This dealer they suck trucker be careful cus they play arround with the payment if you pick up a car on monday they wanna delivery on Wednesday and they didnt put in the sheet you can leave the car after hour and when you come they Thursday they wanna paid you less money dont give then the key to they paid you the full amount costumer becarefull cus this is a scam dealerships
They do not honor the time that they say they will show up. When asked about it they got upset, told me it was non refundable, argued with me over the time agreed for them to come out, then told me it was canceled and hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a different guy who was able to get me a refund. Someone in the office had their panties in a bunch. Must of had a case of the Mondays, sheesh. Thanks for wasting my time.

Very bad experience with this company. Called for a flat tire, was promised 45min for someone to get to me and had to wait them almost 4h to finally show up. They tooling your payment information before hand so no matter what this morons are charging you. Was charged 450$ to patch my flat tire, unbelievable! Be aware of this scammers

I would leave zero stars if possible. Left Me, my wife and 4 month old daughter on the side of the road for 2 hrs. I called and talked to John because the tow truck driver never called and was taking forever. John wasn't any help, he seemed annoyed, I asked about canceling and he said it was $ 89 for a service they did not provide. I asked to speak to supervisor, he said he was the supervisor. When asked to speak to someone higher than him he transfered to Tito don't know who that is. When asked to speak to owner no one transfered Would not recommend this service to anyone .
I was really stuck in the middle of the road, and I didn't know what to do. But then I remembered that I had towing service's number, and I called them. They sent me the tow truck right away and towed my car to the nearest garage. They did an excellent job, and I'm very pleased with it.
I called to get a quote to tow my wife’s sedan to a tire shop 3 miles from it’s location due to a flat tire. They told me it would be a non-refundable $79 for the truck to show up, $40-80 to load the car on the flatbed depending on how much labor was needed, and they had a driver available to come to me immediately. They just needed to take my card information over the phone before sending a driver my way. I asked what constitutes an $80 loading fee opposed to a $40 loading fee. They gave me a scenario of a vehicle not having any wheels, not drive-able, etc. Knowing the load onto the flatbed would be minimal work (the car has run flat tires so I probably could’ve driven it to the tire shop slowly but I figured better safe than sorry) and being told the driver was ready to head my way, I gave them my payment information… I waited outside for 2.5 hours until the truck finally showed up. The driver used a winch to roll the car onto the flatbed. Took less than 5 minutes. He proceeded to charge me the full $80 loading fee justifying it with the price of fuel, nothing to do with labor. I was lied to about the availability of their driver & lied to about their pricing structure. Shady way to conduct business. Call somebody else.
Im on 288 near highway 6 stuck hwre since 2pm to 9pm now amd i need to go to houston 45 and beltway south side. I get cut off repeatedly and told to call a pearland service. I cpuldnt even talk.
It took 2 hours to get the tow truck to arrive and I was recently told I was going to be 30 minutes. Once the driver did a ride he was a smoker and almost burn me three times while we was trying to find out what was leaking. He had a habit of swearing while we were driving which normally would not bug me but he overused it with a woman in the vehicle. And then he was constantly speeding even in normal neighborhood and last but not least he told me he had gone 120 hours without sleep
The driver arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He even recommended. Few local shops that would help me. 5 stars isn’t enough will use them again
The drive who picked up my wife n i and our 3 yorky dogs wasgreat. Friendly with my dogs which ate like kids to me and very conversational .this comen from a man who never post.his serves deserved my 1st comment

Show up in 30 minutes after I called. Tech was nice enough to help me pick up my key from my wife's job. Where I was towing the car to. Didn't have my own key. Great service.
