I called them early on a Monday morning, panicked with my kids in the car and a flat on the side of a dangerous road- from the moment that call was answered I was reassured that I was more than a tow fee. They asked if I had a way to secure safety for my kids and myself, quoted me an arrival time and were on time. Once they arrived the driver safely placed me in his truck with true southern hospitality opening the door for me and ensuring my safety. The small talk conversation may have been “part of the job” for the driver but to a stressed momma on a Monday morning, it was the calming of the storm I needed. I will highly recommended this company in the future to anyone who needs a tow, body work etc.
We came up to Houston to pick up my mom for an important dr appt she has next week in Lubbock, and our way to Spring TX or front driver wheel started scrapping and grinding. The noise obviously got worse on the 8 hour drive. We pulled into our hotel and heard a big pop. Of course we got in late Friday and her apt is at 9 on Tuesday and knowing most places are closed on Sunday and knowing we had to leave Monday finding a place that was quick and convenient was extremely important. Saturday morning we started calling places. We found this place we thought we could make the drive there (it was literally 5 minutes away from our hotel) but as soon as we pulled out of our parking spot the truck made a louder popping grinding sound so we were scared to drive. Gene called us to confirm that this was an issue he could fix at an affordable price. Now we were scared to just go with anyone but Gene was so convincing he would take care of us. We were kind of hesitant only because we're from out of town but we said screw it let's do it. So we had our truck towed to his shop. They confirm our wheel bearing went out and was dry af basically scrapping metal at this point. Gene, his wife, and the mechanic were all so nice and generous. Once we got to meet the mechanic and get a feel of the place we got more confident in the choice we made that we let them switch out both front wheel bearing our brake pads and brought some windshield wipers for another car we have at home. We ended up paying not even a fraction of what Chloe auto repair was going to charge us. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE THEY REALLY DID SAVE US!!!! Great service and honesty! My service was booked through Allstate Roadside Assistance. The first tow company driver tried to tell me I needed to give him cash directly, which made me uncomfortable. When Rapid Auto Towing was assigned, John called me right away and was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He made the whole experience stress-free and handled everything the right way. Highly recommend Rapid Auto Towing for their professionalism and integrity.
The 1st tow truck never showed up. Gene appeared in less than 40 mins after being dispatched to the accident scene. My tire was jammed against the wheel well and not driveable. However, he had my vehicle up on the bed of the truck in about 18 mins. He was polite to me and gentle with the SUV. I could see he took pride in his work.
Donnell provided excellent customer service and arrived within 10 mins. Overall 10/10 experience. I do recommend and will use service in the near future.

No one wants to break down in the late summer months, but this was an excellent experience for the situation.
Whomever I spoke with at dispatch was so nice. I was flustered and trying to figure out my exact location, and she was so patient and kind.
The tow truck driver, Duane, is THE BEST! He had me stay in the AC because it’s so stinking hot while I waited for him to arrive and picked me up from where I was waiting instead of me having to walk across the hot parking lot.
I felt very safe and well taken care of. I’m not sure what the cost was…my husband took care of it with our insurance, but it is and worth every penny!
Called them because the tow company recommended by my mechanic ghosted me. Rapid Auto Towing's time estimate was accurate and the fee was told up front and they kept to it. Don't want to have to use again, but will call first if the need arises.
Gene went above and beyond the call of duty when he towed my car. He was kind and courteous. He helped to make a difficult situation less stressful for me. Ann Marie also was a lifesaver when I left an important document in the tow truck. She ensured I got it back the same day. Rapid Auto Towing is going to be the first number I call if/when I ever need a tow again. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.
My truck needed to get serviced. I took it to numerous shops and even the dealer but they were not able to find the problem. After breaking down on the road Jean from Rapid Auto Towing came to tow me and informed me that he also has an auto repair shop. They took their time and discovered the issues and fixed them. Great work, professionally done at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back. 👍🏿
Oh my goodness when I say that Jean and Marie are heaven sent I truly mean it. I was having the hardest time finding a legit autoshop to install me a new engine without cracking me over the head with labor prices! One sweet day I meet Jean who told me to they have great service at affordable prices and they really do! I paid less than $2600 to get my engine replaced. To top it off they kept the car on the lot for almost 2 months without charging me a storage fee because I was still making payments on my engine. The new engine had some faults but the mechanic and crew members worked diligently to get the car running up to par. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and ensuring you’ll be safe on the road! I highly recommend Rapid auto repair they offer free towing as long as they service your car so that’s a win win too! To put the icing on the cake my car is running like it’s brand new and it’s a 2012 bmw!! If you come across this message and need a safe great auto shop tell them Teraney sent you!! Dwayne arrived under 20 minutes and completed the towing service quickly and effectively. Price was fair but well worth it for the service I received. This business would for sure be my go to again if I'm ever in the area.
Great company , sent me a text and I just needed to click on it and they found me with in an hour got my car tolled to the dealership . Quick and easy’
They took too long to get my car towed home from the toyota dealership.
We waited for over a hour and a half.

Bad service
OMG!!! Kim was a life saver!! She was AWESOME!! Extremely nice and professional!! She was also very efficient and fast!! She got us out of a very bad spot very quickly!! I would definitely ask for her help if needed again. Thank- You Kim, you were truly a blessing!!
