So I was looking for factory Wheels for my pontiac decided to stop here to see what they had and I saw a nice set of solstice wheels I went inside to find out how much the price was and it wasn't bad was told they would call me when they got them off. I never heard anything back so I tried to call but no answer so I went by again Wheels were still on the car and was told again they would get them off so I waited for a phone call but no one ever called I made another trip and this time the gate was closed during business hours so I sat there for a bit and a guy comes to the gate and I told him my story this was mourning time he said to be back by 2:30 and he would have them waiting. So I went back for the third time and the Wheels were still on the car so again I waited at the gate and the same came back open the gate and said they were taking them off now so I waited for about 25 or 30 minutes but I couldn't stay any longer as I had to return to work he said take my number and call me at 5 which I did he answered and said he was on he way back and he would let me know. I have called twice and no answer! This is the worst customer service I have ever HAD! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
BAD BUSINESS!!! Found a part they were advertising online which is what I needed specifically. I called and verified that everything was good with this part which they guaranteed at least twice so I ordered It and had it shipped out being so far away. Unfortunately, they swapped out the part for another one that was NOT advertised was NOT what I specifically ordered. After calling and explaining what happened, I was told that I had to keep the part and there's nothing they were willing to do to fix their mistake. So my advice, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Found the part I needed online, called verified availability. told them I be driving 2 hours to get there, they had the part pulled and waiting on me. Great service reasonable price.

I've been a customer for about 3 years and everytime I call/visit to pick up auto parts I always have a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and the auto parts are always in pretty good shape by the time I make a purchase and they have great prices as well so whenever you are looking for auto parts I'd strongly suggest calling them because I'm absolutely sure they'll be able to find what you need at a reasonable price.

Sold me a bad Nissan transmission and refuses to work with me on the mechanic bill whatsoever, so now I have to pay twice the price for having a transmission removed and installed. Getting my money back and never using them again 👎🏼

Don't even bother ordering parts if you are from out of state. Very difficult to deal with. I understand business are worried about getting scammed, but these guys are way to paranoid about it. I went out of my way to do everything they requested and somehow they still messed it up.
I was trying to buy some used parts from them. I found out they have them through car-part.com.I called them,one salesman Ronnie give me the prices and I am ok with it.He said will call me back to be sure they have it.I was waitind three working days,he never called me back.I tried to call them every working days for 4 days,I coundt get a hold on him.The other sales persons keep asking me to calling Ronnie back instead of helping me.On the 5Th working days,I finnaly succeed to talked with him,he told me they made a mistake on the listings ,they dont have any parts I need.Very poor customer services.Its so hard to communicate with them.They make it so hard to buying any parts from them.Wasted whole week time of mine.

Called this joke of a place and asked if they had a part in stock which he said he did and gave me a price. At that time I tell him to go ahead and have it pulled that I was on my wa . Drove 2.5 hrs to pick it up and when I get there he tells me they have to receive payment before taking off a part and therefore even if i paid for it they would not be able to get to it today to get me the part needed. It was noon time which meant they had plenty of time before closing to get what I needed not to mention he should of mention payment before removal of part before I drove that far so I could pay over the phone. First and last time I ever do business with that joke of a junkyard. The scrap in the yard is more valuable then the employees working there.
Custmer service was excellent. Found the parts I needed and they recommended picking up an extra because the clips break easy when installing. Sure enough I ended up needing it. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended.

I went in about a week ago to buy a bolt that I could not buy anywhere else,

Had our car towed there to be fixed, they kept it for 5 weeks.. I got behind on my car payment because I didn't have a car, so then instead of fixing it after having it for 5 weeks he repoed it... A real scam artist this place is..
Call at 11am for a part and was told it would be an hour until the part is ready so i showed up on time and it took them over 4 hours to pull the part i needed if it was going to take longer than an hour i would have like to know that instead of wasting my time
Great deal on an excellent rebuilt transmission., excellent experience. Transmission was repaired quickly professionally and at a great price. I've also purchased several used parts over the years and have been nothing but pleased. I Highly Reccomend them for your transmission rebuilds. Thy sale good used parts as well and most used items are in stock in their inventory.
Customer service was terrible..I live 2 hours away and they didn’t have the part pulled I needed. Can back the following day at the time they told me and I ended up waiting over 2hours bc the part wasn’t pulled like they said it would. Will not be back. Slow, rude, bad customer service.
I needed some parts for a 30 year old car. Barry was very helpful over the phone and Chase was very helpful finding the parts out in their VAST yard. Nothing glamorous in this business, just folks helping others when they need something. Pricing was very fair also.
I've been there a few times. They are extremely busy, but take care of you quickly. Prices are very comparable and the yard staff are very friendly, patient and helpful.
Bought a radiator from them for my truck and I went from 1300$ to change a head gasket and all that bs to 1500$ for a new radiator because it wasn't the right one and the head gasket.. why must this happen to me though? I give 2 stars
I needed a Quarter Panel for a 2003-2005 Neon and these guys were the first call I made. A gentleman named Dan told me he would have the part ready by the time I headed up that way and they did. Customer service was exceptional and they were very helpful. They had the exact part I needed and even helped me to load it up in my vehicle. I would recommend this Salvage Yard to anyone as it was a easy and productive experience.
