First, I called my onstar. But for him (Nathan)the driver to respond as fast as he did. Not only that Nathan was very professional. I drive a dually with big custom wheels and he treated my truck very very respectfully. Also I left something in my truck and Nathan was nice enough to get it for and meet at a closer location than having to drive all the was to the dealership. Thanks Nathan I really appreciate everything bro.
A driving mishap in front of our house and ended up with someone's minivan stuck in our shrubs. Alfonzo with Country Towing showed up. He had to get creative in removing the car w/o causing further damage to our front yard. Ended up with a chain saw trimming bushes that were in the way. An expert in hooking up the van and pulling it through a narrow garden area and no additional damage received. A job well done by Alfonzo!

I was in sheer panic on the side of the interstate with a dead car. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was so kind, caring, and comforting! She was able to easily obtain my location and a wrecker arrived not long after my phone call.

If I can rate this company 0 stars I would. Called around 4:45pm today for emergency towing to be told someone was coming out for $125.i even told her I will pay cash. Called again half an hour later a was told a driver was 30 mins away then I told her ok I was just checking because I have my 5month old in the car and it’s cold. Here it is 6:30pm still no driver. Called them back just for a guy to answer the phone n then walk away asking im his coworker,”you didn’t told them we closing the shop?” Then she came back to the phone n try to play the automatic system on the phone then hung the phone up in our face. I called again she pick the phone up again an said hello then played the automatic system again. So I just hung up the phone. Obviously you guys wanna help you wanna help. If you knew nobody wasn’t coming why sit there and lie to me instead of letting me know this. I sat on side of the road for almost two hours. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone‼️‼️‼️
Excellent customer service from dispatcher June to the service tech K. This company values their customers and go above in their work. Great to have had such a pleasant interaction with both individual today. June is super sweet and extremely personable. K is super kind, knowledgeable and professional. I will be using their service in the future and referring others!
Terrible customer service. I was on hold with the dispatcher while they canceled my service without asking. Driver drove right past our location, and never contacted us for information on where we were located. Only wants to work for direct pay.

I recently had a motorcycle mishap that left me stranded with an inoperable bike in the middle of a busy road at night. I called six towing companies who all declined to assist me. A dispatcher from another company whispered to me to call County Towing before hanging up. I called County and they were there in 30 minutes. They got my inoperable bike on the truck quickly and without a scratch. There was no shop that would take my bike at night so County Towing held it overnight and delivered it for repair first thing the next morning. The operator was also a biker and was extremely knowledgable about how to move a Harley without damaging it. Very professional operation. If I ever need to be towed again, I will definitely use these guys.

We had a rough time when our car broke down in this summer heat. From start to finish, the service was amazing. Our driver was so kind and made sure my hot kids and I were comfortable while he loaded up our car. I would definitely use them again. We only had a 10min wait and was home in 30min.

I had my 53 foot dryvan trailer collapse on my due to freight being too heavy and loaded wrong. It was a terrible day in the trucking world for me but Tim from County Towing came out and assessed the problem and the whole crew took very great care of me. This was my 1st time experiencing anything like this and they made the process a breeze. One of the other guys, I believe his name was Ronald was polite, professional and Kind. I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon 😅 but I definitely recommend them to anybody hands down
Not from around here! Called at 3:09 to get my car towed no one got to us til 6:27pm. Guy said someone had been out there twice which was a lie because we sat in the same place for about 7 hours! When someone finally came they just dropped my car at the location and left, the repair shop knew nothing. I was told they didn’t need my keys and after speaking to people at the shop that was a lie! This was a very bad situation all around because of a lot of miscommunication!
I would definitely recommend this company. Our car broke down on our way to NC and the driver went above and beyond helping us. He even organized a ride for my wife and kids. A+++

Steven was excellent! He arrived in a timely manner, and even called us personally a few minutes before arriving to make sure where we were exactly located. Upon arrival, Steven explained in detail how he was going to carefully hook our truck. And, within less than five minutes, Steven had us hooked up, took our keys, and departed straight to the garage of our choosing. Steven was professional, friendly, and took a genuine concern for our situation. Although our insurance company chose this company for us, we're certainly glad they did and that Steven was our driver. Now knowing Steven and his company, I would certainly have him on speed dial for future roadside help. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommend this amazing company! Not only were they more than fair on pricing but they arrived within 10-15 of me calling for assistance. The driver, Sandy, took what was a very upsetting situation and turned everything around to where I went from tears to heart felt laughs! Even the nice lady in the office was amazing (didn't catch her name, regretfully) I will NEVER call anyone else for my towing needs. They have gained a loyal customer for life!
