They stole All my husband tools and everything out of our truck and had two boxes of trash saying this was all that was in my truck they said they had pictures of how it arrived but refused to show us anything...then tried blaming the tow people and the loan place, so I called them and they confirmed all the tools and everything else was in there.. How is this place still open as I'm reading the reviews there are multiple people saying how stuff is stolen... I will be pushing this to the max
Had a watch stolen out of the car. And they said they asked us there if everything was in the box they put stuff in but the lady said make sure the license plate was there. So we are out 250$ for a watch . How petty can people be. Like obviously were struggling to have to pick the car up from being repoed then your gonna steal from us. Horrible experience and horrible people
We Buy cars from this branch all the time and they have never given us any issue, the ladies up front are beyond nice to me and my crew and are willing to go out of their way to help in any way they can, will keep doing business with them for a long time for sure.
Was willing to make my payment but then they came up with that you have to wait 2 days to even get your car back.People have a life we cant be waiting on yall lazy people to get up and go do the dang job.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. I just open a new account the lady this not answer even one question about the account and said just call the customer service and ask them although she knew the answers. I asked her to please scan the forms on my account which IAA wanted me to emailed them but she refused and said you have to do it yourself.

Horrible customer service! If there was a 0 rating I would gladly give it. Called 3 times for them to fill out a form that shows sales taxes taken out. They refused to do anything. Every branch that I've worked with, without question, was able to fill out the form. The managers will tell staff anything just to not speak to you. I was told she stepped out but later said let me ask her, she's in her office. I was told ill receive a call back, never happened. They don't understand that different states require different documentation. Just providing a receipt is not enough! Honestly speaking They just put the most incompetent staff together ran by horrible management. Tavy Gonzalez is the manager that will play hide and seek with you just to not help you or talk to you. Stay away! There are other branches that are much nicer.
This place is really doing something that is not legal or something and it's designed to make it harder to get your vehicle back.
People who work there will go through your car and steal everything from your gun to your medicine and if you have anything else of value.
I left a gun in my car in the arm rest and when I went to get my items my gun was gone so was my medication.
They will not let you go to the back but they will bring your vehicle to the front, if you had any weed or liquor or probably be without what was inside your car.
IIA ended up with my car, After my car got repoed by a loan company. The ladies that work there Ms. Winter & Ms. Christy were absolutely amazing. They were such a big help to me. They went above and beyond in helping me get my car back. Thank again to the ladies at IIA y'all are amazing ☺
Office staff won't let you talk to supervisors, very rude will hang up on you, I'm on the verge of lawyering up cause they think playing with people's property is professional. My vehicle was damaged in tow and when I went to go pick it up I couldn't drive it off the lot. I had to file an insurance claim and almost two months later I still have no answers and no vehicle and no communication and still expect a payment. I kept my cool for a very long time. And now I've lost it. Even the corporate office is rude. Asking me what's the problem. Y'all's attitude and absolutely no customer service quality. Is the first problem.
So the car was towed to this location came to pick up my belongings. They stole all my makeup and all my loose change in the vehicle and then in my boxes was someone else clothes... just pure thieves
People are that branch definitely need to try to be honest because the manager herself sounded like she is cultivating dishonesty to her team. I got a car there with actual miles listed but got something different. I tried to give them a chance to make it right, but she tried to deflect fault at me for the mistakes that her team made, I was able to prove her wrong by her own system. Then she tried to play hide and seek game with me for over a month and a half, then she let her subordinate deal with me which I feel like was cowardly. In conclusion, they need to be honest on how they post their vehicle so that they don't have to play games with costumer's time.
Use these guys with extreme caution. They treat the dealers that are bringing them business like dirt. Very rude. I purchased a vehicle online for thousands of dollars and it stated that it ran and drove, when the employee brought the car out on a forklift and dropped it off in the parking lot, the timing chain was broke, I went in the office immediately and explained my situation, The employee in the office told me I was stuck with the vehicle. I then escalated the situation to management, and the manager tried everything in the book to weasel out of the situation, then never would call me back. I called for weeks with no returned calls. There are a lot better auctions in middle Tennessee than this one. Don’t waste your time, very very unprofessional.
Just left from his place. We were picking up items that were in my mother's car. We had a $20 bill, 4 quarters, squeegee, boxes and plastic for tools stolen. We were inside filing paper work while my fiancé and son were waiting in the truck and 1 black male and 1 black female were calling me and mother b!tches and liars. They also stated they should of just thrown all of our stuff away. Very unprofessional people! When reported to the people in the office who are also black not one single apology.
This company is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. We scheduled a pickup on a Monday, and were promised that the driver would arrive between 8:00 am and noon. When we’d heard nothing by 12:30, we called, and were told the driver was thirty minutes out. At 2:00 pm, we called again. Again, we were told the driver was thirty minutes out. At 3:00, we called again. They connected us with the driver, who said he’d be there between 4:30 and 5, making all kinds of excuses. We canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday, having lost an entire day waiting on the pickup.
It is now 4:19 pm on Wednesday. We are still waiting on a pickup that was promised between 8:00 am and noon. The driver made excuses, blaming the rain and dispatch, and calling my wife “honey”. I’ve seen grade school lemonade stands and Girl Scout troops selling cookies with a better sense of professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re rank amateurs.
I have so many issues with this company right now. I made an appointment earlier this week to pickup my truck. I ended up waiting 2 hours before I even got to see my truck making one wonder why go through the trouble of scheduling the appointment if literally nothing will be ready when I get there. Eventually my truck is brought over only for me to find out that many of my items that I had inside my truck are now missing. My Hammock, speaker, picnic basket full of dry ingredients, etc all gone with no real explanation of where they have gone. One of the ladies at the front, Cynthia said that they would reimburse me for the missing items which would be fine. Today I call in for a update and am told that they have found my Hammock, fantastic but what of my other items? And why didn't anyone call me to let me know? I was instructed to call back later and so I did only to be placed on hold for going on 40 minutes. Try to call from another phone to get some type of service and am immediately placed on hold again before I can get any word out. I have run out of patience with this company. They place no value on the time of others.
Horrible service if they make a mistake and mess your vehicle up. Please be assured they will find a way to make you believe it’s your fault. I really hate I had to go through what I did with them. Good luck to the next victims.
Mario was straight up and easy to work with to sell my car. He is definitely a pro at this. Payment arrived on time and fees were minimal. Given the circumstances not a bad experience at all!
Been here several times! The loaders are experienced and do things in a timely manner however the people at the front desk needs some attention. Not all but theirs a couple with nasty attitudes all the time cutting their eyes at u for no apparent reason and not to mention I’m their quite frequently so it’s no conquensidence. That’s the down side of going here cut everything else is ok!
very professional staff and super nice people and great management . The bowling green ky branch needs to get it together they have a extremely rude front desk lady that rolls her eyes at you and smarts off that works closest to the main entrance door . I will continue to do business with the Tennessee locations but will not be back to the bowling green branch !
