reasonable price. I highly recommend them for auto glass replacement.
Great service and very thorough! They were able to get all of my warranty work done correctly the first time and I haven't had any issues after picking my vehicle back up.

Took my vehicle here and have had nothing but issues with it ever since. They overcharged me for quite a few things and charged me for things that didn't need to get done. Not only that but they diagnosed other potential "issues". Took my vehicle to another place to get a second opinion and they found none of the same issues that ruffino reported. I absolutely do not trust them. I recommend you take your vehicles elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things bout this crew, and the amazing service they provided me. Liz went out of her way to make sure my car was taken care of, at a more than reasonable price. And Rita was nice enough to give me a ride to pick up and drop off my rental. When enterprise wouldn’t based simply off of, it being a seven mile trip. Which is only two miles past what they offer and them not being able to honor my reservation at the closer location. They even gave me excellent advice, on purchasing a car in the future, the do’s and don’ts of buying. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future, and I’d suggest anyone else does too.❤️

Scammed out of my vehicle. I brought my Ram 1500 in for repair and was given a quote for $3,400. After all that, the shop claimed they couldn’t fix the issue — the truck was still running exactly the same. Then they suggested buying it from me if I wasn’t willing to keep paying for repairs. A week later, I found out they sold the truck and claimed it was fixed.
It’s clear I wasn’t the only one — turns out other customers have had similar experiences. This feels like a bait-and-switch: quote high, claim they can’t fix it, then flip the vehicle for profit. Completely unethical and dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.
Last night, when my battery light came on at work, I knew my alternator was going out. With my child in the car and miles to go before I could even get to AutoZone, the worst happened—my car died on the side of the road in the dark. With no one else around, I bowed my head, said a quick prayer, and honestly didn’t think anyone would stop to help.
But just one second after asking God for help, a voice called out, “Hey, do you need some help?” To my amazement, Liz and her husband from Ruffino Express pulled over—right after leaving a birthday dinner—and instantly took charge of the situation. I reached out to Ruffino about an issue I was having with my hybrid they were very informative, patient and answered all my questions with no problem. Also I have never had a diagnosis on my car that was as detailed as the one Ruffino provided, most companies will just do a simple diagnosis of the main problem. Ruffino provided a whole breakdown of everything on my car so now I have a breakdown of everything I need fixed in the future. Oh and the customer service was outstanding.

On several occasions I have taken one of my vehicles to Ruffinos. They are very easy to work with. They took the time to explain what was needed for my vehicle and the why it was needed. What I loved the most was then explaining what needed to be done immediately, some things to be aware of in the future and general maintenance items. No hard pressure, this is what we recommend and let me make the decision.
Awesome shop, knows how to do just about anything! They don’t try to get me in and out their shop but explain everything to me and care for me. People at the front are great, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The mechanics are just as great and are top notch!
I highly suggest using Ruffino for all of your automotive needs! From bodywork and major repairs to regular maintenance etc. These guys work hard to get your vehicles fixed correctly. Over the years, my family has brought at least a dozen vehicles to them, and they have always provided solutions! Anything new to old forging or domestic they do it all!
I will only deal with Ruffino Express, they are honest, consistent, considerate and thorough. Their warranties are better than anywhere else. The waiting room is great for littles. They have a charging station, toys and a chalk board. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, even if they aren't on the service provider list for your insurance, I'd still recommend going through them to get the work done. Amanda is super sweet. Liz is straight forward, both awesome ladies. The guys in the shop are good guys, doing honest work. These folks will have your back and make sure you aren't being taken advantage of by any other shop.
We had a wonderful experience, taking our car in for insurance repairs here! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the entire insurance process! I would highly recommend this shop over most of the big chain repair shops!
This place had my vehicle for over 4 months. It had some starting issues so I bought a new battery, starter, and alternator to them. I was then told that everything was fine and the car was in good shape . Disappointed in the ac not being fixed I picked up my car and bought it home after being charged over 1200 dollars to find out my oil wasn’t checked (dipstick was broken) low transmission fluid and didn’t even put air in the tires still trying to figure out what merited that kind of a price for so little work . Still in search of a good shop at this point

Called the shop due to our A/C not blowing cold. The heat was unbearable because of Texas summers. Liz and Amanda was able to get us in right away, fixed the A/C for a reasonable price. Now our car blows cold air! The staff was very knowledgeable and sweet. Will definitely be back!
This place is like family, I knew Rob for many years very trustworthy person, so I found out he was working here and gave this shop a try, they explained everything to me and the cool thing is they take pictures of everything and you get to see. The price was great. Liz and her husband were wonderful and can tell they run an honest shop!! I will for sure return in the future.
