I went to this location today there was a disgruntled customer being very loud and aggressive. They resolved her issue quickly and professionally. Also the fruity dude at the window had great customer service and gave me a great price on some bolts i needed to finish a project. 10/10 very enjoyable and entertaining experience

I lost a part of a Toyota security system that every locksmith and every Toyota employee told me I would need reprogrammed for 600. I bought two of the 300 dollar parts at lkq for 20 bucks each and I waived the 18 dollar return fee . I was doing a job for a woman for free and lost her part . I spent 40$ ready to throw parts away or sell them for 45 each on e bay. After a prayer the part worked and I started a car that hasn’t ran in 6 months. So it only cost me 40 bucks to fix a car for free. I can sell the extra amplifier immobilizer for 40 on e bay and still honor fixing woman’s car for free. God is good
This place is by far the worst place to get parts from it use to be more organized and the staff had respect for the customers the staff here talk to you like a dog they never have any change. They don’t accept credit card this place needs to be re-ran by a whole different company because the people that are running it right now are not professional the cashier at the gate. He is very disrespectful. I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. I recommend for everyone to go all way in northside. It may be farther out, but at least you will get good service. It’s not even worth coming over here to try to save a couple hours in gas when you go in there and they don’t even have Need or the car is in 1000 pieces they do not upgrade the inventory in a timely manner. It’s parts scattered everywhere. They do not even clean up. The yard is more of a hazard than anything.
on 4/12/25 came to get a steering rack for a project car I'm working on. Checked pricing via web and came prepared with my core intact. Removed the rack from the parts car here and brought to counter and advised I had my core with me. Price jumped to 117.00 😮😮😮 bc of coupler that's attached to the steering rack, I removed that bc I had it on my core, They then decided to gouge me on the tie rod ends which were pretty much siezed on although my core had good tie rod ends I was exchanging. When I went to remove the tie rod ends (stepped away from counter to not hold up line) I was advised there was still a core fee for the removed tie rod ends. I ended up leaving the dang used rack there because I could get a new one from Detroit axles for 144.00 with coupler and tie rid ends brand new delivered! This place is a down right rip off and scam. If I could rate negative stars I would. Absolutely never again will I waste another cent with these scammer price gouges. This is after wasting 5.00 entry fee and 35 minutes removing the damn thing. I love this place. I had a great experience. This was my first time going here. There are so many cars! They had 5 of the car that I was looking for and they were in the spot indicated on the inventory list on their web site. The woman who I paid the entry fee to was professional. She told me that all 5 cars listed on the web site were in fact on their lot. When I went to check out, the male cashier had a good attitude and was professional. I got a great price on 8 light bulbs for an instrument panel and climate control bezel. Another male who verified that he could see the parts that I paid for on the invoice before leaving was professional.
Please avoid this place at all costs. They will charged you for the wrong stuff and blame it on corporate. I was there earlier today to buy some outer door handles for $9.60 each as advertised and when I paid I noticed they were charging me $16.49 each for inner door handles because according to the manager the price is switch, but that is not my problem and I wasn’t longer interested on the parts because of the price. To me she charged me for the wrong stuff. I ended up paying $20 extra for something I didn’t wanted after all. Very bad experience. Save your self the trouble and don’t give a penny to this crooks.

It’s rare to find such excellent customer service at a salvage yard, but Jojo was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. If you ever need help, he’s the guy to ask for! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
It’s been a while since coming back to this location and the entrance fee was 5 dollars. Oh well right, the issue came after we got our part. It’s advertised that you get 90 days warranty but what they don’t tell you is that it’s an additional fee. In our case it was 11 dollars more which is supposed to be optional but wasn’t informed.
When I went to the counter to remove it due to knowing I wasn’t going to return said part they said they couldn’t and wouldn’t. I tried speaking to the manager and she was obnoxiously rude to me, she pointed at the sign and said you don’t read or what, which caused me to say “ alright I’ll let you have it “ just taking my loss for those 11 dollars. She then proceeds to get in my face and be disrespectful towards me, she kept babbling on getting rowdy, and then kicked me out of the facility. She was apparently offended and mentioned I was rude but by no means was I, I even apologized and tried to tell her it wasn’t that serious for her to get that worked up about it. Which in return got me kicked out.
The unfortunate part is that the whole facility gives off rude. Customer service definitely isn’t their strong suit and that manager definitely needs to cool off and take some anger management classes and customer service classes. If that were my Manager I’d expect them to hold the highest level of professionalism which she didn’t. She makes this company look bad. Really wish I got her name but shes Caucasian, short, and happens to wear lashes you can use as an umbrella. I guess that says everything.
I went to a different location, Wallisville to be exact and it was night and day difference. I’d avoid this place unless the car you’re looking for only happens to be here.
I’ve been coming here for a while already and I’ve even told a few family members about this place that live by me and the customer service is amazing. I’ve become very close with one of the workers, angel and she will help me with anything! Really recommend to pick up parts here. Will not be disappointed.
