If I could give 0, this company would definitely be getting that rating. Pouring down rain and they decide to cut people off and almost side swipe cars. If they can barely drive when they aren’t towing your vehicle, why would you want them to tow your $40k+ vehicle? Please think before allowing this company to get your business.
If I could give zero I would. I called my road side to get a tow. This company picked it up. I waited for an hour and a half just for them to drop the job, and not even let me know. While I was waiting, I called them twice and was forwarded to voicemail. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Call someone else.
Today I was able to get a toolbox towed and it was done quickly and for a great price. Dwayne was very professional and made the experience smooth. Highly recommended.

This service was assigned to my roadside tow first, and after dealing with 3 other services and 8 hours later that night I cancelled the order.
I spoke with the tow ranger dispatch and he said he could get a flatbed to tow my truck the next day.
At 6am we were texting and he had a truck out within 30 min which Dwayne was driving, and he was able to get the truck, secure the body parts that were not attached and brought it 30+ miles away when everyone else said they couldn't.

The original towing company assigned to me had me waiting hours. I was reassigned to Tow Rangers LLC and Dwayne was there super quick. He was polite and professional. Great overall experience and would highly recommend.

Dwayne was sent out to give me a tow, it was super hot out and he got me a drink and everything. He was the best tow guy I have had. Super awesome fella. Towed from tomball to Conroe. He had a toll tag and I didn’t he was nice enough to wait for us to arrive. All in all great towing experience….

I waited for 4 hours for a tow truck that was supposed to arrive in 60 minutes. I ended up canceling the service. When I contacted the dispatcher service (one my car insurance had a contract with) and told them about my experience, they apologized of course. I told them I was putting in a new order but DO NOT use Tow Rangers. As far as I was concerned, they were black balled.
This was the 3rd tow truck company I contacted as I got cancelled on with no notice. This company is so professional and competitively priced. I had Will as my tower, amd he had so much attention to detail, and customer service. Couldn’t recommend anyone more
Dwayne from Tow Rangers just helped me with my tire all the way in Conroe. He was quick and efficient, and was patient with my no auto knowledge self. I know this was part of my insurance, but these guys had great communication with me and made a great first impression.
Waited on this company for almost 7hrs for tow service and they never came. They kept cancelling the order. Had to call my brother to take me and get a new tire because i had a flat tire. I was less than 20miles from their office. They are very disorganized and unprofessional do not use this company for roadside assistance.
