I absolutely love this shop they are amazing and really do care about their customers if you need parts or have questions about your car just come here they are amazing!
I bought a power steering pump & they gave me the wrong one, which wasn't a big deal, but when I returned it they proceeded to tell me I brought my old one back instead of the new one and was not going to refund me. That made me remember that several years ago they done the same thing. I have been using this store since it opened. I refuse to go to any of these stores now. They don't know what they are doing.
The guys are always very helpful. If your battery in your key fob is dying, don't go to the dealership just get a new one there at O'Reilly's, they will even put it in for you and the price is very reasonable!
They gave me the wrong wiper but took care of it before I left but they actually disconnected my back wiper and it was a mess I don’t want them touching my car for anything!!
Good parts and great help from employees. But I also do not visit expecting free shop work from a parts store like a few of the idiots leaving bad reviews like the last lady
After the attitude I got at the Bethlehem location. I will no longer do business with this store. Got told I’d be charge $80 a hr for my daughters car to get a spark plug changed bc I don’t have the tools to do it. Them was told the worker had 8 hrs worth work ahead of him. I get they are not a car garage I understand that. I literally have no help trying to get my daughters fixed. I was told 100 different things. Wanting me to spend extra money I don’t have. Got told the first time the spark plug was only $5.99 went in today and it was going to be 17.99 so which is it. They used to be friendly, not anymore so I will no longer spend my money there.
Stopped in this location just to get a quart of oil .. 4 workers .. I was the only customer in the store .. they were all too busy talking about the night before or something as I stood there waiting for one of them to check me out crazy !!!
It was supposed to be a quick trip but none of the was in a hurry. They continued to chat and laugh as I waited 5 minutes to be rung up. No one in front of me. Just wasting people's time.
Staff is very helpful. Just make sure you have year, make. Model, serial number,engine size and color of your vehicle or they might not be able to help you. 🤣😂🤣😎
I've been to a few O'Reilly Auto Parts stores in the area this one I went to was very friendly asked if I could help. All the other ones need to work on customer service.
Friendly and helpful staff, prices are average, atmosphere is clean. Most of the time they have the vehicle parts i need when my vehicle need parts or tools. If your area and looking for car parts, stop in or call and see if they have the parts you need. Would recommend to give them a try.
Prices are out the roof also getting top dollar for China junk a good for instance I can buy the same oil $ 7 00 dollars cheaper right down the road for a 5 gt jug I will be taking my business else where not everyone is gouging with the supply B/S
I have less trouble out of their parts than other stores. They say they come from same place but is this like buying a certain bran and then there is a cheaper bran the same manufacture makes.
I love this place.. this one is my home O'Reilly. I have gotten to know them because I have a old truck and I'm in there a lot. They also helped as much, really more than they should probably.
Very helpful staff. Both young men that were working helped my wife and I when our battery died in a neighboring businesses parking lot. While one gentleman accompanied me to our vehicle to get it jumped off, the other was helping my wife with the purchase of the battery, and a few other things we needed. They both treated us as though we were their only priority.
I was having issues getting a bulb replaced in my headlights. I went to one of their competitors first just because they were closer. Well they were no help but Seth at this O'Reilly was awesome. He swapped it out for me. He had great customer service skills. I will be back.
I didnt like the old oreallys in morganton due to how they jumped other customers ahead of you and made your wait in line longer and very irritating but the new one, there there to serve you and see that you find what you need
Every time I've been to this O'Reilly location I've been given a friendly greeting. Any time I've had questions I've been helped with no hassle and the staff actually took time to make sure I understood. This is my spot anytime I need something for my car.
HIGHLY recommend this store! The staff are so kind, patient & helpful. The assistant manager at the Bethlehem store, Cody, has always gone above and beyond for me and tonight Chris, the asst manager from the Newton location was there filling in. He also was very nice, helpful and went out of his way for me. Other auto parts stores I have ever gone into treat me like dirt bc I’m a woman and they don’t care to help me. I can always count on O’Reilly! Thank you!
Once again-you get 5 stars when you change my life. That said, I really like the people at our O'Reilly's. Always friendly, always helpful. Bethlehem is a small community with very few amenities. For a national brand retail to come here, it has to treat Bethlehem right. So far, so good.
