This is the 2nd time I've brought my vehicle to Williams Auto. The first was when it was having issues right after leaving another repair shop. They were able to quickly see that the previous shop had installed the parts wrong (which had caused more issues). After fixing the new issue and Instead of charging me to fix the other companies mistakes they suggested I take it back and make them do it. After forking over hundreds of dollars already this was incredibly appreciated. My 2nd time was when I was having temp gauge issues. Before bringing my vehicle to the shop I found out that my battery cable was loose. They inspected my vehicle and found that the guage was in good working order and that it had probably been the battery connection. They could have easily charged me to replace something but they didn't. For that I am incredibly grateful. You've earned my lifetime business and will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone I can. Thank you so much for your fast and honest service. It's such a rare thing in the auto industry these days.

I recently brought my wife’s RAV4 to your shop for an oil change. My sister picked me up and we went to lunch while the work was being done. Over lunch, she mentioned that her daughter, my niece Jessica, was having issues with her car’s headlight. She said the dealership was overpriced and unhelpful. I recommended your shop, telling her I trust you 1000%. I assured her you’re honest, fairly priced, and always do the job right.
Two days later, my sister called me and asked if we could take Jessica’s car to your shop. I said absolutely. We brought it in, got the oil changed, and had the headlight fixed. Jessica was thrilled because it cost much less than the dealership’s quote.

Williams truck & auto repair did a wonderful job on my 3500 express cargo van.I had a major AC issue they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. J at the front desk was amazing,awesome also checking me in for the repairs that need to be done.Highly recommended 🤗
If you want an excellent mechanic and customer service, you must contact Williams Auto and Truck Repair, West Columbia. After being told by a number of vehicle service companies that they could not assist me immediately with my vehicle emergency, Mr Williams did not hesitate to have me stop by the shop to review, diagnose and resolve my issue. The representative at the front desk was extremely customer service oriented. She immediately assisted me and after several phone calls to other car service/auto parts companies, she was able to find an inexpensive but the same equality piece of vehicle equipment.
My rating for Williams Auto and Truck Repair exceeds the normal scale, meaning I would highly recommend this company. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them at a 15.

MR. Williams was recommended to me, by a close friend. I am so pleased with his service, NO ONE else, or company touches my vehicle. I was taken advantage of, by other local shops, in the Lexington, Columbia area. Some flat out lied, the other two did substandard work! Williams Auto has been you notch in their mechanical work and their customer service. I will go NO Where else!
Been taking my vehicle here over 15 years. I bring my car in from out of town because I don’t like others to touch my vehicles. I’ve seen mechanic shops who don’t fix your car and charge you high prices. This place is not that. Williams Auto takes care of their customers. Trustworthy, affordable, and great staff. I went to Williams Auto due to concerns of a battery light that would come on periodically, checking the batteries status was a little more challenging than anticipated. Mr. Williams worked diligently until he was able to diagnose the problem, despite the plans he had to close a little earlier that day to take care of some business; He stated "If I'm going to do Something, I'm going to do it Right". Mr. Williams seemed to have many calls that day, but he didn't turn anyone away. I have been a customer of Williams Auto for many years & plan to be one for many years to come. I have called or stopped by to get car advise even without service to my vehicle, I trust his professional expertise. I would recommend Williams Auto to anyone.
I have been taking my vehicles here for over 20 years. This is the only repair shop I will let work on my vehicles. Reliable service, professional customer service, and quick turnaround. I have recommended friends and they were satisfied as well.
I feel duped. Paid 259$ to repair ac leak and freon and detection dye.....they said i was good but only looked at top of car. 2weeks later ac goes back out. Upon return and receipt there "happened" to be a second leak🙇....under the car😣. He knew he was supposed to check under there the first time🙊🙉🙈

I only wish I had known about this business years ago. I admit being jaded in my perception of mechanics, considering honest and mechanic are not often used in the same sentence. William's Auto has restored my confidence that honest repair services are still available. I took my daughter's car for an air conditioner repair. The staff made herculean efforts to diagnose the solution as opposed to immediately indicating that the entire system needed replacing. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered the car in record time better than new at a reasonable repair price. The friendly and professional staff gave me no reason to doubt their integrity, simply a great place to have your car repaired.
I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment for service or repair. The staff are friendly and professional and very qualified. DISRESPECTFUL. My sister went here to get her vehicle fixed and the AC worked perfectly fine. After the vehicle was done she found out her AC wasnt working. So basically they ruined her perfectly good AC and was going to charge her for it if she wanted it to be fixed. I still stand by when I say I think this is how they work their business by solving a problem and then causing another. And now they disrespected my sister by calling her to tell her to at least be honest in her reviews and saying she has the right to put a OPINION is riduculous, so what was the whole point in calling her when yes it is a OPINION based on her experience as a customer. CALLING MY SISTER OVER A REVIEW IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS.

There are not enough kind words to say about Mr. Williams (i.e. Marvin) and Erica. Williams Auto has virtually rebuilt my entire truck suspension, and has not stopped until everything was done to my complete and utter satisfaction. In fact, Mr. Williams personally fixed my air-conditioning fan door on a blistering hot day when I had the truck in for another service. And refused to let me pay him for it. You simply do not find the type of integrity anymore in business that Williams Auto has. Thank you!!

My dad has been dealing with William for years . I decided to take my car to him with my dad convincing me. At first I was skeptical because the different quotes I got from him .After telling him my concerns he handle it and explain to me what happen and charged me the first qoute. To me that's good business. I ve decided to take my car to him . One thing I wish mechanic would learn if you don't help people God want Bless you because you never know when you cheat the least of his you have done it to him. Your business will not prosper.
