Cheyenne and Jesse were awesome! 123 Towing/Towsquad was amazing! They were quick and professional. I had called Allstate and they originally called National Towing for our roadside assistance..they cancelled at the last min. If anyone has read National Towing reviews there are many disappointed customers like me on there. Dont waste your time waiting on them. If you have Allstate roadside you can ask them to send 123Towing. If you dont have Allstate roadside call 123towing anyway! We will call them again for our towing needs.

Tonight I was stranded at a gas station because my Jeep was overheating. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and the guy who towed my truck to the shop is clearly a reflection of the leadership in that office. I'm sticking with these guys. 5 Stars! Thanks Patrick Guillory Red Jeep
Best tow company I ever used Cheyenne was very polite and works safe and very good customer service, if I ever need tow or mechanic work again this is the only company I will use.
Thank you to the team at Route I23 Towing. They were fast and were super helpful, they even dropped off my stepson at home before taking my vehicle across town where they dropped it off at the dealership. In my experience, I would highly recommend them.
Recently worked with this team was over charged for the services provided and my vehicles front bumper and steering rack were damaged in the process. Very unprofessional team to work with and extremely unsatisfactory customer service. Do not recommend calling these guys.
Received quick and great service. Both individuals I worked with (the dispatcher and the driver) were professional, courteous, and efficient. Certainly made the already difficult circumstances I had found myself in smoother.
Professional, courteous, and efficient tow and repair shop. Route 123 Towing was one stop shop for my time of need. I was stranded on I-45 after blowing a clutch and hitting the barrier. I was picked up, driven home as a courtesy service (not sure if that is standard for their service but it was certainly nice), and they both repaired my clutch as well as the body damage within the week. 5/5 would recommend. If not going through insurance, they accept credit cards (w/ service charge) or Zelle with no service charge.
They were friendly from start to finish and also patient with me! I needed my car towed to my mechanic. And they were kind and patient with me and my kids the whole time. I will definitely use their service again!
Had my car towed in March 2023. The guy got there fast, and his quote for a flatbed tow was quite a bit cheaper than others. When I called the service around 8AM on a Saturday, the phone was answered (unlike half the other services I called). After towing my car, the driver accepted my credit card. Great service!
Used them today. My driver Jose was cool and got my car loaded fast without any issues. He even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to call a ride. If I ever need a tow again I’ll definitely call them again
Our Driver Ali showed up on time and was very cheerful and professional, he drove my wife and I with our car from spring back to Huntsville. I would highly recommend 123 towing for the overall experience which was great from start to finish. We know that if they took care of us so well they would do the same for everyone else. Driver was polite. Showed up on time. Charged me the price i was quoted. Backed my car up in my driveway for me. Very nice driver. I would reccomend this company highly.

Great Mechanics and cheap pricing came in for a job that a dealer said would cost me $1250 and did the same job for a lot cheaper. Really great people and even better prices!
I've had to call these guys twice now. The first time the driver was beyond outstanding. The car was in a parting spot, locked steering wheel and just a big pain. Got it on and to the dealer with a smile the whole time. Even left me with a guy he knew to speak with there. Left such an impression that I took the time to dig through old pictures to find the name of them. And boom! Again amazing service. Showed up fast. Super friendly and great price. Different guy than before but just as good. Tow companies have bad reputations but these guys are a cut above the rest. Wouldnt call anyone else. Thank you
This was the easiest towing experience I've ever had (granted I've only needed a tow 4 or 5 times)! The person that took my initial call set clear expectations and straightforward pricing. The truck was picked up within 30 minutes of my initial phone call and the driver was skilled and efficient. I'll be using Route 123 if I ever need a tow again. Thanks!
I called this tow company for my friend when she needed a tow their service were great and the gentleman that came to pick her car were really nice they recommend a mechanic which we went for to cut the long story short this guy held the car for a week+ giving excuses from one issue to another my friend was taking Lyft all through as if that was not enough the mechanic was very rude and he never cared .i dont recommend this mechanic.
Towing service is great. It was nice to know those two gentlemen who helped tow my car off of the highway at night about two weeks ago. They were nice and kept their promise by helping me bring my car the next day at no extra charge, even though they had to make two trips. However, their mechanic (who was recommended by one of the gentlemen) turns out to be a jerk! He is one of the most dishonest guys I've met in my life! Not only has he got a nasty attitude, he's rude to customers and doesn't care. He had my car for over a week and kept telling lies about the updates. He promised he was going to have the car ready and have his boys bring me my car two days ago, but they were a no-show. My husband called him the next day to find out why, he was avoiding the calls and when he picked up, he had an excuse (he's busy, he needs more time, blah, blah, blah...) Unknown to us that he had not even fixed the car! By now, he's had the car for a week. He called some two hours later saying the car was now fixed. What! When I finally went to pick up the car (the next day) and tried to confront him, he only snapped and told me not to come back, there are other mechanics that I can go to, blah, blah, blah. Really! He would not even admit that he was wrong let alone apologize. I would not recommend him, and because of him, I will not be in need of their towing services in the future. My advice, run from their mechanic! He is not trustworthy and a complete jerk!
Was on Kirkendoll Road in Spring Texas when a wheel bearing locked up. Called several wrecker companys there phones went staright to a full voice mail, but 123 Towing & Collision answered there phone and had a wrecker to me within 30 minutes. These guys where professionals, highly recommend these guys.
Amazing service!! Their customer service is great! Zach was very helpful and attentive. We had no problems at all. If I ever need a towing service I’ll def call 123 Towing again!
I called these guys because my wife and gotten her car stuck on a curb and I was quite a ways away. They came straight out within 10 minutes. However, by then some helpful motorists had already gotten my wife unstuck. 123Towing didn't complain about coming out for nothing. Will use them if I need towing again.
