Recently purchased my 2020 Ford explorer ST from Belle Meade auto brokers! Met Cris when I got there! You know how salesmen are at the big dealerships. They only care about the sale and out you go! No follow up and no personal connection to make you feel safe about your purchase…. Quite the opposite here! From start to finish he did me better than ANY other salesman ever has, even Toyota when I bought a brand new car off the show room floor! He not only made the deal better but made sure ALL the issues I had with it were taken care of before I took it home! My ST drives like a dream and as you can see is just as nice on the outside! If I ever want to sell it or trade it, I’m for sure taking it back to them! Highly recommend them and ask for Cris! Great guy! Can’t say enough about him and how I was treated! Do yourself a favor go see what they got!

Completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. It broke down less than a week after we purchased it. They offered no help. Told us to re-read our contract. Then quit returning our calls.

You couldn't buy a car here even if you have the cash in hand. Lazy, rude, and unprepared employees made my experience horrible. Wouldn't recommend. Also have a suspicion that they get most of their cars from auction. Avoid!

Have bought and sold cars from Josh McCready for over ten years. He's never steered me wrong (no pun intended 😆) and he has always been honest with me--and he has even talked me out of cars both on and off his lot that I realistically could not afford to maintain. I've referred numerous people to him who are now loyal customers as well. I can't say anything about anyone else here as I've never worked with them and I believe everyone works independently from one another, but I know Josh is a stand-up professional. My wife and I drove from Birmingham to Belle Meade to look at a vehicle. I spoke with Josh the day before our trip to schedule an appointment and ask some questions. He was very informative and told me every thing he knew about the car, including some cosmetic and functional issues. When we got there Saturday he handed us the keys, told us how to get to the interstate and to take our time. We chose not to buy the car but Josh was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of trying to buy a car from. I would definitely call him if Belle Meade has another car that I am interested in buying.

We found a 2014 370Z, low miles and made a major rookie mistake before buying the car. It seemingly was in good working order and of course was sold without any warranty. ALWAYS get a repair shop to do a quality used car check up. We did not. Very quickly had issues with the clutch. $1950 later we got the car repaired. I liked the staff at the store. Caveat Emptor!

Chris was wonderful to work with! From the beginning he was open and honest about the car we purchased. I felt like he had our best interest in mind. He was totally open to us getting the car inspected and when we were told the car needed new breaks, he paid for the replacement without a second thought. I am an experienced car buyer and have bought several cars and had them shipped from remote locations. Before I make a decision I do read the reviews for the potential company I am considering doing business with. I found it interesting that the reviews for this company were either very high or terrible. I can say after concluding business and taking delivery with no hitches that I had a great experience in all categories. I think it depends on who you are dealing with. I highly recommend Josh McCready: total professional and very trustworthy during my whole process. Got a fair price and he worked hard to get the deal done on all of my terms.

We had never heard of Belle Meade Auto Brokers, but found a 2019 BMW 440i on their website that interested us. My husband is a car guy - grew up restoring them and knows his stuff. He was extremely skeptical until speaking with Chris Fortune about the vehicle. We agreed to the purchase over the phone (something we've never done without seeing first) and traveled from Atlanta to Nashville. I am thrilled to say, the car was exactly as Chris described (also something that has never happened for us when buying a used vehicle) and the purchase process was a breeze! As my husband was leaving, he was listing out everything else he wants Chris to find for him! Haha! It was awesome! I hate that previous bad reviews might stop someone from giving this awesome team an opportunity. We found the whole experience to be absolutely delightful!
