Did not have my part even though I called before I went and was told they did. I still give them 4 stars. The guy was so courteous as to give up his own chips and soda, from his lunch, to my grandchild who was growing anxious. He was very nice and welcoming and also gave recommendation on who might have the part. Although I did not get the part I was looking for I would definitely keep them first in mind for parts I may need in the future. Kindness goes a long way in my book.

I needed a rim and I got one for a good price and I’m so thankful for the price cuz rims aren’t cheap. They also referred me to Edgar next door and his tire shop got me new tires. They also put air in my other tires and my car is driving great.

I dont know if they are affiliated or the same but I went to the Santos shop in the same location. Friendly guys and got the patch job done quick. Cash only or Zelle so be advised but I enjoyed my visit.
Mann had a wonderful experience with these hood people .. I just moved back to the city, had no clue what I was going to do and got parts and Mechanic in same parking lot.. u can bring a bucket and leave rolling forsure!!!!mechanic
First off I appreciate the cheerful phone greeting at 4:30pm. Rarely are customers treated with a "Hi, how are you?", especially over the phone AND at the end of the day! Second, though they didnt have the part, he quickly did a search and gave me the Info of where I could find it. 🤯 Thanks again!!
Good cheap place. I got my driver side window on m Chevy pick up $65.00. Was in and out in like 20 mins, had the wait for part to be uninstalled from another vehicle and brought out to the front
Service was friendly and fast. Bought a used alternator. Price was nice, saved me a lot of money. Part was really dirty though, which made me a bit dubious... But! The part works just fine. I am satisfied with the service I received.
I call the guy if he has a 2013 elantra rear bumper he said that his system has the elantra car which is sliver color which i want it i told him can he check if the bumper has a damage he i can't do that you will have to come in so i drive their 20 minutes the guy took me to the whole elantra car but it has no bumper i was very disappointing the i was talking to him and he was lying about the bumper to me so i left i will never come back
We bought a part from this place not even 24 hours ago and we come back to return it and the guy sayin it’s not his part so he can’t refund it but he can exchange it. How can you exchange but not refund if it ain even your part?? Very bad service. The same guy that’s saying the part isn’t his is the same one that gave us the part. How do you not remember what you sold us? He tells us all his parts are marked but isn’t it possible you forgot to mark this one? All he kept saying is it has to be a yellow mark on it. Even though he was the one that sold it to us just yesterday smh. I’ll never buy parts here again.
Hector is very knowledgeable when it comes to any vehicle you call him about. Been doing business here for a lot of years have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Franky’s a good guy too.
