Genie Towing did not disappoint. Customer service, price everything was on point. From the time we called and got loaded was less than 20 minutes. The gentleman that picked us up, Mr.Lionel, was an absolute angel. He was so kind and friendly. If we ever need a tow truck again, we will definitely be using Genie Towie. Moe was professional and did a great job. He took the time to get the break release on my gear shift unstuck to get my vehicle on and off the tow truck without damaging it. They showed up quickly and got me to my mechanic before they closed. I will call them again if ever need a tow.

We received help from Mr. Bernie. He was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The trip was 50 miles and very reasonably priced! He was very careful with our truck and eased our nerves on how we were feeling about it! I will forever call them in case of need. Bernie went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was delivered to the dealership. Despite the battery not receiving any charge, and the vehicle’s parking brake being locked, Bernie found a way to safely load the vehicle on his truck. Once at the dealership, he kept me informed as to where he dropped the vehicle and to whom he spoke to and left the keys with. His level of communication was excellent. Call them for a quote to tow my car. Got the quote in seconds and he towed my car that day and they offer cash or Zelle for their customers too. My car was towed to an auto shop. Very affordable and profession. Definitely will be coming back if I need another tow!!!
Genie Towing is a sham and a scam of a business!!!
I was supposed to have a car picked up at 8:00a.m., we were told 120 min., they didn't show!
We called to find out where the tow truck was? They then charged us $24.00 for coverage difference because our roadside assistance only covered $100.00. Were told it would be there in 4 hours. We told them that you told us 120 min., 2 hours! They then said "Well, it's gonna be 4 hours"... Then they hung up on us!
My wife called the number back and they told her that they canceled the pickup, had a attitude about us calling back asking about the truck's E.T.A..
Tried to call back to reach out someone else that didn't have a attitude about asking about "doing their job ", but it was the same guy (wouldn't give us his name), there is only that guy answering the phone.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!
If you don't like your job that deals with customer service, give it to someone else that has a professional demeanor!!!

My insurance road side assistance sent me a text stating that this company would be assisting me with my flat. I called the number provided to see if it would actually take one and half hour to get to me. I explained the Mr Alvarez that I was on the the side of the highway with my child on a dangerous spot. I was scared because it was nighttime and my daughter was in the back seat. He rudely told me that I could call another tow truck and hung up on me. What kind of man does this to a women and child. Shame on you Mr Alvarez.

I didn’t want to hassle with going through my insurance tow services. Slow responses in past. So I just pay it and submit receipt to be reimbursed. This tow service was the 2nd one I called. I used genie towing twice one last time when my vehicle was stranded on freeway due to tire problem. I called and not even 10 mins they arrived. And yesterday I needed to tow my car that was damage due to water. Prices are good and they’re service is great. I definitely recommend this business.
After a long painstaking day getting my car from a car storage yard, had to deal with more car troubles. Completely broke down on the gulf freeway. Literally was calling from tow company to tow company. Could not get any help. Then there was Genie towing. Tow my car from the gulf freeway to humble tx for $210. Guy left my car with the keys in the cup holder. No damage to my vehicle. Tow truck was capable. Timing was direct. He was there when he said he was going to be there.
I was stuck in the middle of the freeway at rush hour, and my roadside membership truck never made it. Genie Towing made it from Baytown to 45 South at Ellington in 35 minutes! I was so happy to see that red truck! Actions speak louder than words!
Stop researching other towing companies and call Genie Towing now. I was stranded at a store with a dead battery on my motorcycle. Genie Towing answered immediately and provided fair pricing. The driver arrived quicker than expected. He was respectful and kind. He offered to jump my battery but i wanted to have the bike towed instead. I was impressed with his knowledge in getting the bike on the flatbed truck and securing it safely. He treated my bike like as if it was his own. Got my bike to the destination safely. After a few questions he gave a quote for the service and ATA. From there everything was great service until the end! I truly recommend it!’
I was really stranded in a bad spot in traffic and in the rain. I called a service recommended by a friend, and was told it would be over an hour. Since I was an obstacle to traffic, I searched for another service and found Genie Towing. The driver was literally there 5 MINUTES after I called. He tended to my personal safety first, getting me safely in his truck. He towed me off the highway first, then made a suggestion that saved me an extra tow. When we got to the dealership, he stayed with me until I was connected with the service manager. Then he unloaded my vehicle under cover so I could unload the things I needed without getting wet. I recommend Genie Towing.
I waited for 3 hrs for Echo Towing to come out to help me with my stalled vehicle thru my insurance’s Roadside Assistance service, and they never showed up. Even after numerous calls & atempts. The same insurance company escalated my claim due to unresponse time and they called Moe with Genie Towing. The Insurance Company gave me an ETA of 20 mins for Genie Towing’s arrival. He was there in 13. He was a lifesaver!!! After 3 hrs of waiting in Houston heat stalled, he was MY hero of the day. Not only was he better than prompt, he was fast, and knowledgeable and curteous. As he was pulling his chain’s out to hook up my truck he asked what was wrong with it. I told him I couldn’t shift gears and mentioned what my husband thought it was. He got under the steering column to ck & then under my truck and pointed out my problem. I was about to spend $200 on a part that I didn’t need!! He mentioned it was only a $5 fix! (He was ultimately correct. The part cost me @ $7 with tax!!!!) he towed me to my house and relayed the Same advise again. He is definitely one in a million! You don’t get service like this anymore, anywhere!!! Moe, i appreciate you and your service. You were literally a life saver for me today. Moe is the BEST!! Me personally, I don’t know what I would do without him! Genie towing is like no other towing company in Houston! In my profession, I have to work with a lot of towing companies and they are all out to tow ur car for some bs reason!! Honestly to just make money!!
