Kody Sloan is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with during unfortunate times when I've needed a tow. He is fair with his prices and all around a great friend when your in need. I had a small problem with my vehicle today and I called Sloans towing he answered on the second ring gave me a fair weekend price which as much as I didn't want to part with it I'd rather it go to someone I know then just another crappy tow truck driver. Kody came personally and told me 15 minutes. He was there on time. Hooked my car up in less than 15 minutes followed me to my house and dropped it off right out front. Paid him he wrote me receipt and done NO HASSLES NO BULLSHIT. SLOANS TOWING IS AWESOME WHEN YOUR IN A BAD SITUATION. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. The 2.1 rating DOES NOT reflect the service I received and you will receive. Great guy great service. A+ when your in need of a tow.. THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD GO!
I had a very bad experience with Nobles 2 Towing Service. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve dealt with many people in my life, but I have never experienced this level of disrespect.
We also noticed changes in the car, which made us feel like someone had been inside it. On top of that, they seemed to delay releasing the vehicle on purpose, possibly to charge extra fees.
If your car ends up there, I honestly wish you good luck—you may have a very unpleasant experience. I’m really disappointed and would not recommend this place at all.
If you have an option. go with someone else. I needed my car towed for an emergency. It was towed back to his lot, and he wouldn't tow it from there to the mechanic because "we don't do that" which meant I needed to find another tow service to move my car AGAIN. HE required I make an appointment to pay in person, either I was paying with cash or card and informed me that paying by card would result in a 20% added cost.
My wife showed up with cash in hand and he was apparently rude and unprofessional. When she walked back to the car, one of its hubcaps was inside the car. She asked what happened and he said "it must have come off when I moved it." She asked if he was going to put it back on and he just said "we don't do that." So apparently, towing vehicles back to their wooded unprofessional lot IS something they do, but doing them to mechanics is not. Knocking off hubcaps IS something they do, but putting them back on isn't. You can do better.
I called this establishment to see if they had any cars for sell and the man stated “how many times you goin g to call here, stop calling me” I tried to explain this is my first time EVER calling! The man told me I was lying and hung up in my face! Very unprofessional, very rude!
he’s owns the company by himself, just civil sue him. nobody in the area is charging and working unprofessionally like he is and his unprofessionalism is unmatched 325 compared to 80 dollars. thats all i gotta say
Absolutely horrible to work with. Will prevent you from retrieving your items and will do whatever they can to get money or any type of valuables out of you. Makes the county and local police department look incompetent and corrupt. Avoid at all costs.
My truck got stuck on the side of the road. I was going to pull it out next morning, but public safety officers had it towed for safety reasons even though I was well off the side of the road.(Lesson learned, If you have to leave your car on the side of the road unattended, try notifying authorities and it probably won't get towed. Duh) The company was easy to work with, met me early the next morning, and were very nice. It’s not their I left my truck unattended overnight. They are just doing their job and the county is paid as well from your proceeds (or city). They have a contract to help get cars after accidents which is a public service that goes unappreciated or parked illegally. Someone’s got to do it. If not them another company will. Don't park in private lots with those tiny "will tow" signs in the back of the lot when in a hurry or lazy after hours and you won't have to deal with it. If you really want to have a bad day just leave an unregistered vehicle in a tow zone.
Had my car towed because of expired registration. They were so rude and nasty. I am a single mom of 4 sons and called the next morning they tell me $325. Its a pandemic i just found a job now I have no way to get there. I will not recommend thrm they are heartless.
They are holding my hostage because I don't live in Petersburg. They lied to my face when I was picking my things up after my daughter's accident. Now they're telling the claims department that they're closed and can't get the car until Monday again. They said the same thing to me last weekend. DO NOT use them.
These people were terribly rude and in compassionate. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with any type of business, company, or otherwise. They dont care about customers just the $dollars. Horrible...horrible

This is the worse towing company ever. Do NOT use this company please. Call elsewhere this place is a joke and he's a scam artist. Don't know how he's still in business.
Good people: A towing service is exactly that, a TOWING SERVICE. If you want your car diagnosed and/or repaired on the spot you need to call a mobile mechanic, not a towing service. If you have been in an accident and the police call a towing company to have your car recovered & towed off the roadway you can NOT get your stuff out and then abandon it with the towing company and "call it even". If you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle you will not have to concern yourself with towing & property damage charges because you would be covered, if you have liability insurance you roll the dice every time you get behind the wheel. If YOU wrecked your car, ran it out of gas, ran the battery dead, etc. and now it's blocking the roadway don't expect a towing company to provide service at 80's pricing. The average cost of a new tow truck is 70k - 140k, + commercial insurance and company overhead, let that sink in for a minute.
***Warning*** DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! We were severely over charged and sued for more than the worth of my car. They have no compassion. My car was totaled and they charged me over $1500 to tow and another $1,500 for storage on a totaled vehicle. They don't allow you to retrieve your items and they will not release the address to where your car is being held. I regret trusting them in my time of need.
