Most shops would go ahead and perform service even if not needed. I asked for a front end alignment that I really didn’t need. Mark had my truck checked out and called to let me know I really didn’t need the work. Honest!

My experience here was excellent! Drew was very helpful and explained everything to me. He explained the price breakdown, recommendation, and gave advice on how to keep my car healthy. My car needed quite a few things done and it was almost closing time, but they managed to get my car fixed the same day. Very professional and nice staff I will continue to bring my car here.

This was my second vehicle that I had my exhaust system modified on. I when back to Ripley's because of the quality of there work. It's just simply done right.

Drove over a median and broke the exhaust system loose from the engine on my 2024 Toyota Tundra. Truck sounded like a motorcycle. Dealership wanted several days and over six thousand dollars for the repair. Dropped by Ripleys and had them take a look. Received an honest diagnosis and quote within an hour. A quote that was fair and a small fraction of what the dealer wanted for the repairs. Walked down the street for lunch while they conducted the repairs and the job was completed in less than two hours. Andrew took good care of me at the front desk. Hello friends. I brought my truck up here to see if they can put a performance exhaust on my truck. They had EVERYTHING I wanted and it was cheaper than I imagine and what I was seeing on the google. Anyways I made an appointment the next day and they had my brand new exhaust on in 2 hours like they said. It has been too long to go somewhere and them Tell you the truth. They was very polite and professional. I’ll never take my truck or my wife’s cars and truck anywhere else. This is the TRUTH!

Front end alignment professionally completed with a report showing before and after. Nice waiting area, helpful service writers, fair price. Highly recommend.

Honestly a family owned business and their maintenance team are great! They are on point hands down. My only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the front desk staff with the nod against you waiting in their front lobby, u have an appointment you bring your vehicle there for the 2nd time with the 1st time being the car diagnostic and even with an 2nd appointment, you have your laptop and you are ready to wait between 2 to 3 hours and its like oh no we gonna be all day with your vehicle, u gonna have to get a ride home we will call you when we are done. I was not a big fan of that. I feel you have an appointment you can wait if you like and not be challenged to get a ride back home and we will reach out later. Overall service on my vehicle was superb but that waiting in the lobby shouldn't be frowned upon.

Recently moved to the area and my wife's mustang began making a louder than normal noise. As a mechanic in my past, I knew what I was told tge issue was was accurate. They did a fantastic job. Friendly, informative, timely at a very reasonable price. They are a quality honest shop. Women, I know sometimes you feel sliced in auto repair situations. This establishment treats all with honesty, decency and respect with quality work using only OEM parts. They have my business as long as I live in the area!

Was quoted 1,600 - 2,700 for cv axle replacement for labor only I have the cv axle. Was told it is a 8hr- 17 hr job. On a 2020 kick I'm not that dumb sorry mitas said it's a 3-4 hr job and I have done one before it doesn't take 8hrs

I recently lowered the rear of my 2008 tundra with a flip kit and air springs which resulted in my dual exhaust having to be re-routed. Ridley’s did a great job of customizing the fit with limited space in less than 3 hours and for a fair price as quoted. They allowed me to thoroughly discuss the routing options with the exhaust technician back in the garage where we could see exactly what the space looked like. I was very pleased with the final result and the attention to detail.

I will happily use Ripley’s again in the future. Had to have my exhaust manifolds replaced after developing the “hemi tick” rams are known for. Work was done quickly and I wasn’t hit with a list of “we found some things that should be fixed” that some shops use to try and run up the bill once they’ve got your car on the lift. Overall good experience.

I recently brought in my daughter’s Kia Sportage to have the AC fixed, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Despite the car being quite old and the parts hard to come by, the mechanics went into detail about every issue and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. First and foremost, I was impressed by the fact that they were able to accommodate me on the same day I came in. I was worried about having to wait for an appointment, but they were able to fit me in and get my car taken care of right away. Not only that, but they also offered to give me a ride to work while they worked on my car. This was a huge convenience for me and saved me from having to arrange for transportation. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in my day. Throughout the process, the staff at Ripley’s kept me well informed about the progress of my car and any additional work that needed to be done. They were able to get me in right away and take care of my car pretty quick. Fair pricing on what was needed as well, the dealership and a few other shops in the area wanted to charge me 4,000+ but Ripleys was able to take care of me for under 1000. I needed that grace more than they knew! It was truly worth the visit and will use them again and reccomend them anytime! Sam in front is amazing and the mechanics are efficient and honest. I have had repairs done here for years but this most recent one takes the cake. My mother in law had a failed rod bearing that would require a whole new motor. These guys made me aware of an extended warranty for this particular vehicle due to this issue through the dealer. I had the vehicle inspected with the dealer and Ripley’s was right; the motor was replaced at no charge. Unbelievable! A result I would never have expected or known about had I not brought the vehicle to Ripley’s first! They are humble and honest, my family thanks you 🙏🏻

This review starts about 6 months ago when I brought my GTO to the shop for an exhaust system. This was no ordinary system because the car is going to race off-road from Beijing China to Paris France. They took the time to do the job right. Fast forward to last week when I brought the car back because I wanted to make the exhaust quieter. They worked for two days trying different options and ideas. We got it to be much quieter. I would trust Ripleys to do a great job with any of my cars.

Do not recommend. The mechanic told me to drive my car till it breaks down. I got my car towed to their location in spring, for repairs and they made it WORSE!! They told me i would be paying 643$ my insurance covered the rest. THEY CAUSED OIL TO GO INTO MY ENGINE AND OIL!! I HAD TO PAY 2600$!!! DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION IN SPRING IF U WANT YOUR CAR MORE MESSED UP. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Had a great experience here with Mark and the team helping me figure out a custom exhaust piping fix for my Camaro. They were very efficient, communication was great, and even followed up with me to let me know about an issue with my tires that was a safety concern! Love this place and will be back without a doubt in the future. I own a small business and always stress the importance of great customer service.
