As a business owner myself, I try really really hard not to leave negative comments on reviews. However, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. The driver himself was very nice and courteous no complaints there. The charge however literally came to $100 per mile. I accidentally chose this company by googling a different local company and I pressed the wrong call button. Lesson learned.

These guys are scammers. Had truck towed in for brake pads. They wanted 3 times the amount of the dealership charged. The mechanic stripped my wheels studs during the brake inspection making my vehicle immobile. I had to pay for new studs which were incorrect and since I refused the brake job my truck was held hostage until I paid.them for.the.damages they caused to my studs and a fee for refusing the work. Cost me 3k to.get my truck back still had to.pay the dealership to fix my brakes. They need to be shut down! Very unprofessional.

I had a blowout on I40 E & called these guys. They said it was going to be $195 & took my card info over the phone. Once he arrived & and fixed my tire He left the car up on the jack and asked me if I had cash. I said no, of course not but you guys took my card and he said we don't take cards and I had to find another way to pay him on the side of the road. And then I see the bill and they add $40 for fuel which they didn't tell me about. I would never call these people again.

PLEASE USE TOW PRO!!! priority is going to rob you. that is why the tow truck driver carries his gun on his hip, so they can rob you out of your money (intimidate you). they came 15 minutes from their shop and 15 minutes to the shop in Mt. Juliet @ $375 per hour. once they hooked my truck they charged me $1295. then tow driver told me i need to hurry and figure out how to use vemmo or they are going to charge me another $375. they robbed me and I should have called the police. PLEASE USE TOW PRO!!!

Brother in law and sister used your company for a jumpstart today. You drove twenty minutes to the truck, my brother in law literally had to show your driver how to hook up the cables correctly and you charged him $1,165 dollars for the jumpstart. Over harge much!?!?!? As an owner/operator I feel like you just bent them over and didn't give them the common courtesy of a reach around. I also feel like you used a cactus without lubricant. Is it the habit of your company to screw customers this badly on a daily basis????? From the looks of the reviews I'd say yes. We will NEVER use your company again. Have contacted the better business bureau as well. Will also make sure other companies are aware of your little scam as well!!!!!!!!

I just had my car towed by them today. They arrived promptly, called to verify the drop off location, and safely dropped the vehicle off. Great timeliness and communication! Thanks guys!

Needed a tow early in the morning when my Toyota hybrid wouldn’t shift out of park in my driveway. I called Priority Wrecker Service, and Ernie was friendly and patient while I explained what was going on. The driver arrived on time, knew exactly how to handle hybrids, and got it loaded with care. Ernie even called later that afternoon to make sure the repair shop had figured it out. Outstanding service all around.

My car started smoking bad on I-24 and I had to pull over right before the Murfreesboro Road exit. Called Priority Wrecker Service and Ernie got a truck headed my way immediately. The driver showed up fast, loaded my car carefully, and made sure I had a ride lined up before leaving. Ernie followed up later just to make sure everything went smoothly at the shop. Can’t beat that kind of service.

The team did a great job. I was unfamiliar with the kind of truck being used, and my technician was very helpful in explaining how it would work so that the car was entirely off the ground while being towed. On time, friendly, knows what he's doing. A very good experience, thank you!

$880 to jump a truck off!!! We called to have our truck jumped off. The answering service said they were 15 minutes away. It took all of 10 minutes to jump our truck off. They then told us it would be $880. When we questioned the price they said it is $375 an hour!! Driving to us, jumping, and driving back should have been less than an hour. The company also refuses to accept a debit or credit card. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and threatened to tow my truck if I didn’t pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Under no circumstance should anyone work with this company. I had material that needed to be pulled off of a trailer, and was quoted $750 per hour by dispatch. From start to finish, this job was completed in 2.5 hours. They gave the carrier we were using an invoice for $4,350. They claimed four hours of work, charged me an additional $195 per hour for an extra worker(I never approved or was told about this), then $570 for a fuel surcharge(this was never mentioned by dispatch when we spoke about cost). When we asked them about the cost, they said pay it or they would tow the trailer back to their yard. The carrier was concerned over having their equipment stolen so paid the invoice. This is a blatant shady business practice, I cannot emphasize enough that this is a company to stay away from.

Nano is wonderful. Called them to get my car towed from Cartage,TN all the way to Nashville,TN. They were very professional and all about business. It was simple as placing a call no long waits no bs estimated times. If you call they ate coming. Thanks You So Much For Everything Nano !!!

