This company is the worst. They are very misleading. When they send the estimate its one price showing what work is being done parts etc. Once the work is done is prices was $1100 higher than the estimate,they added services that was not on the estimate

Unfortunately, I have to express my negative opinion of the guys working at this shop. They delay the work, make false promises, and after the work was completed, I was stopped on the road because they forgot to install the gasket and fastener, and I had to repair it again.

They are not good don’t go there if you had Sami truck the place is too small for truck and trailer they said 24hrs that isn’t true no communication them self no one know who you call why are u. Coming to the place be careful

This place is worse because they try to scam customers with a big price for no reason, they told ohhh I bought a hose for 540 dollars when I told them please provide me the receipt they sent the fake receipt to me ,please don't call them for ur truck repair because they are a scams. If you really buy something 1h ago why you can't provide a receipt, date on the receipt didn't match, everything is fake like the company

$915.00 for a roadside and broke wire on on of my trucks today was told it was a relay so he had to go get one when my driver called back he said relay was not the problem. They then found a broke wire by the lift pump repaired it total of 21/2 hours 165.00 for the roadside 165.00 a hour and came up with a total of 915.00 the math aint mathing and people wonder why I don’t trust so called mechanics absolutely insane this day and time. 0 stars not available

This shop is a rip off. They told me how much it will cost to replace my truck radiator but inflated the amount by $500 + more than was quoted. Run From this shop if you need any repairs done on your truck

Try to stay away from this shop. They used tricks to steal your money. If you don’t buy the part from them they’ll double the price and they keep playing with the contract. They make the driver sign a contract only for them to make another contract for that driver to sign so they can abuse loop holes and they charged me more then what they asked for even when I got the parts. They are not amigos, they’re enemies.

If I could put 0 stars I would do it. Avoid this company at all cost. Completely unprofessional company. Overcharge for everything. They even added extra $500 on my bill for picking up my truck on Sunday even though I called a day earlier and they said it is fine, but on Sunday they told me they closed. "24hr Amigos" says on your company name and on google it doesn't say you are closed on Sunday. Employee called me a an idiot after I tried to dispute a charge. Please read all the reviews before you go there. Do not make the same mistake we did. I also include the screenshots of the bill. In response to this review he said that we requested to pick a truck at 3am which is a lie. We picked the truck after 10am. I am attaching a screenshot of a text message at 9.55am when we sent EFS codes. Another proof that this place is a bunch of liars.

Don't ever go to this shop, I will not, after today. They sai 2h for road service, but charge me 3h and call out fee. They worked 6h on my truck but charged me gor 12h. They don't comunicate so they can scam everybody.

I had a great experience at Amigos commercial truck shop. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to diagnose the issue with my truck. They kept me informed every step of the way and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done on time, and my truck is running better than ever. It's hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but these guys have definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend to anyone in the trucking industry looking for reliable service and fair prices!

SCAMMERS! Avoid this company at all costs. They appear helpful at first, but in the end they massively overcharge. I was billed over $5,000 for a simple repair that should have cost far less.

Warning warning!!! This people are scammers they came to my truck to fix something easy and they couldn’t even fix it and later called them told them that they didn’t fix right and the owner name Wesley he told me they gonna come to me and fix it but not they run with my money and he doesn’t answer my phone full of liar crappy people work here . They charge me over 700 to fix an air valve one hr job . And they are not professional. Do not call them for it’s better to call TA . I made a mistake calling them before I look to there reviews. Bad people. Bad place stay away from them .

They were extremely helpful in locating the parts I needed for my truck, and they made every effort to ensure I received them as quickly as possible. Their customer service was exemplary, particularly regarding the information about my truck. I would 100% recommend their services.

