As far as IAA your purchase price was very reasonable & Glenn was very satisfied with the price & service was great until the car was picked upThe wrecker service was the worst we have ever experience we have ever had. The driver could not speak English. He was the most inexpenced drive we ever came across. We had to call neighbors to help him get unstuck. He got the wrecker stuck several times & refused to listen to us when we tried to tell him the best way to load the car. It will probably cost us $600+ to fill the yard where he got stuck so much neighbors had to come & get him out & get another wrecker to finally come & pull him out. It took over 6 hrs to get him out. The damage & ruts in the yard are 3 feet deep in most places. We got him out & he get stuck again because he drove back in the same places again spinning again & again making it even worst. When we asked how he was going to fix the damage? His response was we can’t do that they don’t have any equipment. We gave up the language barrier was so bad. He was not concerned in the least. By no way did we came out anyway close to coming out of the hole we were left with. Never again will we recommend Peddle, IAA, or the wrecker service you sent.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Attitudes on phone and in person. No wonder why it’s been under new management for years. Horrible experience.
Very quick and efficient service even with covid restrictions in place. We were in and out in fifteen minutes with our online purchase complete. Helpful employees.