My son had a horrible experience with this company. They did not break down EVERY little charge that was invoiced. A small car was towed from Mt. Juliet to Smyrna and he incurred charges that totaled over $450!!! And they tried to justify this by saying "someone has to pay for their nice uniforms". I would NEVER recommend using this service unless money is no object to you!!!

Absolute professionals. Louis was quick to arrive, efficient & careful handling my old Tesla Model S, and dropped us off at the dealership in a minimum of fuss. The $375 fee was entirely reasonable, and the costs were nicely broken down on the invoice. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Didn’t wait long for the tow truck to arrive. Driver, Jim, was professional and efficient. Good communication. Would call these guys for a tow anytime and would recommend. Would also recommend Jim for a raise!

This company is a fraud . Today my car broke 10 miles from my house, I ask them to tow my car, before the driver load my car I asked him how much will cost, the driver find excuses that he does not have destination address yet, even I gave him address he ignore to give me price, after driving 10 miles to my house from briefly parkway he ask me for 510 usd , 510 $ for 10 miles, I have receipt and video, I will escalate this fraud further through Attirney so this not happen to any one else, please people be advice to never ever choose this company

I am very disappointed with this towing service. They charged $570 to tow my vehicle only 25 miles, which is far above the average rate in Nashville. The pricing was not explained upfront, and there were no clear justifications for such an exorbitant fee. I do not recommend this company

I wasn't going to leave a review but since they keep sending me messages asking for a review I will. I want to start off by saying I did not call them for a wrecker service, I called my roadside assistance with my insurance company and they put a call or message out and these guys answered. With that said their home base is in Franklin TN and I needed a tow from Springhill GM plant in TN to pulaski TN a 37 mile tow The guy (i forget his name) showed up pretty quickly he said he was already down that way dropping someone else off. My car sits kinda low and the driver did a great job making sure not to cause damage while loading it or unloading it. The driver paid attention to what the car was doing knew what he needed to do, their tow trucks are well taken care of inside and out, the guy was pleasant to talk to on the ride, he was respectful to myself and when it came to the handling of my car. The driver was a great guy all together. I have no complaints when it comes to him or his professionalism. Now the reason im leaving a 3star and not a 5star is because they are ridiculously over priced. For 37miles the bill was over $500 my portion after my insurance payed theirs was somewhere around $250ish i believe and my insurance payed about $280ish i believe. I nolonger have the prices my insurance company gave me as i wasn't going to leave a review. Dispite what they say they are not within industry standards for pricing. I never received a complete price breakdown like I was sure supoosed to. I could have paid less money by calling my own tow truck without using my insurance than what I paid using my insurance with these guys. Again I did not call them, my insurance company put a message or call out and they answered it. They do take pictures Yes, but from what I've seen from others.They charge you for them.Those pictures they take are for their own protection.They're not for us but apparently they charge you for them, and it doesnt take but a couple seconds Which makes no sense to me, but it is what it is. Just because of their ridiculous prices they aren't someone i will make the call to hire.

Louis is an expert in handling motorcycles and had a great attitude. Excellent service.

DO NOT USE!!! Employee broke down 7miles from shop. Called and specifically asked if boss could pay with company credit card over phone which they said YES. They would not provide price until after they had vehicle on their wrecker then hit us with $1k invoice. It gets better, we called in to make payment and now they state their company policy will not accept credit cards??? They said use “cash app” which we explained isn’t option with company card. Long story short vehicle was impounded and we had to wire $3k the next day or incur $640 additional fees. This is criminal and needs to be stopped.

