I cannot say enough great things about UPS Store 3186! I was calling from several states away after a failed attempt with another UPS location, and they absolutely came through for me.
They answered the phone promptly, were incredibly professional, and immediately showed empathy for the situation I was dealing with. They went above and beyond to help resolve everything quickly and efficiently. On top of that, their pricing was very fair.
It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. I highly recommend UPS Store 3186 for any shipping or business needs in the North Carolina area. They truly came in clutch when I needed it most!
I walked in, was greet with a smile. Took my package and gave me a receipt and I left. Fast, friendly service. She knew it was a Amazon return. No time wasted.
Ms. Valerie was so helpful and got me in and out of there in a timely manner. She even spoke to every person as they walked in the door. Great service!
Horrible store make sure you get a receipt or they won’t even try to look up your order so you’ll be out of the $ on whatever you’re mailing back. Younger Women behind the counter had no desire to even try and help. She’s a real winner.

I have come to this UPS location on 321 in Hickory several times this month and have noticed how each employee greets each customer with a smile and is more than willing to help with anything. I got to work with Kathryn a couple of times this month and she is always smiling and friendly! She goes above and beyond her duties to help you to achieve what is needed. She goes all out to help! I contacted Cecilia for help with a problem for our daughter’s wedding seating chart. I tried to take on a project myself that left me without what we needed a week before the wedding. Cecilia not only helped me with returns, but also walked me through Amazon shipping labels, printing from my phone, made sure I got pics of labels to 3rd party companies to watch tracking, took care of all the packaging, and even had local small business recommendations in the area, all with a smile!
I went in to return Amazon items and walked out with great advice on shipping materials, self-services when the store is busy, and even local restaurants.

Went a few times to ship my packages. Every time, I had a great experience and was guided by knowledge professionals.
My last visit on Saturday was very pleasant and quick.
One thing I observed was the Amazon "self-serve" kiosk. It helped the customers to drop off their returns without going to the counter, which is a very cool addition.
This UPS store is wonderful. They are so thoughtful and caring. Recently Katherine helped me with a very difficult shipping after losing my beloved Jethro. She was compassionate and caring. I had 2 different shipments to send and she took time to separate the special one. She even called me without being asked to let me know my package had arrived safely in Louisiana. This location is a model of what a UPS store should be. Thank you, Katherine and thank you the employees at this location for such outstanding care.
