I searched high and low for a replacement mirror for my car and had no luck until I called Adam’s Auto Sales and Part. I made my purchase and my mirror was in the very next day before noon. I also got it installed the same day and it looks good as new. Will recommend them highly! Customer service was amazing as well.
VERY WRONG BUSINESS
I called and ask for the parts and provide all vehicle info. Store called me back in 15mins and said “your items are available”.
I asked them with all the vehicle info again. They responded YES WE HAVE IT AVAILABLE.
I drove 1hour 12mins to the store .
The store is telling me We don’t have it .

I brought my car here today 9 17 21 the customer service is excellent and they treat you like family with the best prices ever. I recommend everyone to bring you vehicles here and not the big fancy places where the prices are ridiculous. I'm not getting paid to say this and give Adam Auto Sales and Parts a chance you won't be let down.

Man i'm going to straightforward. This place when it comes to customer support or any help. The fail miserable. Hangs up my call really fast. Poor service. Though what do you expect from a used part auto place.
Adam saved me so much money! I previously took my car to another mechanic because my car kept dying, I was told it was the alternator & it would be $400 for a rebuild alternator plus labor. My dad owned car dealerships when I was growing up so I waited to speak to my dad first (he's in Chicago). Dad did some research and found a used alternator at Adams for $80! So next day I went there and it gets better...after Adam looked at my car he noticed that there wasn't anything wrong with my alternator! Just the wiring and things were dirty and needed cleaning! So in the end I only spent $20 when I originally was going to be swindled out of $400! Thank you Adam for having great integrity and excellent customer service!

good parts for a good price. I dont remember who helped me, but I went to pick up an alternator, and at first it wasnt the right fit. Then I came back the next day bummed and ready to return it, and a guy asked what was wrong and was able to find me another alternator that was newer and fit my car perfectly for the same price. Will be back in case I need anymore parts.
