D&B Towing were patient with my constant calls and helped me to understand the process as this was my first wreck. They were so kind and accommodating and made a nightmare situation a lot better!
I didn't get his name, but my tow truck driver was AMAZING. So kind and generous. After I got in a wreck several hours away from home, he was kind enough to wait for me for well over an hour and after the lot closed while I got a rental and returned to the lot to empty my vehicle. His kindness, smile, and energy really brightened my day :)

With the understanding that my vehicle was towed from law enforcement and not this company. I found it very easy to deal with them while getting my vehicle back in my possession.
My truck was towed here because my insurance expired unfortunately it happens. My windshield is cracked which wasn’t like that before hand. Even my police report showed no damage to my car. I was also towed 12am Saturday morning. She charged me for Friday. They also charged me a 30$ gas fee for a 20 minute drive. She chose to keep it form me for the weekend for sounding “disrespectful on the phone. This woman is a money hungry power hungry. Disgusting human being I’d never want to deal with her ever again. She is not a pleasant woman I would not suggest her work. She’s trash. Hillbilly redneck trash. And I hope karma bites her.
The owners and employees were very unprofessional, their rates are outrageous and the employees or owners I had to deal with seemed like they were straight out of the backwoods. Inbred hicks. All I can say is that their business practices are predatory at best.
10/10 Do not recommend.
Needed a reliable tow and ride to the garage I use because they forgot to put my cap back on after my oil change last week Justin was really good and careful with my Miata. Had a great chat with him on the way and he handled everything quite well and professionally. I really appreciate it and highly recommend him and D&B. Thanks.
I had a vehicle that I needed hauled from Tennessee to South Carolina and I hired D&B Towing to do the haul. Dustin and his staff were exceptional. Dustin picked the vehicle up and hauled back in one day and in very bad weather. Can't say enough about this company, very honest, super nice and on spot in every aspect. Thanks Dustin and crew for the super job.

don't know if it was because it's for Springdale police department they split the money or what
Cayce location was horrible. Arrived to get my car back door stated appointments only on the weekend. Spoke with a man who rudely advised no employees Available until Monday his employees needed days off too.. This was a Saturday and he would charge me for lack of employees until Monday when they would be available. After advising I was at their establishment with release paper from police department they were there in less than 10 minutes. Mama June jumped out who spoke to me like I was a child an I had my car in 5. They were worse than the police at least the officers were kind and professional. I wouldn't let them tow my son Tonka truck. Because they showed I'm writing a Google review instead of speaking with BBB.
Dustin the owner was absolutely great! My friends car broke down and we needed to get back to Spartanburg from Columbia. He was very kind and professional. Definitely someone I would call again if I need a tow!

Hands down the best towing service I've had. I was broken down in a bad rain storm and D & B towing were out there to me in only a short time. I think the guy I had name was Gary, he did an awesome job. Very friendly and got me and my jeep home fast and safe. Would highly recommend using them as your towing service.
