Joe helped me with a tiny scratch I put on my daughter’s car. I felt so bad and didn’t have the time for a full repair and he was so kind! I will definitely bring it here when we have time to get it done but in the meantime it looks better. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I had a great experience getting my bumper repaired here. The staff was very kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Steve was especially helpful and made the whole process stress free. My repair was taken care of in a timely manner and everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated.

Had my F250 repaired in December. Milstead did a great job on my truck, better than new! Good communication, a bit on the higher side when it comes to cost, however you get what you (insurance) pays for. I got quality.

I was in an unfortunate accident that required my vehicle to be put onto a wrecker and towed to a Milstead yard. Their driver was professional and polite, and answered all of our questions about the next step in the process. We arranged to retrieve our belongings from the vehicle the following week and the staff at the Spring, TX location was courteous and helpful. Dealing with an unexpected accident is never ideal, but we were thoroughly impressed and pleased with this company’s handling of our vehicle (and us) throughout our experience!

I have used Milstead Collision several times for my family and they have always done a great job. They are very good about keeping you informed of progress or delays. The cars are always cleaned and detailed before pickup. They were considered a preferred shop for the insurance so claims went smooth. I was also able to leave my rental there to be picked up by Enterprise.

Steve Morris is wonderful. He is my hero and I really like him. He looked at my car and did a great job. I will be back!

Milstead repaired the damage to my car and made it look brand new. Everything worked on it when I got it back including the Blindspot detector which I was a little concerned about. My car been cleaned inside and out when I got it back. They were professional, kind, and the work was completed one day to 2 days earlier than they expected. Job well done!

Have had several vehicles worked on here and they have always taken care of everything the way we discussed. Made a mistake recently and went to a shop my insurance recommended, never again. Milstead is worth a few extra steps on a claim to get quality work

I took my truck here after I got rear ended. They did such an amazing job. Communication was on point and I didn’t have to chase down any of my insurance info. I dropped my car off in less than 5 minutes and they had the work done in a very timely manor. I went to pick my truck up and they did a perfect job on everything. They even washed and detailed my truck. As I was leaving I was even greeted by the owner and she made sure I had everything I needed. They people will go above and beyond for you. I will never take my vehicle to any big dealership again. They knew who I was when I walked In the door like we had been friends for years. In the day of surveys for everything we do, I rarely take the time to write reviews. Milstead Auto takes care of all of our vehicles. They do great work with reasonable costs and have always provided friendly and knowledgeable service. Recently, I was rear-ended and the other parties insurance gave an initial estimate that was quite low and obviously not going to cover the cost of repair. I contacted Milstead Collision, and they not only fielded all of my calls and questions, they also dealt with the other parties insurance to get this repair handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. I did not have to chase them for answers. They kept me updated, never made me feel rushed, and always put the needed staff on the phone rather than making me wait for a return call. The repairs are great!! Hopefully I never need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!! 5 stars all the way ✨️

Can't say enough good things about this company! Our son was leaving to get back to Dallas & the sliding door on his Odessy came off the track and it was threatening to downpour! We called several repair shops to, at least, get the door back on the track but it was just after 4:30 & no one could except Milstead. They said to bring it down which we immediately did. They were kindly waiting for us & took the car inside the shop right away. It wasn't 5 minutes they had the door back on the track & back out to us. Not only was the door fixed but they said "No Charge"!! We were so very thankful to this very kind company that helped us out of a difficult situation. We definitely recommend Milstead!

They were very polite and were able to work around my schedule when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. My car was dirty when I dropped it off and when I picked it up, I was treated to a very clean car that smelled great. They vacuumed and washed my car.

Victoria was very helpful and communicative during the entire process of getting my truck repaired. My truck looks great again thanks to the team here! They cleaned out my truck and washed it ..maybe even waxed it when I picked it up. Very happy! Thanks guys!

5 stars doesn’t seem enough!! Victoria and Steve were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! I really appreciate that they gave me different options on ways to save money on parts (OEM vs aftermarket) for my repair since I was a cash paying customer. I got a quote from Caliber Collision and the price difference was shocking! As it turns out Milstead is a much better equipped body shop because they had the technicians and equipment on hand and did not need to hire anyone out to do recalibrations for the sensors on my bumper which that alone saved me $400-600. To top it off they offered a courtesy car wash and interior vacuum which I wasn’t at all expecting. Thank you Milstead for going totally out of your way to serve your customer. I will happily recommend you to anyone I know needing your service!

