0 LOGIC used when dealing with battery; gave me wrong size and blew main fuse; replaced fuse out of my own pocket.....went back 3 mo later (Duralast battery) due to 0 charge in battery and INSISTED I replace out of pocket....went to 5 different AutoZones before charging the battery became an option 🤣♻️🤷‍♂️🔥 AUTOZONE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE....NEVER EVER NEVER COMING BACK

Omar Cuevas and Diane both did amazing helping me with my dead battery! If Omar hadn’t changed out my difficult battery I would have been stranded. And Diane was very kind and reassuring about my situation. I never had my battery die on me before. Truly amazing service!

My experience here was a 10/10. Miguel, helped me out right away, I had an issue with my lights he immediately went in and got the exact light bulbs I needed. He knows his car parts and I’m happy he helped me install them as well 🙌👍

Just moved here and figuring my way around. I got a bulb that won’t work I tried it on the other side works fine, put the driver side bulb in and worked on that one I’m replacing. First thing is he said go back to that side of town, didn’t even listen to me didn’t even offer a solution. Idk if Houston or Texas buisness just have pissed off employees all the time, but this took it. Light bulb isn’t cheap. Won’t be coming back.

I experienced the best customer service of my life today at the AutoZone at 7630 Louetta Rd in Spring, Texas. Diana absolutely saved the day without realizing it. The backstory is that my son was getting ready to leave for college and he was in dire need of new wiper blades. As usual, I stepped up to take care of it so he would be safe on the road (rain was quickly approaching). And also as usual, I turned a 2 minute job into a 45 minute job with two trips to the auto store. I was under the impression that I must have grabbed the wrong blades because they looked nothing like the previous ones that I had removed. Without hesitation, Diana asked if I had the car with me. When I replied "yes", she immediately sprung into action and grabbed my wiper blades and a protective pad for the hood of the car. She then told me that she was going to replace one of the blades and I was going to do the other one. As a retired educator, I recognize great teaching when I see it. You start out by telling the students what you are going to do. You then demonstrate it for them and finally, you turn them loose and let them do it on their own. Today, I felt like I was observing a master teacher and I can honestly say that I am going to bed tonight with more knowledge that I woke up with. Thanks to "Diana" (and AutoZone for hiring such a quality person). It was a small gesture on her part, but a HUGE relief for a couple of parents here in Spring.

I came to the store with my battery to by charge in the Spanish lady told me that it was bad and she told me to have to buy another one. So I went to another place and they charge it and my battery was good.

I came into AutoZone because my car kept cutting off and wouldn’t hold a charge. Miss Diane was incredibly kind and helpful she came outside, tested my battery, and let me know it was completely dead and needed replacing. Omar was inside the store and kindly offered to change the battery for me free of charge. I tried to tip him, and he refused, saying he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart. That really stood out to me and meant a lot. As a nurse practitioner in my scrubs on the way back to the hospital, I was truly grateful for how fast, professional, and caring they both were. Diane and Omar make an amazing team, and I just want to recognize the wonderful service they provided. Thank you again, Omar and Diane keep up the excellent work! I’ll definitely continue coming to AutoZone for everything I need for my vehicle.

Had the best experience at Auto Zone. Phillip was was so amazing. He helped trouble shoot the problem with my car and got me back on the road. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this location because they have incredible staff like LUCY, who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that each member is served with kindness and grace. And then you have incredible Customer Service by BIJON who has such professionalism that seeps from the phone call all the way to the entire experience stepping foot in to the store. And last, but not least the management like FIL who praises the employees and also gives thanks to fellow veterans like myself. I shop here because of the atmosphere. I do not have much knowledge in the auto mechanic world so it is nice to have patient AND willing representatives to fill that gap with Professionalism in its GREATEST form. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

The service at AutoZone was exceptional! The entire team was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Mike went above and beyond by taking the time to look at my car, helping me figure out the issue, and recommending the right part to fix it. I truly appreciate his effort and willingness to go the extra mile. Great experience overall!

Only 1 person helping in store customers but there were 3 employees that we saw. The lady who eventually helped us wasn't friendly. She was more concerned with a phone call that she received on her cell phone.

Mike Valdez was amazing! He went above on helping me with a sensor I was having problems changing. He took the time until he figured it out and solved it!

Elijah helped me today plus last time I was here. He is really friendly and helpful. He was able to replace both my headlight bulbs for me. I will be back again.

I have to give a huge thank you to Diane she helped my husband and I out in a pinch last week and it was very kind of her. I love when kindness is passed on it is contagious. Thank you Diane and I am sorry this is so late but I kept my promise your great!

I was there not to long ago to get a battery for my 2021 jeep renegade islander the mangers there had no clue on how to change out my battery as a former retail it’s a big responsibility to change out batteries those guys could have been honest in the beginning like hey look I can’t change ur battery. Ok great no problem I’ll still buy the battery and have someone change it out for me what of waste of my time and I’m not want to complain those mangers could have still able to change out my battery but point is it’s done had it changed out I’m never gonna return to this location just because I had to pay someone to change out my battery

Neil (I believe a manager) exceedingly went above and beyond to help me. I left my house and when I turned on the AC it was blowing hot air. Since I was on the way to pick up my young children I knew I had to figure something out. Thank God I chose to stop here. Neil assessed the issue with accuracy, told me what to buy and then assisted me getting it installed. I’m not sure what I would have done had he not assisted. Kudos to him for being a Good Samaritan to a random stranger.

I had some workers with me to build a fence on a property I own. We usually head out to the work site at 7:00 AM . Our truck batteries needed to be replaced. So we went to this AutoZone to purchase some new batteries. We got to the store at 7:00 Am. The store opens at 7:30 Am. Two workers arrived at the store at 7:10 AM. They saw us standing at the door and opened early for us to buy our batteries. We purchased the batteries and were able to start our work day. This is Amazing! Thank you for your wonderful customer service Chris C. (Sales representative). If you have any needs for your car or truck I highly recommend this AutoZone on Louetta.

Neil was very conscious and helpful. He went above and beyond by installing my headlight bulb for me and cleaning my battery. Please give him special recognition for outstanding customer service as I will recommend this Autozone due to his outstanding service!

Excellent service! A staff member here went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed to change the daytime running light bulbs on my car yesterday. He looked at the part number on the bulb I was replacing to make sure I knew that it was a standard brightness bulb. He presented me with two different options for the bulbs. He made sure I knew to wear a glove so that I didn't get oil from my fingers on the halogen bulbs when I replaced them. Also, it was 8:30 at night and he was probably tired but it never showed.

Had to replace battery still under warranty. Crystal was the young lady that helped me. The cable connection to battery the nut on bolt was stripped. She was so patient and kept on till she was able to get it off. She was so kind and very nice and helpful. Thank you so much Crystal 😊 great job 👏

I had a GREAT experience this morning! A nice young man (I didn't catch his name) tested my battery for me. After he confirmed I needed a new one, he took my input on the price range I wanted to stay in for my replacement. He showed me a comparable model to what I had and gave me a few other options as well. He quickly swapped out the old for the new and I was on my way!! I'll definitely be back for future car needs.

Great customer service! Mr. Gary not only checked my alternator and battery but explained everything and got me fixed right up. Turned out my battery was bad :/ Thanks to him it was as painless as possible. I love good customer service! This is the reason why I come here!
