Spring Auto Storage handled the situation professionally. Vehicle was towed intact with no visible damage. Facility was open on a Saturday morning with staff available, and the release process was straightforward. Frustration stemmed from the apartment complex and VPP parking system: permit expiration time was not visible, only the date, and a new guest permit could not be issued until the prior one expired. Tow occurred shortly after the unseen expiration window. Issue was procedural, not with the tow company’s handling.
Sucks when a car gets towed, but these guys made a bad experience slightly less horrible. Treated with respect and kindness. I don't recommend getting your car towed, but if it happens, hope it's to a place like this
So I want to hate on this place I really do. However I won't blame them for my car getting towed. I will say for what it is this place was fairly easy to get my car back. It didn't take long. So judging on what this place is and how well business went down definitely a 5 out of 5!
Says on the sign they will release your vehicle 24/7, ours was towed at 6-7pm and we could not get in contact with any one. We tried for hours and we needed time sensitive medicine, no answer or response. Had to find a ride and a place to stay for the night until 8am Saturday morning. Nobody was any help. He said that they only operate 9-5 but they're obligated to put up 24/7 thing which is complete false information. Bad experience all around
They play apart w/ ppl cars being stolen,then over/upcharge you to get your car back,I was told 1 price on the phone,got there and was told another price,then up charged another 5$ because of me using a debit card - looking for a attorney willing to fill a class action on them and the tow company which is also them
While I was super mad at my car being towed, but it’s not there fault. They can definitely do better job at updating there hours on Google. They are open on Saturday and Sunday as well, so if you are towed on weekend, call them and show up there, you can get you car back.
These guys are parasites. My buddy was over here helping me with my motorcycle starter switch and we go inside to wash hands and cool down for about 20 minutes, come back and his work vehicle was towed. He wasn't blocking anything and he was in a parking spot. They overcharge as well. Cherry on top: my buddy is semi disabled because he can't lift his arms past his waistline due to past injuries to his shoulders. He's out here STILL working to support his family. Clowns.

I have made over seven attempts to establish communication via telephone and left numerous voicemails inquiring about the status of the vehicle in your inventory. My inquiries pertained to fundamental details and my total charges. Regrettably, not a single follow-up communication was initiated by your team. I reached out at various intervals over the course of two days. Due to the absence of a timely response, I was compelled to delegate an associate to investigate the matter on my behalf. On three occasions, attempts to secure the vehicle were thwarted due to alleged 'administrative discrepancies,' despite all documentation being properly verified. It appears that unwarranted justifications were provided to extend the vehicle's stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was obstructed by a non-transparent window, and upon engaging the buzzer, I was met with discourteous remarks regarding visibility that were uncalled for. This establishment ranks among the least favorable experiences I have encountered, largely due to the subpar customer service exhibited by your representative. I must assert that performance in customer relations requires immediate improvement, as condescension toward clients based on perceived language comprehension is unacceptable. Furthermore, I strongly recommend enhancing response protocols for phone inquiries and ensuring clients receive comprehensive information regarding requisite documentation for vehicle retrieval. The sole rationale for my one-star evaluation is the necessity of submitting a rating. I would favor indicating a profoundly negative assessment.
Picked up my truck and I lived in same apartments for over 8/9 months parked in same parking spot one night they just come and take my truck. Then I have to pay almost $400 dollars to get it out that’s ridiculous. If I could put 0stars I would.
They charged me for an extra day of storage less than 12 hrs after my suv was illegally towed from in front of my townhome by American Wrecker Company. It was dropped off there at 11:08 PM and I was on site at 11 AM the next morning. I checked my vehicle for damage and checked out at 11:11 AM. They’re crooks in cahoots with the tow companies to hold vehicles hostage for payment.
Be careful when paying with cash make sure to bring exact cash they don’t have change and they don’t tell you this over the phone just to charge extra fee for paying with card
The guy that answered the phone is a terrible person for the job he won’t let you talk and hung up on you. Because they know it’s nothing you can do they have your car so he can get away with it. Please stay far away from this company I wouldn’t give them a penny.
Very rude unprofessional people at this company. They're straight trash. My car got towed from a apartment complex wasn't even there a hour call asking for information on my vehicle dude hung up in my face and said I had to wait until he finished with his customer. I just needed the address you scam artist $330 for a towing wow! I wish that I can rate this unprofessional business lower than a 1 star.
If I could give a negative number for stars I would. So a 1 Star would have to suffice. My car was towed from an apartment complex at 10 PM. Called to retrieve my car at 10:54. I called 13 times yet they never answered. I called the tow truck company back, they told me that I would have to catch them during business hours. I went up there the next day. They were extremely rude and refuse to take accountability for not being available for me to retrieve my vehicle within an hour, which is the law! So, $202.75 later I receive my vehicle back with scratches on it. I filed a TDLR complaint and I'm taking them to court. Just Terrible!
Towed me on a Friday around 10pm .. took my money so they did the job, but trying to contact someone about a receipt has not been fun customer service experience has been shady for me
Absolute crooks, claims 24hr release of vehicles yet have called over 40 times, and literally caught the tow truck leaving and he told me that I’d have to blow them up to even get ahold of them. Will have precinct 4 there tmrw to deal with it .
This place is trash! They never answer the phone or give you any info! The always send you to voicemail that hasn’t been set up! Be glad they didn’t have to deal with me directly!
These Iranians think that they can behave here as they do in Iran. No customer service, complete disorganized, they don’t answer the phone. A complete disgrace. That is the kind of people Biden is taking
Typical slimy tow lot that the tow truck driver insisted on (kickback probably). We drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick up our car by 5pm, arriving at 4:50, and they were already closed. We called several times on the way and no one answered. We also texted, and received confirmation of delivery receipt, but still no answer. So, we had to make the 2 hour trip again the next day and pay for an extra day of storage.
No one uses these places willfully, right??
My car was towed and I am not able to speak. In looking on the website I found that there is no option to email or live chat with someone to get my car delivered to my address. This is unfortunate for the deaf and mute community.
I write this review in hopes of receiving an email address or contact number to text so that arrangements can be made to retrieve the vehicle.
