Sun Auto is awesome they took care of my old school Crown Vic after my late husband passed away I needed to have the car serviced and they went over and beyond to help me getting her up and running perfect. They even helped me with air in my tire and changed my lightbulb for free I won’t go anywhere else now. I can’t say one person is better than the other they’re all amazing there. I recommend them to everyone. And they have shuttle service and they even took me home one time cause they had to keep my car over the weekend. sun Auto ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience at Sun Auto. Dropped by after work to get an oil change. They were able to take me on the spot. I forgot to mention that my tires may need air, but they checked them and a few other things. Appreciate that! Car felt great driving home! Thank you.

My truck started acting up and I needed to get it checked out as well as do some overdue maintenance. I called both Christian Brothers and Sun Auto, on Rayford in Spring TX, for quotes on the maintenance and diagnostic work. Sun Auto had CB beat by 25% on 2 of the 3 services with the 3rd being almost identical. On top of that Trevor at SA provided a lot of feedback on the issues that could be the problem and was extremely helpful in the process. Had the quotes been similar I still would have choose SA over CB due to his level of engagement and professionalism. I was able to perform 1 of the 3 maintenance items myself as both shops were way more then I was willing to pay for that service I was perfectly capable of doing myself for 1/5 the cost. I was able to drop the truck off on Saturday morning and they stayed well past closing to get me the diagnosis. They were able to diagnose a simple part failure vs a major engine repair. I was back on the road with a truck that drove like new Monday afternoon and couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys. On a separate note the wife and I have had several tires go flat due to nails and we have brought them in for repairs and have always never charged us for that. When my AC went out they were once again the lowest price for repairs between GMC, and CB. Those repairs came with a warranty as well.

Carlos and Devon went out of their way after my engine light came on. They diagnosed and assessed the issue and had me on the road in 2 days! Thank you for everything guys! This is my one stop shop for all my car needs!

The service advisor demonstrated thorough knowledge regarding the warranties on Toyota transmissions. The team maintained a positive attitude and provided assistance in a courteous and professional manner. Their pricing for an oil change is $10 higher than the dealership; however, their location and services are of a significantly higher quality.

I came to this location solely because my normal place was not able to service my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the service by all but I must mention that Angel has by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while. Thanks to his friendly and attentive service, I’ll absolutely be a returning customer.

Highly recommend! Sun Auto is friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I got 4 quotes for brakes replacement, and they beat the price by over $100. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly and informative. I also appreciated how they didn’t push me to get extra services done.

My vehicle unexpectedly stopped working. I had my car towed to Sun Auto and was taken care of right away. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Angel and Devin were exceptional! The turn around time to get my vehicle back was amazing!! Appreciated the updates and communication. Definitely will be taking my car back if anything is needed.

It was a pleasure to work with Devon. My truck came in with a much needed transmission rebuild. Devon kept constant communication regarding the step in the process and about when I would get my truck back. I contacted 3 different Ford dealerships in the area and it was anywhere from 8-12 weeks just to be seen for transmission issue. Insane! Devon had me in on Monday afternoon and I got my truck back by Saturday! Feels like the work done is great. Truck drives better than ever. I highly recommend this shop. They did my timing belt on a diesel f150 when they were Caliber Auto. Most Ford dealerships didn’t even know that Ford put in diesel engines in F150. Highly highly recommend this place for repairs. They are an honest fair priced shop. I am very skeptical of auto shops so to find one that I trust is a great piece of mind that I’d send my wife and daughters to have work done on their vehicles if needed. I hope that their culture remains the same and they continue hiring good people. Thanks again.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would! My first time at this place to get my tires rotated and my oil change. I had made an appointment for 10 o’clock. I came at 9:45 and they said they would get me right in. About a little after 10 they came and said they have me in there. It would be about 45 minutes. Well, about two hours later is when I got my vehicle done, and that was after me pressing them. Then I was quoted $63 for the total. When I went to pay, it was $108. I told him I refused to pay it because I was quoted the $63 and I had the paperwork to prove it. I would not go back to this place ever again and I highly recommend if you’re reading this you don’t either.

This place is hands down the best. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Sun Auto is exceptional. On a cold, windy Saturday in Spring, TX, they had my car warmed up and ready before I even got in. I really appreciate that there’s never any pressure to upsell—just an honest breakdown of what’s needed and why. The photos explaining everything make the process so much easier. Highly recommend.