My company took our trailer there to have the door repaired. They gouged us for $1635 and demanded payment. My driver is still there this morning and they shut the doors to the shop and still have not fixed the door. Never i repeat never use these folks. Called and spoke with Jack who stated he is the manager. Guy won’t let you talk at all. Asked for owner or general manager and he refused. Horrible service and price gouging through the roof. You have been warned!!! Update: the below comment from the supposed company is all a lie. They don’t want to speak with me. It’s a hoax. I called them numerous times to discuss the robbery that took place. Jack who claimed to be the manager put a guy named John on the phone who claimed to be the general manager. After being called a scumbag by John he hung up on me. All because I expressed concern that we were being taken advantage of charging us over four times the average rate to re hang a door. Then get this….they lied!!! My invoice which I will post here shortly stated they charged me for two guys….our ELD has a camera I can access anytime….they backed a flatbed wrecker up to our trailer and one guy worked as slow as humanly possible to rehang the door. Video footage I have saved for potential legal retribution in this case. Thanks Jack and John for theft, lies and complete disregard for an already instructing society coming to false and frivolous charges when it comes to taking advantage of companies that are struggling in a failing transportation economic standing. Well the service started out great. Then as always the bill came. So I know that most wrecker services charge from the time they leave there yard. How ever the driver couldn't have had the call more then 3 hours. Now remember that's from the time I called tell finished. The first 30 minutes he spent scratching his head and eating a cookie. Then when he first arrived I had told the kid just take a little pressure off the trailer and the landing gear would go up. He didn't figure that was the way. So he did what he did and a hour later took a lite pressure off and the landing gear went up. Si what should have taken 15 minutes took him 3 hours total. Then told his boss I wouldn't t pay when not even asking for payment. It was all a cluster fugg. I'm sure no one will get to read this before its deleted but at least I had my say D.D. Hults E.B. I called for help with a mechanical issue. The driver responded quickly. He was pleasant. I told him what was wrong with the vehicle and he looked at where I told him the problem was. He checked and agreed with what the problem was. I was then told exactly what I told the tech the issue was and it couldn’t be fixed in the field. I was charged over $1,500 for that service. I would call this an industry standard if I didn’t have another service come the next day that specializes in the fix needed. He couldn’t fix it either on site, but charged me nothing. Avoid this company if you’re not ok with larger charges to simply show up and agree.

I had a leaky hydraulic hose coming through the radiator . He came out to my truck, after calling several times . He shows up looks at my truck crawled under where the leak was. About 20 minutes. Then tells me that it needed a new hose that they make it at his shop / I assumed that he was going to repair my truck as he said they had the equipment to make a hose at his shop. He ask me to sign his phone I did ? I pull in the gate . The gate was shut as I pulled in . He then tells me to go inside and fill out some paperwork to get the process started .i realized that there was no tools inside the garage to repair my truck with . He turned my truck around backed in against the back fence then pulled a 4 door truck in front of my truck . Took my keys Locked my gladhands / tried to release the fifthwheel but couldn’t figure out how to do it . I went inside to be told I owed $1395. For the service they done. That until I paid the $1395. Cash Venmo cashap zell I wasn’t getting my truck back . They never fixed my truck/ then they left and went to lunch left me there thus was around 5 pm banks closed no way to get to a bank . I kept calling the service number to be told the same I wasn’t getting my truck back unless I paid the money . Then after 2 hours I was able to send 1000 through zell and the guy on the phone told the so called service person to take me to the bank to get the remainder $395. I felt as if I was kidnapped because they had me and my truck under seize. So who ever this is contacting me to ask about how kind they were to me . They are thief’s and crooks. I assume that’s what they do to people. As my daughter looked at your recent reviews that is how they do business in that town . I left took my truck to Loves they fixed the problem. You so called company had no intentions in fixing my truck but to scam me out of my money .

These guys are AWFUL!!!! They are only about money. I called them for a tire change I was stuck on the side of the interstate and my lug nuts were stripped and I also didn’t have the end piece to get my spare down. I told them every bit of that on the original call and when the tow guy called. He shows up with a 4way and literally did absolutely nothing! They STILL charged me $125 the guy should have never showed up without the tools I told them they would need. But hey makes sense because what they really wanted to do was tow my truck to any tire shop not knowing if they could fix it or not long as they got more money. I called back to ask them why would they send him out here without the proper tools. The guys response was he tried helping you by towing you. Yeah good idea so I could be stranded somewhere else? Just use anyone else but these people they just want your money that’s it

If you ride a motorcycle and money is no object these guys are great. That beeing said they will rob you blind if they have to pick-up and deliver your motorcycle. They have all kinds of creative fees for motorcycles I would never able to think of myself. They charged me $745.00 to take my 280 pound motorcycle 18 miles. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the service but not the highway robbery.

*response to the owner’s response on another page (they have several advertised locations) * Quoted from an email sent by the Transportation Licensing Division of the Nashville Department of Transportation “ Priority Wrecker Service is not licensed or permitted to do business in Davidson County. The company applied and was denied by the Transportation Licensing Commission. They appealed the decision to Chancery Court, and the decision to deny their permit was upheld.” I also have the court documents supporting the above information if anyone is interested. Beware of hidden fees and predatory business practices with Priority Wrecker Services at all “advertised” locations. My grandmother was taken advantage of and grossly overcharged on 4/30/25. My attempts to contact the business to give them a chance to make things right have been ignored other than their typical response to reviews with an apology and request to be contacted. According to the Nashville Department of Transportation, this business is operating illegally and without a permit in Davidson County. They’ve been reported to the Tennessee Attorney General.
