The Autozone I frequent is pretty good. Sometimes I am surprised what the store stocks and what it doesn't stock. The prices are ok. I have purchased a few things on sale at good prices. AutoZone is my "go-to" mainly because of the location.

Clerk was very helpful taking me to the product I called about, and even offered to help me when I asked him if he could help me change my wipers. You can’t get service like that. I forgot the gentleman name, I just want to say Thank you 🙏🏼.
Dont even bother going to this autozone noone knows how to put on wiper blades and aswell dont wanna do their job because they are lazy they were so rude
went there to get a battery. met a great guy named jason barker. he changed the battery for me and talked to me about mutual interests. definitely will go back. recommend highly. need more people like bro
Colby is a veteran who used to work on Apache helicopters and is a credit to AutoZone -they are lucky to have her working with them. Awesome customer service and a pleasure to talk to about what I needed for my 2014 Nissan Maxima. Listen, Autozone as always, is the best place to go for anything car related, truck related, gator related, John Deere related… You get the picture
I called to order parts, paid over the phone and the picked up at my convenience. Process was easy, Guys carried parts to my car. Happy with transaction.
Autozone #251 really came through for me and my daughter yesterday. We were on the way back from App state headed to Charlotte when my car broke down. I called autozone and spoke to the manager who said to bring the car over and he will fix us right up!!! Great service! Beautiful people! So grateful for him! Thank you so much for helping us! Will love you forever!!
Amazing service, very helpful!!! 11/10 Originally came for windshield wipers but my car stalled and their team specifically Bryan helped me and they figured it was a faulty starter and replaced it for me right then and there.

I shop at AUTO ZONE PARTS 504 HWY 70 SW HICKORY, NC employees are always good and helpful pricing for items are good, sometimes they are very busy but with some common Courtesy just as we all expect it will all work out for everyone
I needed a battery and to have it installed. 1-800-Battery said they would show, but didn't. AAA said they would show, but didn't. I was finally able to get my car to AutoZone and the two people working on 9/25/22 took care of everything. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We are lucky to have wonderful people we can count on when we need help!

I only shop at AutoZone for my car parts and accessories. Every store I go into wherever it's at, all the employees are very nice knowledgeable and ready to help. At my last trip they had three of the four parts that I needed, and they found the other one I needed at the hickory store a couple miles above where I work. They let them know that I was coming to get it later on that afternoon and when I got there they had it ready. Like I said friendly people all the way around.
I went to find a headlight lens protector cleaner. Found it without difficulty and very affordable. Also the Turtle Wax brand of this product was so eady to use and did great
Such an amazing place every time I go I ask for Chris. He always assists me and helps me with prices since I’m a college student. I always get reassurance of what needs to be done on my car and he always has a smile and will make your day. I haven’t had any customer service as great as this.
Been to this location at least four or five times. Only once I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes and a gentleman at the front greeted me and let me know this when I first came in. He said he would be right with me. They always help me with what I’m looking for and they never pressure me into buying anything. I’m a young college woman and you know what people think that guys do when they see women coming in for parts. But these guys here never try to pressure me to buy anything. I also look forward to my purchases because I receive cash back by using my Bank of America deals! I’m hoping my battery lasts a bit longer but I will be coming to buy a battery and get my rewards from my bank! This place is the only place I go to for car parts! Excellent service!
Some people just don't seem to care to be working there.. and seem to think that everyone is trying to steal something.. and boy does it show. On the bright side, of all the people working there the manager (Chris? Younger maybe mid 30's) and a lady named "cookie" are the only 2 people I would ever deal with for real help

We stopped by this Auto Zone late this evening to get a new battery terminal for our Subaru and the tools needed to replace it. We were expecting the entire process to be a pain in the a** but an employee there, Bart, made it so easy for us. He found the correct terminal and even replaced it for us! Thanks Bart!
