No Honsty No Decency , here is my story with tri city Truck & Trailer Repair .Broke down on the road they came and fixed the problem. I paid them in full the fix was temporary just to get me back on the road charged alot of money but I had to pay had no choice. 3 months later sent them by mistake $500 meant to be sent to another mechanic so I called them to return the money sent by mistake through zelle they said will look into it and will call me back Never happened they dont answer my calls or messages No Honesty No Decency I will stay away from them and never give them buisness again.

They were great to work with. We had a problem with our travel trailer and we were broken down on the side of the road. We got immediate assistance from them. While they worked on our camper, they sent us text updates and got us back on the road.

I was broke down at t/A in Ashland va.i call this people i told them I need electrical good mechanic they send me clean mechanic not even with truck services truck he can with his computer I told him is not issue with the engine is electrical 3hrs I tool him check realy a front where is trl fuses is reley making noise he goes to his shop 3 realy come back put it on truck star up but not working windows no speed light on for engine abs on up hill lights on truck will not drive more them 5milles hr I call him I told him he told me take it to volvo get up date with computer and truck will be good and if not I will be ecu .we'll I took it to volvo they put truck in shop early morning check what was wrong with truck was he put used realy charge me for new realys went they was no good that why truck will not run right also this people told me it will cost me $150 deposit and $150hr it lees them two hrs I will have to paid i said okay but I need good electrical mechanic they said they got it my bill with this scanners was for$1014.00 for 3hrs of nothing this why we need to watch wow will come for road services this guy dont look like mechanic so if they put good coment on review they doing that.drivers don't used this tri city repair they are scanners I send them msg yesterday about what was wrong they did answer my msg or they did not pick up phone.not on me or the owner where I work he call them he told them if they don't call him he was going to stop payment on them but don't worried the send wait I put this review I going to put complaints to better business berue.send them they bill and volvo bill, volvo in Ashland are berry good mechanic they put my truck check it road text and only charge me $525.00 . So I was broke down at Nestle Purina 1301 West Hundred St Chester Va the other day October 15th 2024. I had 2 different road side service companies come out to try to fix the issue. But failed. I won't mention names. So I took it into my own hands to call a 24 hour road side service company to fix me up. So Tri City Truck and Trailer Repair came out actually very promptly! Which is a plus in my book. They got me fixed up with in an hour or so. He was really friendly. So 5 stars for me in my experience with this Repair company.

Mane I swear if I had ten trucks he would be the only person I deal with awesome work didn’t try to beat me up on the price and made me comfortable with what needed to be done. It’s rare to find a company who’s honest and don’t try to upscale you on the work you need done my brother Key sent me

If you have any trouble, and you want to get back on the road fast, these guys are extremely reliable. It good to know that there’s still some good people out here. I told him I had trouble with my alternator when I called them it damn near was midnight. They picked up the phone and told me they will be there first thing in the morning and that’s exactly what happened. Got me back on the road on Friday fast enough For a chance to Have a decent weekend.
