This company is always there when I need him. I run a store downtown. People like to park on private property and leave their car because they don't want to pay for parking so I call R1 towing and they are always there
I dont know where to start. They are the most purest, solid caring people I’ve meeting. R1 Towing will pull up rain,sleet, snow or hail. If they cant they got some one that cant get the job done. Dont sleep on my people.

Thanks to R1 for saving the day and lots of $ to myself and husband. Apex inc (HOA) had our truck illegally towed but after R1 heard about the inconvenience, he/they quickly brought back my husbands truck at no charge to us. Lots of patience and understanding on their part. Appreciate it!

Would highly recommend R1 Towing for their fast and friendly service! I called 6 different companies to get a tow for over 30 miles after my car broke down on I-65 and R1 Towing is the only one that would accommodate. I wish I got his name but I didn’t but the guy that showed up went above and beyond to assist me. I’m grateful that kind and courteous people still exist.

After having a car accident in downtown Nashville, I pulled into a one-hour only parking spot at a gas station that would definitely tow my car someplace expensive if I didnt get out of there soon enough. After getting insurance information and talking to the police, I discovered my phone was dead and I couldn't call a tow truck! Got back home as soon as I could, called them, and sure enough they got the car before it was too late! They towed it to the front of my house. Very friendly, very punctual, and a five stars experience in my book.

I am the Service Manager of a large apartment complex in Nashville. The property was using one of the more well known and big tow companies for our impounds or any other towing needs. We never were happy with the other company. Response times were slow and the office staff was rude. We switched to R1 approximately 1 1/2 years ago. The owner and staff are top notch. I have used and will continue to use R1 for my families needs as well. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Super efficient, friendly, professional and kind! We had a great experience today after waiting for AAA to send someone for 3 whole hours, we kept getting pushed back until we gave up and called local - these guys showed up in just 15 minutes! So thankful for their help! Dispatch was also super friendly and professional, so that’s an added bonus.
My car stopped working as I was driving home from work today and everything electrical started to malfunction due to some issue with the battery or alternator. I had some trouble finding an active tow service until my brother got in contact with Harmon, the owner of R1 Towing. Harmon was so wonderfully responsive and prompt with his arrival to tow my car to the shop and was so helpful and friendly throughout the experience. It really made a mad day better to have such helpful and prompt and kind people helping me out to get my car off the side of the road. Thank you for wonderful service! I will be saving the number!
