Absolutely disgusting business. Charged me $430 to get my car they took and another $50 to move the car they stuck in the way. When I finally got to my car I had learned they destroyed my brakes too. Did I expect better from a towing company? No. Does it still hurt to not be able to buy groceries this week? Yes.

I had gotten into a wreck yesterday and ended up having my car towed I had to ride with the tow truck driver of theirs I didn't catch his name but in the mix of everything he still managed to get a smile out of me even though the situation was crappy he still made it a 5 times better so huge thanks to A.B. collier towing and the guy who towed my car

I had a truly horrible experience at this business. Car was wrecked and the police called this company to tow it. I had personal items that I needed out of the trunk. I couldn't get trunk open at the scene. I went to this business to acquire my personal belongings. I was met by a lady that that just couldn't be bothered by me. Just a rude person! I told her my car was towed there and that I needed to get personal belongings out of the trunk. She said I couldnt go get my belongings out of the trunk because of insurance reasons. This seemed questionable to me. She then says that she'd have to charge $75 for a lockout fee for someone to go get it. I took a second to think about it. This seemed like the first scam, I've never heard of this. I agreed to this and then she says, "we can't damage your car worse than it is until insurance inspects it. So I said, "how can I get MY personal belongings out of the trunk of MY car?" She responds with, "you can pay $341 for the charges and we can park it by the road". This was for them to tow it approximately 1 mile and they held it for about 3 hrs. Long story short. The people are beyond rude. They seem like they are gouging vulnerable people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

The guy who towed my truck was extremely professional and polite. He pulled my vehicle out quickly and efficiently. I recommend them any day of the week.

I had to pick up vehicle for credit union in nashville I called number at 907 am and told lady I was on my way to pay and pick up car and ahe ask for vin number I arrived at 946 am and paid bill by 947 am and lady said they would need to pull car off lot for me to tow car and as of 1035 am I am still here and lady claims they have nobody to remove car shouldn't they have told me that at 907 am when I said I was on my way

Friendly and helpful for my family after a bad accident. I was in Nashville visiting family for Thanksgiving and had a collision the morning we departed to head back to my duty station. Cassandra was very helpful in telling me what documents i needed to provide to gain access and remove all of our belongings and also ensured we signed all required insurance documents prior to leaving so that I would not have to travel back 6.5 hours to do them in person at a later date. We were able to make it home safely with all of our belongings later that evening. Thank you Cassandra!

Worst towing experience ever! Rudest employees I’ve ever talked they were talking like they were better than me?!? No professionalism I do not recommend them at all.

Used my roadside through my insurance and the gentleman who towed my car was so polite and amazing! Had a cracked rim and a tire blow out on the highway and was stuck. The ladies who answer the phone are so polite and empathetic it’s such a relief to know these people are out here and amazing! If I ever need a tow this place will be my first call from now on

Somewhat helpful, but what kind of place doesn't carry change? We had to walk away paying an extra $10 to get my car out that was illegally towed. Will definitely be hearing from legal counsel, not here and the city who didn't even wait the minimum 12 hours after writing a citation to tow it. On top of that I was charged a $75 fee and they didn't even follow protocol and contact me that they had the car. They are straight up thieves.

Sam and his team are great! They assisted me in a difficult situation and made sure everything moved smoothly from start to finish.

Driver of #122 would have ran me off the road if I wasn’t paying attention. Tried to call to express concern but no one would answer the phone.
