I needed a starter for my Mazda tribute these guys nailed it I installed it and it started my engine like barely turning it over. Customer service was awesome I got my part in less than 5 minutes. These guys are awesome 😎👍
I have done business with them for decades. They have honest prices. They are always my first stop for used auto parts. If Best doesn't have what I need and I am forced to go to close-by places, I usually find what I want but I am usually insulted, overcharged, and treated rudely.
I recommend coming here to this place since they find any parts you are looking for your vehicle and my experience here was great and the price was awesome so I will come back again
Got a part from there for a Nissan and when the part broke within the 30 day warranty, found out, you only get a Store credit which would be another part that may or may not work you do not actually get your cash back
Called and got a price for a motor but when I asked him how many miles was on it they said they would call me back and never did. Not good customer service
This is one of the few yards where I can always find what I need. The clerks that work the counter are always helpful and friendly and they always have good if not fair prices. I highly recommend checking this place out for all of your auto part needs. If you ask for Lee and tell him Art sent you you just might get a price that will make you smile.

This is the best place in the world to go for used parts... My buddy's Lee and Woody always takes great care of me... They always have great parts and I've never had a problem with anything I've purchased...
I wouldn't recommend try this place at all they are soo rude! I bought a part for my SUV and to they sold me the wrong part which didn't fit my vehicle. Then they have the nerve to ask to see my vehicle so they can show me how it should be put on. They should of been apologizing for selling the wrong part and having to go through the trouble of taking my part off and on for nothing! The part was not even for my vehicle but for a different one. I took them to the part back and they refused to give me a refund despite the fact that it was their fault so I left the part there. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner but the rude people I have spoken with always say that he is not in. I basically paid for something I didnt get. I'm reporting these people to the BBB they should just be shut down.
Bought a complete set of tires with over 90% tread. They are Cooper Brand. Best not only gave them to me at a great price, they also provided excellent customer service. Will call these guys first.
Worst people ever. We are a dealership, that has done business with them before. Had a part delivered, we unloaded it, paid for it and got a receipt. All of a sudden the driver is upset because they needed a core. The core no one said needed to be ready, no problem we will get it ready for you as soon as the mechanic comes back from lunch. Well that was not good enough for them they decided to call the cops, because 1 hour was not fast enough for them. Lets not forget the receipt/invoice says cores need to be returned within 7 days or the warranty is void. 7 days to get the core to them, but they cant wait 1 hour. The people here must have some major issues!!! The cops just laughed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD service and RICHARD is the BAD one there!!

They were fast and friendly! Took me inside their yard and saw maaaany different parts and they had the EXACT parts that i needed, very interesting environment over there also. Enjoyed the whole process! People there are friendly!
As with all stores like this you roll the dice if part don't work. With that being said this has been the main store that has the parts I need everytime I've called. Most other stores don't have the parts I need. So I give this store props