I made an appointment with Milstead Collision after Hurricane Beryl for collision repair. This appointment was scheduled by them for their convenience which was 1-2 weeks after I placed a call to them (Aug 26). A couple days after I dropped the car off I received a call from them stating they have been unable to contact the insurance company that is responsible for the repair. I gave all the contact information for that insurance company when I initially made the drop off appointment. The next day I received a call saying they successfully reached the insurance company. Ask me how many times I have heard from them since then after almost 4 weeks. Go ahead, ask. The answer is 1. Despite me asking to speak with a manager and weekly calls for an update. I get the response from the secretary that there is no information in the computer and that the adjuster is always busy or in a meeting and she will have him call me back. He never does. I have received 1 phone call from the manager stating that the vehicle should be ready by mid to end of next week. Guess what, it is the end of the week and the car is not ready and of course everybody is on a meeting and they “will call me back”. This used to be a fantastic business and I have used them before and came back because of the excellent experience I received at that time. This experience is a complete 180 degrees and the business has changed significantly. I plan on avoiding this place of business in the future until I see improvements based on reviews. It’s been 4 weeks and I still don’t have a vehicle and no updates.

I dropped my car off on July 2 and was told they would take care of it and the amount that “at fault” persons insurance gave me was accepted. They called and said my car was done July 5. I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived my husband saw that there was part that they hadn’t fixed. We left it it there, then they called me 2 hours later and said it was done again. We arrived to get and it was exactly the same as before! The service writer got pissed at my husband and walked off without saying anything. So we reluctantly left my vehicle again. I called a week after the hurricane and was told they didn’t have power but would call me when they got power back. A week later, no call so I called them and they said they had the new bumper but needed to see if it had been painted yet and would call me back. No call and I waited another week. I called today, over 4 weeks later, and they said my car is done but they are waiting on more money from the other person’s insurance company! So they are holding my car hostage until the insurance company pays more. Milstead didn’t not tell me that it may cost more and that they wouldn’t let me have my car if it costs more.

I met with Chris, he inspected the damages, gave me a quote, explained the work they'd perform, and how long they'd need the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off, and the gave me a ride home!! Picked the car up a few days later, and it looked great. Drives great too! I would recommend them to anyone for both mechanic repairs and collision/body work.

Our experience at Milstead Collision was nothing short of fantastic. The whole team, and Chris especially, took such good care of our vehicle, kept us updated, and guided us through the whole process, even on the insurance-side. We were in and out faster than we expected, and spent less money than we expected, what more can you ask for from a collision repair shop? ☺️👏 You guys are awesome, thanks again. Highly recommend! 👍

I had damage to my car from a car wash on 7/2023. The car wash sent me to Milstead to get an estimate. Got the estimate done super fast, and Milstead said they would send it to the rep at the car wash for approval. I guess the car wash rep kept ignoring it. For six months, I kept calling and stopping by and even tried to email the car wash themselves. Finally, I went into Milstead again on 1 /2024 and encountered Chris. He heard my situation and said he would order the part right away and get it fixed for me without waiting for the car wash guy. He said he didn't want me to have bad feelings about Milstead because this other company wasn't holding up their end of the bargain. Chris called me the next day and had the part ready to go. I stopped by, and they fixed me up in less than 5 min! Chris went above and beyond, and I really appreciate that.

My service advisor Chris and the Milstead team did a fantastic job of keeping me informed. They definitely exceeded my expectations on satisfaction with my repairs. Chris was awesome about regularly communicating on repair status and keeping me informed ahead on part's delays. Also, once they had all the parts needed to repair my truck. He made sure the work was expedited correctly and completely the first time. My truck is a blizzard white with the Pearl iridescent in the paint color. The paint matches perfectly to the rest of truck so you can’t even tell it’s had repairs. I will definitely recommend any family or friends in need of body work over to Milstead Collision. Also, Shelby at the front desk first answered the phone when I called inquiring about repairs from Milstead. She was the only reason I came to Milstead after speaking with her over the phone. Then once I arrived at the shop Shelby was my first point of contact. She really made a great impression on me with her professionalism on the phone and in person. So I felt very secure with trusting them with my F-350, and that they would do a great job repairing it!