They're good people overall and get the job done. They helped me out with discount when I most needed it because I didn't have enough money to pay for my repair. In the meantime the bill was outrageous $4916 for a drive shaft replacement, I honestly believe it's a scam, not happy at all, they shouldn't be overpricing and overcharging people. Honestly just stay away from this place or you'll be mad at yourself and the world when you get your final bill. As an advice, ask how much it's going to cost you for your breakdown before they touch your truck so you'll know ahead of time before they drop a bomb over your head. Sincerely Gracias

Please truck owners stay away from this place. They charged me $ 2500 towing for a total of 47 miles when I was told $160 per hour at time beginning. My total was almost $5000 Plus take four days to replace an air dryer They will overcharge you and waist your valuable time like you have nothing else to do but seating and wait… unfair business The so called owner or manager is very rude, argumentative, disrespectful and doesn’t like to answer questions.

Blew a front trailer tire on 18 Wheeler at 5:45AM on I-295 in Richmond,VA yesterday morning (Thursday). Called and was told they'd be there at 8, told them I wanted 2 New tires, no Recaps. He said it's $160/ hr for service call, I figured maybe 2 hours. When they finally showed up at 10AM I was informed it was a Minimum 3 hrs $480. Tech couldn't get 1 tire to bead up, NOT MY PROBLEM But got charged for 4 Hrs on bill, plus disposal fee plus Adim charge plus ETC!!! $1410 for 2 cheap china tires. NEVER AGAIN, TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!

Warning stay far away from this place. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt unfortunately their crooks and thieves. Had a clutch replaced 2 months ago that went bad in my semi. Paid another $4.300 to replace it. They blew up my $1000 lithium battery and my $2000 inverter. They called me after I paid my bill and stated We blew up your battery but we replaced it for you at no cost. I go to pick my truck up and there's a regular used battery in my truck that will barely start it up. There was a warning card on my battery and outside my battery box saying do not put jumper cables on this battery and when they did it blew everything up. Owner has been giving me the run around for over a week now I have pictures and videos that I would be posted up shortly. Not to mention the owner was very disrespectful to my wife on text messages that I will also post. Stay far far away from this place. They have cost me a lot of money to go back over their work as well as lawyer fees and court fees. Trust me this guy is a thief and I had no 12 V batteries in my truck. This guy talks a lot of smack but he can't back it up. He will know soon when he gets this big bill. You might treat your other customers like this but trust me you're not gonna get away with it with me. Also look how dirty and used the wrong battery they put in on the left.

scammers!!! beware! They didn’t do anything, but they demanded money. They promised to do it on Monday, I left the trailer on Monday, when I came back they said that they had not found the spare parts. I wanted to leave. They blocked my trailer and asked me to pay for allegedly misrepresenting the spare parts. stupid manager.

Worked with Josh and Dave. Friendly people. Diagnosis was right and accurate. Repair was done 100% right. Charges were reasonable. 100% satisfied with the service.

One star for being there on time. I don’t know why they named the company “Amigos” they are far from that. Should be named SCAMMERS. They charged us $690 for 2 O rings and a fitting. $300 to go to you(back and forth) even though they were 20 minutes away. Then $150 for the service call and $150 for 1 hour service. $50 for the parts plus tax. And there you have it. Do yourself a favor and don’t call them. This is a response to the lame reason It wasn’t midnight when we call and this is the first time in 6 years that a road service charged us “from port” fee. That’s a scam!!

Deserve zeros stars. The guy running the shop Josh is a scammer and con artist. He told me I needed the batteries for APU to be fixed. He charged me $145 for each battery where the actual price from the same place he picked them up is $109 each. He didn’t even install the right batteries and my issue didn’t get fixed and still charged me the full price and he didn’t tell me he doesn’t take credit cards. He had his van behind my truck so I don’t leave before paying. What a scumbag

I broke down on 295, limped off the hwy and eventually made it to a parking lot. I lost track of how many shops I tried that couldn’t help me (some would have, but their techs were tied up-understandable) Amigos sent Felix out, he helped me figure out what was wrong, he fixed it and we were back on the way. Pricing was disclosed ahead of time and they honored it. I would not hesitate to use them again. And 2 thumbs up for mi amigo Felix!
