The tow truck man they sent to pick up my car said he’ll be here from 11:30am to 12pm , I called him at 12:02 no answer, so I call fatbuck cash junk cars and they said he was otw and should be here in a few , then the tow truck driver calls me and says hes running late and I say okay around what time you’ll be here because I waited from 11:30/12:19pm because you said you’ll be here at 12 and I have other things I have to take care that will take up my day , the tow truck driver tends to say it’ll be an hour an hour and a half , that’s very unprofessional, then he said let me call my boss to see if they can send someone else , I say don’t worry about it I’ll find another place to buy my car he tends to be really rude and hang up , I would not recommend this place at all to no one , because they are unprofessional and don’t care about your time and do not stick to there words .
