Called in before going, provided vehicle make and model and part, they said it’s in stock, checked in when arrived waited 30 minutes then said they didn’t have the part.
Great deal on used car parts. Call Toyota dealer for a quarter glass on the Sienna, and they wanted $500 for a quarter glass. When I tried to order it, they said it would be a several weeks wait time. I called the A Plus, Bam!! we've got it. Just come in and pick it up for $100. What a deal!!
I drove more than an hour to try to buy a part, and they wanted to sell me at almost the same cost as new in a car dealer. Costumer service of dependents goes from not so good and worst.
Guy on the phone very rude if you're not willing to spend $1,000 with them they don't want to talk to you if you're not needing a new engine or a new transmission that they really don't want to do business with you so it's up to you you can do business with them if you want
Told me over the phone they had the part, drive an hour, wait 30 min to see the part, the part is damaged…

Terrible service I called about a part over the phone they told me they have it. I show up they tell me to have seat, for 30min and then they tell me we don’t have that part.
I called about a rim they said they had in stock, drove 45mins to get here on Thanksgiving, then they had me waiting for 30 mins just to say they don't have the part. That could've been discussed over the phone. Do better.
This people are the worst people to come to for a part; they said they had some running boards when I called in I asked the gentleman to check because id be driving about an hour he said yes they had them came out here and they did not have them available. They made me waste my time and gas driving out here. Do not attempt to call here ahead because you will be waisting your time to.
Stopped by to get a few parts for my truck and it was a pretty painless process. I don't think some of the reviewers realize that they have to actually pull the parts out of the vehicles when you come in. They will take you back, show you the parts, then it takes time to get the parts off the vehicles. So if you come here, just expect that these things will take time and they can't help that. If you want it faster, bring your own impact driver, pay for the parts, and get them yourself.
They are so rude. I bought a starter for my car and they gave me the wrong one. When I went back to see if they can exchange it at the counter, the guy did not want to hear anything. I would not advise to buy anything from this place.
The parts here are typically pretty good, but the customer service is not too great. They will have you waiting for an hour just to see if they have a part while helping everybody else (this is even with calling ahead of time). I've had this experience multiple times with them, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I definitely recommend Apache Auto Parts or Pick-n-Pull they usually have great priced parts and good customer service!
I been here over 2 hours waiting they getting everything about else things but not my item. George said it would take a hour and 12 other people have walked in and got there parts. This is bad customer or they do not like African Americans. This is not rite.
The staff was very helpful. we got the part we needed within a short time. He went out of his way to service us. He didn't have to help us because the part wasn't available for sell but he helped us get back on the road the same day. He didn't even accept our tip for going the extra mile for us. Very thankful. God bless this place !
Bought something from them and called back later to buy the rest of the part every time i call they give me a higher price from before and even higher than the actual part u bought from them
A Plus Auto is awesome!! They took the absolute best care explaining all issues, options and most importantly the cost. The big boss was kind enough to add in a free battery! Where do they do that? The staff was great and kind. One of them is name John who offered to pick me up from the bus stop cuz I was walking from there to pick up my car. Wow!! Anthony?? Well he is just as great with all the great customer service he provides. He was kind and very patient with me. Thanks to all of you!!!! I would recommend A Plus to anyone 1000 times!!!!!
Called to check in on a part and they said they had in stock and will call us once pulled off. Drove an hour to pick up part and was unorganized and told our driver that they sold it to someone else. Would not even help locate another part.
It is advisable to buy an alternator or something simple that they already have ready, but if you order a transmission or a differential, they take forever to deliver it to you. I do not recommend them, in reality, bad service, super slow.
Called them yesterday and the gave me deferent price when I stopped by the shop
They quote me $300 over the phone and then they raise it to $450 when i went there.

it was just a terrible experience with this junkyard . Terrible attitude towards customers. the manager on the phone said that the item was in stock, but upon arrival the item turned out to be understaffed and were in a terrible state, to which the manager said that he would find the missing part within an hour. I drove to you for an hour and a half. for this, people came up with a phone to discuss the details of the purchase in advance. and what kind of unsubstantiated statement with foam at the mouth and the constant word “Listen”? I ask the management to take measures to avoid embarrassment in the future, but for now I categorically do not recommend this junkyard.
Have done business here twice and walked away satisfied until today. Called before I actually went up there because I got tired of being on hold. Arrived only to be greeted with the same unprofessionalism given on the phone. Enquired about part and was given the same price that Amazon had for the same part but brand new. Told part clerk this and he just laughed it off non caring. I'm a business man myself and the way this employee dealt with me a customer was very unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere and advise others to do as well. Deuces
Came all the way from kingwood because they told me they had the bumper in stock which they didn't and very unorganized. They have no system to show what they have or don't so they basically lie to you. Don't even bother call because if they tell you they have something most likely they won't have it.
Y'all earned a customer! I came in for a side glass after my car was broken into. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Service was reasonably quick considering how busy they were. Will probably call ahead next time I need something.
I went here today to a few small items. The guy was goin to charge me $15. Unfortunately I had to leave do to the people got the info but didn't call it out to there guys in the yard. Waited about ten minutes while no one was there. I truly felt like i was a third class citizen. I will not go there for anything anymore. I really liked this place good prices, but will not spend my money there anymore.
They are the only place that had the part I needed. They answer their phones. I went there & it was same price as quote. They helped me right away & had friendly service. They also offer a 30 day warranty. It was also very nice & cool inside. I highly recommend them! 5 stars!! Thanks
DO NOT GO TO A PLUS!!! They tried catching a fast one/rip me off. Within an hour they told me my transmission fluid was dark, and there “was fine metal” in the fluid. Waited a whole week still did not finish the job. Took the vehicle to a diff shop(email and I’ll tell u where, best/most honest shop in town)and the mechanic advised me they did not even take the pan off the transmission, so how did they know the transmission fluid was dark🤥 they also broke 4 bolts to the case. This is y’all a warning.
