Rude staff and calling them is a joke they hardly answer and when they do they quickly put you on hold for over 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere!
Called ahead, said they had the parts in stock, explained that I had to drive 2 hours, they said no problem we have them in stock ready to go, got here, waited around for 45 minutes just to find out that they don't have it and that they'd already crushed the car. Total waste of time! Take your business elsewhere!
I called to check if my parts were ready to pick up before going and they had said yes. But when I arrived I had to wait another 30 mins because they said they were waiting on the parts.....so I called for nothing and wasted my time there while some were just talking to their friends instead of helping customers. While waiting I heard them ask about my parts/order about 3 times so communication between them is obviously not efficient. After they told me my order was ready and to go to the gate we had to wait even longer, once we went through the gate there was no one waiting and then when a guy came up and asked why we were there and asked for my receipt he was confused and had to go inside and ask again. Found the parts we needed but awful service.
One of the few places that actually carry hybrid cars. I’m the only hybrid specialist in Houston and things are picking up. I did not put a five star because on my last visit the parts puller broke the part while taking it off the car. They referred me to another shop who did the same thing and broke the part I needed. I ended up ordering it online. I would say the place is pretty good they help you locate part for free if they don’t have it.
EXTREMELY RUDE - all the staff is lazy and doesn’t even greet you when you walk in the door - TONY the manager acts like he’s doing ME a favor by me asking them for a part. Pitiful behavior for a local company! SMH
Also - check out this sign. It doesn’t matter how polite and sweet you are- the manager is so rude. Doesn’t even look up when you say hello lol

I bought a part that was supposed to be delivered, I never got it for almost 2 months, called and called for several times and even spoke with the so called manager Michael but only for him to send me back to the attendant because he can’t fix the problem. Terrible set of people.
That place is prejudice. I stood in line for 15 minutes and they waited on all the Mexican man. I’m a white lady. I will never go back there again. They just lost $600 worth the sales never ever neither will My Friends.
I was given Ivan’s name at Manuel’s to find a jeep rim. When I arrived, Ivan was the first to greet me, and asked how he could help me.
I told him the specifics of my car. He looked up his selection and matched a rim to the photo I had.
He made a radio call and told me the rim would be here in a few minutes. After a while, one of his assistants came out with the rim. After I paid, he carried it to my car. 😎🙏🏼💜
Service was top notch. On top of that, the women’s restroom was the cleanest restroom I have ever seen, in a mechanic’s service shop.

They don't care about customers. Unless you speak the same language as them. I got looked over e times before I was helped. And when they did help me, the first guy yelled over to another guy. Said something in Spanish to him, then pulled out his phone and opened tik tok or something similar. After I waled to the second guy. He didn't day anything to me for about 5 minutes. He took several calls, and helped a few other customers. I asked about my part and he said to wait. I had ordered ahead and paid ahead. They ended up giving me the wrong part, mademe wait extra for nothing and barly wanted to serve me at all.
They are liars, don’t go there! For couple times I call them for a part and I ask about the condition they said it’s perfect and when I got there it was destroyed as for the first time and they doesn’t have it the second time. I drove like one and half hours

Gave it 1 star just because I had to but the service was awfully terrible. I waited 1 hr only to get nothing. I asked after 30 min where the order was and they said "soembody in the back should be getting it". For an hr that was their only justification for taking so long and didnt go check on it. I ended up leaving the place because they kept telling me to just wait. The part I was going for did not take 1 hr long to remove.
If you call you will get one price and if you call back to confirm you will get a different price. The wait is ridiculous they have multiple workers and don't utilize them. They are not exactly thriving in the customer service department.
If you are desperate for a part I would say go for it
I received quick service along with a quality product. I had a mirror shipped and it arrived in perfect condition. It’s a little dirty from the packaging, but nothing that can’t be cleaned.
Buyers Beware of this place. They will intentional sell you a bad parts and swore that the parts is good, knowing that the parts is bad and damaged and when you take it back, STORE CREDIT ONLY
Manuel's become too big to care.
These guys used to do reasonable business and maintained good relations with its clients but now are all the opposite.
I have noticed lately, the benefits to do business here is simply way risky and sometimes ridiculous as they can become to be. Its enough reading the policy they have -read it before buy- to get a better clue about this guys cause you may be paying their own mistakes, poor handling, irresponsibility when pulling auto parts for you and its worse when they sell you untested items knowing they those are broken or already returned by other unhappy customer.
Keep in mind that you may be charged, as others before you, a percentage out of the full price you paid. They call it "warranty" but in fact, for them it's just another way to make profit.
Also, they don't care if you are a client, they can changed the price without hesitation forcing you to buy it or simply leave empty handed and mad with them for not keeping their own word. Same it goes with hold ups, ridiculous waiting time, etc.
I really hope Manuel's can take care of his own business in the "right proper manner" especially with the so call "store credit" and "customer service".
Dude, if you can't replace the "untested", "broken" or defective item, then you are selling junk not an used auto part so dont be a ... and just refund the whole money amount. And then stopped fooling people around who have just enough money to fix their so necessary transportation.
If you lose faith in humanity, at least have faith in your own personnel, at least in one of them to let him/her run your business with fairness. Have dignity, dude.
In my opinion, dear potential buyer, buy here only if is convenient to you. Think in yourself over them. Its just business. Otherwise, just scratch them off from your list -as I did- and try next door.
Besides this is a big town with a bunch of many other options to buy used parts, buying new or online it can be a way better experience. Just try it.
Paid good money for a simple transmission. It took 2 days to remove it and when I called before closing I was told everyone already left and couldn’t allow me to load my own transmission after driving to the other side of town. Will be telling people to not do business with them. Cost me a 3rd trip
This place has poor customer service and quality. I called in the morning and they confirmed that they have the parts ilclooking for. Told them I'm on my way. When I get there, I had to wait for 1.5 hours only to find out that the part I need was damaged to begin with. Somethibg which could have been checked upfront and avoided. Make matters worse, they don't have control of customer coming in, friends of shop seem to get preferable services ahead of rest. I would rate this place a 0 if I can.
Junior is the best. The best organized used car parts ever. Very clean and safe. The prices are so reasonable.

I drove an hour to get to this part house. And I definitely wish there was a negative start to give them. I called a day before to ask if they had a part in stock and I was told that they did have it and that they would charge me $50 for it. Please don't waste your time driving to this place because they will assure you they have the part and leave you hanging. It's not worth the drive nor your time. I wouldn't have mind their bad language while I was waiting sitting down for 30 minutes inside for a part they didn't have, but I do mind their bad customer service.
Order this item on May 9th, they did not ship it until May 15th. Jennifer stated she would expedite it as Fabian forgot to send it out the week before. They shipped it ground, offered no reparations or apologies. The item arrived, poorly packaged. The item was in VERY poor conditions. Tony was a delight... He hung up on me when I asked him if there was a warranty on this item. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!