Love this place! I’ve had to stop here twice for emergencies and they always helped me more than I even asked and finally yesterday, I started using their services and got an oil change. Shout out to Angel, who has gone above and beyond multiple times, Samri - with his cheerful conversation and proactiveness and the other gentleman who had the good sense to change my fob battery.

I love this place! You get exceptional customer and car service. When the work is complete you get a detailed report (including pictures) sent to your phone. They offer suggestions for your vehicle, will show you why some recommendations are important or just precautionary, but do not pressure you into anything. The lounge (pictured) is comfortable and they offer wi-fi, water, clean bathrooms, annnnnnd..... A playground for kids!! Yes, Mom's, you can sit down and relax while you get your oil changed!

I don’t bring my car to the mechanic often but this week I thought I had an issue with my starter. I went to AutoZone and a one minute test said there may be something wrong with the starter and it would cost about 600 bucks. It’s not a DIY project for me so I asked my neighbors for recommendations and Sun Auto was one of them. I called and asked if I brought the starter in, could they do the install and Trevor advised they could but suggested they look at it first and give a second opinion. Trevor and his team found some anomalies and I was about to pay over $1000 for the starter and labor. Trevor didn’t feel this was exactly the right solution so he suggested we keep it overnight and test one more condition. The following morning under the right conditions it was determined the battery was the culprit. Trevor saved me from myself and replacing a more expensive part that didn’t need it. I was more than willing to do it, but thankfully, he being the expert saved me from myself and saved my wallet, and saved me from having to replace a dead battery in a few days. The expertise, honesty, and customer service will make them my First Choice moving forward. Thanks Trevor and Carlos.

The team is extremely informative and care more about the car than any of the big name companies. They give the car an inspection at no cost and give you options based on the inspection. I never once felt pressured to any cost and if I had a question they told me why it’s important or if I decided not to do a recommendation they gave me information to prolong until next visit. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family.

Second time I have been here and just WOW! Everyone is so polite and friendly. Service is prompt, waiting room is comfortable and the prices seem really budget friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thankfully I haven’t needed “big ticket” or complicated things, so can’t yet speak to that, however I highly recommend for regular maintenance!

I’m a 74 year old senior with an old car. For the first time in my life, I got served with respect and care when I stopped by for emergency alerts in my car. The technician listened attentively and asked to test drive my car. He came back saying that my car is in good condition except with the alerts. He nicely told me to come back with an appointment for them to do an in-depth check. In the meantime, he assured I can safely drive my car until I am ready for them. Thank you!

I broke down while storm chasing, and Sun Auto Tire & Service really took care of me. They got my truck in quickly and treated Team Dominator Storm Recovery with top-notch service. I was worried it was a major electrical issue that would cost thousands, but they were completely honest — it ended up just being a battery problem. They even offered a shuttle to pick me up when the truck was ready. Hard to find service this genuine anymore. I highly recommend these guys and would trust them with my vehicle any day.

Took a car for pre purchase inspection and these guys saved me from getting screwed. We were going to buy this car but they found oil leaks and worn out shocks and many more. Just don’t trust a dealership because they sale fancy cars and pride themselves as a 5 star car dealership. Be smart and take that car to these guys. Angel was awesome and they are very honest. I will definitely be taking my cars to them.

My wife and I have been coming here since the location first opened back when it was still Caliber. From the start, I’ve judged businesses by their customer service and especially by the leadership of their manager. I’ve seen it too many times—when a good GM leaves, everything changes. That’s why I can say with confidence that Josh Torres, the GM, is the reason we keep coming back. I even knew him back at Caliber before he was promoted, and it was clear then that he was going to go far. He’s professional, approachable, and runs a tight ship. The service has always been great. Like any long-term customer relationship, there have been a couple of minor issues, but the team has always gone above and beyond to make things right. That kind of consistency is why we continue to trust them with our vehicles. Sun Auto is in good hands with Josh and his team.

The facility was nice. But SunAuto missed several screws from my oil filter underbody cover while reinstalling and it is dangling, dragging on the road. I have left feedback for a return call so they can fix this error. I will update my review if they resolve their mistake. Update: I took my vehicle back and they promptly took care of the issue with no hassles.
