husband sent me there to have the battery checked. They took care of me right away. Check my battery and said I need a new one. Trucks been running great. Thank you gentlemen

I highly recommend this spot and now see why they have such great reviews. Ed and Eric helped me at the front/with billing and were super friendly and helpful. Teddy replaced my battery, and was not only quick and efficient but great to chat with and very informative. Everyone was very transparent. I left with a new battery at a super affordable price, was in and out quickly, and learned helpful auto info all in on stop. This is a great community business, and I’ll be back any time I need another service!

Good people,great costs, they also stand behind what they sell. Once I doubted their batteries, but after having to purchase a battery from them because money was tight, I had an issue, to which they step up to the plate. Whenever I'm in need of a battery, they are my go-to!
Good customer service, they were sweet to both me an my and pup. Honest associates, he reminded me of my warranty with another manufacturer to save $$.
I am a travel healthcare worker on an assignment in VA and needed a new battery for my car. I went to a chain auto parts store to price the battery, and then a coworker told me about Battery Barn. Stopped by and got excellent service, the same battery for about 1/3 of the price that I had been quoted at the other store and was in and out within 15 minutes.
I definitely recommend and will be back if I need any other battery/car needs that they do service.

Thanks to the great guys at Battery Barn! They really looked after me when I ran into issues with a bad battery from a different retailer. Appreciate that everyone I encountered took the time to educate me and offer me guidance. The customer service is top notch!
We were told to bring our golf cart in to have the batteries tested before a recommendation for what to purchase (new or used). No mention of a fee. We did and were told 3 of the batteries were still really strong despite being 4 years old. This test took a week! We wound up purchasing one $50 used battery. But we were charged $60+ in labor for the testing. Seriously! Once we got the golf cart home it ran for 20 minutes. Charged it overnight, same result. Called and were told to bring it back in with the charger. An hour later received a call saying another battery was bad now. We could buy another used one, no guarantees we wouldn't have the same problem or a new set. If we had started with the new ones the labor to install would have been $25. But we paid more than double for the battery test and they would only refund the $50 when we purchased new. Honestly I would have purchased the batteries outright and installed myself if I hadn't been told to bring the cart in for testing. I was informed labor is non refundable and has to be charged if they touched a golf cart. I went without my cart for over a week. I spent my time and gas taking my cart all the way there twice. I am very dissatisfied, will never return, and will spread the word about the bad service to everyone I know and everyone I see with a golf cart when camping.
This place is top notch. I always have great service from the employees that are very knowledgeable about all the products and services they offer. Fairly priced in the atmosphere itself makes you want to come in and shop and be a repeat customer. I'll be shopping here for a long time.
Even though they are currently under renovations, they are making the best of a bad situation. They can still get the items that you are looking for and during your wait, they are very apologetic about the condition and the delay. There prices are some of the greatest that I've seen and I will definitely shop there again. Keep up the great work guys.
