Read the reviews and listen to them people. I didn’t unfortunately. The customer service here is sub par at its best. I think the owner really thought I would go back and forth with him. Not.
I purchased a rim for $50 for my car. The rim was not very round and had some dents in it. Which was to be expected. This is a junk yard after all.. Nonetheless, I decided that I would go ahead and purchase a new one from discount tire because we feared my hub caps might pop off in the future. The owner of this junk yard told me I could return it the same day if I wanted a refund. Until I went to return it of course. He claimed because I didn’t use it I couldn’t return it. Lol, what does that even mean? My friend on the phone heard our entire conversation, so I’m not crazy. To think that all I had to do was tell him the rim was the wrong size, I would’ve gotten my money back makes things even more funny. Some people do what they want when they feel like they can. This was a prime example of that. Sadly, nothing good comes from that. I ended up still giving them the entire wheel back because I had no use for it. It was either them or the bushes nearby. To the owner, you’re welcome for the tip. 🤩
Sold me an engine with water in the oil pan, with water damaged crank and rods. Also had cracked heads. Heads had a wasp nest in them too. Do not trust!
Don't ever purchase any autoparts from this store. You will get scammed. My dad purchased an engine for my honda civic 2003 car from this store through phone on August 9, 2022 and it was to be delivered on August 11, 2022. The transportation fee was also paid. On August 11, 2022 after calling at 2:00 pm, we were told they only deliver until 1:00pm. Then my dad said okay, they can deliver it the following day. The following day, my dad kept calling but they kept giving lousy excuses.
Eventually, after calling them fifteen times, we were told they weren't able to deliver the engine, so they will deliver it on August 13 before 10:00am. Now, it's August 13 and it is currently 12:18pm. Neither my dad's nor my phone calls have been answered.
I will be involving the cops in this matter. They keep slowing down my car repair time and keep costing me $80 uber money daily. They don't keep promises and I think my dad has been lenient enough to give them 2.5 days grace period. I am so angry right now cause I won't be able to receive my car on time. This is the most awful customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I would if I could rate this awful store a zero.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Sold them my junk car with title and they did not complete the title transfer as they said they would. Come to find out, they turned around and sold it to someone else and that person wrecked it and now I just got certified mail saying its sitting in a tow yard in houston and will cost me 900$ to get it out because its STILL IN MY NAME. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.
