The process was straight forward and pretty simple. I had a little bit difficult time with communication, different phone numbers and calls being disconnected when being transferred between people, but they always called back. We chose to drop off and that process was simple and easy.
The process was very straight forward and professional. Everything went exactly as they said it would. The only delay was the truck driver being delayed by a tornado, but I’m hardly going to hold that against them.
Did not get the correct amount that was agreed upon, also pretty sure was already lowballed to begin with and was given fake money. managed to get the real cash but to even start off trying to give fake money then give less than what was already agreed on is wild. i wasn't the one to receive the money seeing that i work from home and got stuck on a call but i messaged the man after being told what happened and he hearted the message.
The offer on my car was a smooth process. The representatives that helped me were very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

They were knowledgeable of the process and assured me that the process would be effortless on my part. I was leery at first about giving my title over to someone and getting a check in return, but I had no problems. Depositing the check into my account was Hassle-free and some of the funds were available the same day. (IT IS NOT A SCAM!) By and large, this was a positive experience. Communication with me was timely and mostly without confusion. Cash offer was fair. The employees that I interacted with (Praveen, Robin, a few others) were all professional and helpful.
There was only one issue that was not great. The storage location not associated with Cash for Cars or CoPart would not release the vehicle with fees paid unless the owner was present, but Cash for Cars wants to have the fees paid 2 days in advance.
There were some communication issues between Cash for Cars/CoPart and the lot. The actual issue preventing 5 stars is that CoPart seems to have no plan associated with lots that have this kind of policy.

As we all know, there are a lot of scams out in the world these days and my being new to using the Copart services left me a little skeptical.
However, I I must say that everything he told me turned out to be factual, and he was not pushy at all. I just couldn’t believe it..
