Tony carmona was amazing, I mean really amazing. I was stuck out in the pouring rain for hours had people stopping by telling me all sorts of things, he came and knew exactly what was wrong. Not only did he help me fix the issue he also towed me to my destination and made sure I was good before he left. Because of him they have a loyal customer out of me. You just can't find customer service like this anymore and they don't try to hit you with all these charges. From this point on all my vehicles in my family will be coming to them. Thanks so much Tony.

On 2 Mar 26, Milstead Automotive Tow truck driver, Justin, towed my Suburban from Bush Airport to my mechanic, a distance of approx. 40 miles. Justin did an excellent job of securing the vehicle to the truck. He demonstrated a safe driving style throughout the entire journey. His personable, engaging personality made the breakdown of my car bearable. If you ever need a tow, I strongly recommend Milstead!

Johnny Winkle made the tow experience about as pleasurable of an experience as humanly possible. The most honest and helpful towing company I've ever heard of. As you can tell, I had a very good experience today, after what started out like crap having to call for a tow in the first place.

I was sitting in a gas station parking lot with a blown tire, waiting for another company to assist me whenever Donovan happened to pull in, see me, and then came to my car and asked if I needed help. He immediately set to work and taught me the proper way to check, safely remove and put my spare tire on. Donovan was amazingly friendly and extremely professional! I recommend both Donovan and this company if you need any help at all!

Through Pep Boys Roadside Assistance, I scheduled for Milstead Automotive to tow my car and was given an arrival time of 5:45-6:15 pm. I called Milstead around 6:20 pm because the online portal did not show that the status of my service had been updated to show that the tow truck was in route or that the truck had already picked up my vehicle. I was told by a Milstead employee that their drivers were behind because of traffic and could not arrive before 7 pm. This was going to be a problem because the business my vehicle was at closed at 7 pm. The employee said that she could reschedule my service for 8 am the next day and I agreed to that. For the original service request, I spoke to a Milstead employee at 4:24 pm to confirm that they had received my request and it was confirmed. No one from Milstead contacted me to say that they were not going to be able to adhere to their arrival time. The next day, I called Milstead around 8:15 am to see if my car had been picked up and the employee said that my service had been set for 10-11 am and could not be moved to a sooner time. I let the employee know about my situation from the previous day and she said there was no documentation that my tow service was rescheduled for 8 am that day. I canceled my service with Milstead because they pushed back their arrival time twice without updating me that they would be doing so.

I want to give a huge thank you to Donovan for helping me this morning on I-45. I had a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the freeway, and within about 15 minutes he pulled over to help me. He was polite, calm, and quickly put my spare tire on and wouldn’t even accept any payment. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and willing to help a stranger. I’m incredibly grateful for his assistance and professionalism. Thank you again, Donovan!

I got a flat tire on the freeway & Walter came to the rescue!! He has honestly been the best wrecker I have came across. He went above & beyond for me & my son. He waited took us to Walmart & waited for me to talk to the associate. He was beyond helpful & super kind to us. I really appreciate him!!

Donovan was amazing. He can quick, he communicated his ETA he respected and was gentle with my can. I would never use another tow company. Thank you so much.

Walter was there 3 minutes after I broke down, it took him 11 minutes to change the tire and put me back on the road. What a great service Thank you so much Walter.

Justin saw me stranded by the side of I-45 and stopped to check if I needed assistance. He told about the tow program he's with, and gave me options for how he could help me. No pressure, just professional and friendly. And, I must say as a woman, he felt safe and respectful. He took me to the gas station as I had asked. I am very grateful that he stopped and got me off the highway. Thanks, Justin!

Exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank Justin enough for helping me when my tire blew out on the highway. It was such a scary and stressful situation, especially being stuck on the side of the road, but he responded quickly and helped me get safely off the highway. I had a huge screw in my tire and Tesla provided a Tow to the Woodlands. Walter Arenas showed up and he was super professional and nice with his service he helped remove the screw so it didn’t damage my rim before getting it on the tow bed. 10 out of 10 recommend

Was towed to the next exit off of the beltway 8 by Walter the tow truck driver. When my truck was unloaded at a gas station, Walter replaced my tire with the spare tire and made sure all was good before leaving. Walter was very friendly, professional and there was NO charge to me for the service. Just an excellent experience!

My experience with Milstead automotive was AWESOME. Justin was so nice and friendly. I had tried numerous times to jump start my car but it wouldn't start but Justin came and helped and got it started with a snap of a finger. Thanks for coming to the rescue Justin!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. This is the second time they’ve helped me, and both times they’ve been fast, honest, and incredibly thorough. They were upfront about other repairs I’ll need in the future (a right front axle replacement and a valve cover gasket), but helped me prioritize what was most urgent so I could stay safe without spending more than necessary. On top of that, the parts they installed come with a 30,000-36,000 mile warranty, which really speaks to the quality of their work and the confidence they have in it. They were efficient, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can actually trust, but this shop has earned mine. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be back and recommending them to anyone who asks. There was a thank you note and the car looked cleaner than when I brought it in. Towing was fast and informative as well.

Walter was awesome!!! He even helped me position both vehicle vehicles in the parking lot by hand and worked his butt off!!! Great guy!!

Justin was my tow truck driver, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Of course my car fired up as soon as he arrived, but he followed me to Goodyear anyway. Happy to recommend.

Walter helped tow my vehicle and if I could give him 20 stars I would. Very respectful and quick, seemed like a very good person that knows his job very well and treated me better than any tow truck driver I’ve ever come across which unfortunately has been a couple times. Very very blessed for this tow truck driver if I could hire my own personal tow truck Driver and have him every time I would.

Your worker, Walter, was very helpful to me today. I had a flat tyre near Exit 73 I-45. I struggled with my car jack to replace the tire to no avail. Suddenly, Walter showed up with his LowBed Towing truck and offered to help me with a bigger jack , gratis. Within a few minutes he fixed the problem, and a with a broad smile left without waiting to be thanked. Walter, you are my hero. God bless you.

Today I had my truck towed by David. He was so pleasant and professional. He called me and updated me with his arrival time.He also confirmed all the information he received from my insurance company was correct. This is the second time we used their services and both times were great. The high level of service provided was incredible 👏🏾
