Great experience with supreme towing, they showed up when they said they would they charged the price they said they would. I'm going to save their phone number.
Everything was great....John was on time....The fee was reasonable. My only complaint is that there was no kind of documentation (Virtual or otherwise) offered by the driver to verify services. I had to give my vehicle & keys to someone I didn't know without supporting documentation. It was a weird feeling.
Called for a quote to get a jump for my car. Was down the road at Walmart, in the parking lot. They told me $89 for the service call, which I had to pay over the phone with my card. PLUS $20-40 for the jump itself. Needless to say, I didn't use their service.

this albanian dude (the tow truck driver) treated my pride and joy magnificent, i bottomed out on my chevy pick up because my compressor went out so i couldn't air up my truck, so it was hard & difficult to get on the tow truck.. having the frame of my truck inches away from the ground since i have airbags.

Don’t spend your money here , they had me sitting waiting for 1 hour I called they said the driver was nearby he called and said he was 45 minutes away , when I canceled the service they still charged me I called back and they kept hanging up on me when I asked about the charge and the guys in the background laughed about it and hung up . Bad company bad service don’t waste your money here , I promise u there’s plenty of other places .
I urge you to not use this company unless you have money to throw away. They will ask for credit card information before they arrive. I waited about 50 minutes for them to arrive. I was charged for services i did not request.

Tow/Hook Fee - $90.00
Safety - $65.00
Admin Fee - $32.00
Special Equipment - $75.00
Mind you this was a standard tow on my car. Best part was they only towed it 2 miles.

Do no waste your time or hard earned money with this place. They ask you for your credit card info so they can charge you no matter if they help you or not. I will never recommend or use there services again!!
Don't tell the whole story up front, wait till they have your vehicle on the truck and slam you with the rest of the story.and then hits you with a bunch of xtras. Left a bad taste all the way around. I will never refer them to anyone, ever.
Great company, was fast and reliable. Driver showed up on time and was actually nice and respectful. Last time i had to get towed it was a complete opposite experience, so this was a breath of fresh air
Worst customer service you can ever ask for asked for a simple quote and they already wanted to send someone out right away i asked how much it would be for 30 miles and tells ME to do the math after i told him it was to much he asked me how much i was trying to spend i told him atleast 20 dollars cheaper than what was quoted and he just hung up
I decided to give them a shot after all the bad reviews I saw, just to take the surprise that all the unsatisfied customers with 1 star review were correct. I called them & dispatcher quickly told me they were going to be able to help me. I was told to send a picture to wreckers personal cell number & that they were going to call me back with & ETA, it’s been 2 hours now & still nobody has called. Call Cernosek Wrecker Service, 4527 Red Bluff Rd, Pasadena, TX 77503 they respond really quick & are accurate with what they tell you.
This company is a Joke. I would strongly discourage using them. I scheduled a job 2 days in advance,they sent the wrong equipment, hung up on me and told me they were charging my card in full.
They tell you someone will call you in few minutes to set things up that took 45 minutes. Then driver calls says an hour,you call to cancel, they still charge 60.00. I pray they don't ever need help, cause if I can I will make sure that they don't get help.
Make the first mistake if calling them. Make the second mistake of giving them my credit card info over the phone before they even came out. Guy told me 20 minutes when i called. After giving him my info he told me the guy was on the way but never confirmed with me how long. The guy called me and told me 45 mintues. I had been waiting for over 30 minutes already. All said and done over 1.5 hours and still waiting for the guy to come. Dont ever use this company because they charge you first and dont tell you all the facts. I learned my lesson never pay them until after they tow. Thats how its suppose to be. If i could give zero star i would have. I usually give good reviews but this treatment just blew my mind.
Worse thing is that my disabled mother whos is diabetic had to wait with us the whole time.
Called them for a tow & they said i needed a credit card before they even arrived & said if they couldnt approve $125 service charge on the card they couldnt come & claimed 2 be the only towing service open on a saturday then they said it would be a $45-85 towing fee depending on where they had 2 tow you. I called another towing service in the area that was open & they were there in 15 mins with only a towing charge of $175 40 mins away. Very rude people too.
This company is a SCAM! I called them and they gave me a min and max bid on a tow. Claimed that all other companies have hidden fees. So I TRUSTED this guy. But Delta Towing showed up and charged me 155 after I was told a fee of 55 down and then 35 to 65. I told them I got a quote for 95 and he told me that it probably was more and to go with him because they disclosed all fees! LIAR. This tow that I expected to be 90 to 120 was 205 dollars to go 4.4 miles! And when you call them back, from the number I originally called from, it goes to voicemail, but I can call from a cell phone and it goes right through. SO this is a call center and they farm out the job to the bidder and get the 55 down PLUS you owe whatever company they call for you. SCAM!
I got my car impounded and I needed to get it out with a tow truck so i called supreme towing for help. They came out quickly and got the job done. Very professional and friendly in a very stressful situation. Thank you.
Good service. My Harley broke down and after talking to the rep for less than 5m. They dispatched a flatbed out to me 20m later the guy showed up. Loaded the bike and dropped me off at the shop. I'll say this I don't think iv ever seen my bike more secure on the bed like I saw this guy had me set up. I'll deff call them again if anything happens. I liked they way they carry themselves even better than AAA IMHO.
Amazing service! So stranded on the side of the highway i give this company a call speak with a person who tells me the driver will arrive in thirty minutes.. so as im drifting off five min after getting off the phone knowing im going to be waiting at least two hours like i did last time with another company than i get a phone call from he driver saying hes on his way as im tempted to give my hopes up thinking he might actually be here in thirty minutes i lay back in my car. twenty minutes later bam i hear a door shut and the guys actually here! on top of it all this guys goes above and beyond out of his way to pick my car up safely and we get to my mechanic much earlier than i expected with still the whole day left no car but hey least i wasn't stuck on the side of the highway all day. Awesome Service Great Company!!!
