the service was excellent really down to earh staff my truck was pretty gone and he got me going very quick for how many parts i needed! i highly recommend these guys if you want honesty and that's a fact
Awesome place, nice people and they help you to find the parts needed for your vehicle. If not they tell you otherwise and they treat you with the upmost respect.
They made me wait for a part that was never sent. Then when i asked why couldn't they have called me earlier instead of making me wait the whole day for nothing. They told me they couldnt do business with me if i couldnt make the drive. This is after i called 2 days before as they assured me the part would be sent. TERRIBLE customer service dude was just soo rude on the phone. Im sure asking for a manager would have done nothing..

I'm sure these guys know me as the eclipse guy bc they're the only ones in the Houston area with a 2g Mitsubishi eclipse. I thought I needed a new alternator and they gave it to me but when it turned out to be an unplugged wire I returned the part. Well 3 months down the line I needed a window. I had lost the receipt for 50$ credit but they remembered me and honored the credit. These guys are super cool and helpful. Will be coming back for sure next time I need anything!!!
