Drove an hour for a part that they have in stock just for the Store manager to hold the part in the back for them themselves. Tried calling before hand and the person on the phone kept reading back the wrong part number. Total waste of my time and will never shop with this company again. Called customer service and they did nothing to resolve it, just said the part was already purchased. Customers do not come first here.
Checked my battery free of charge, which I had just purchased a few weeks ago but was still having electrical issues. Prompt and courteous. Would definitely go here again for auto parts.
Went to have my starter checked. At first the thought I was bringing one in. But no I wanted the one in my car checked. He did hook it up to a device that checked the battery, alternator, and starter. They all checked good. So he was very helpful and professional, and kind. Wasn't able to figure out my problem. But was greatful for his help.
Can I say enough about Izzy? Best service best care and expertise advice! I had purchased a Ford navigator just a week or two prior to going to North Carolina when the battery light came on. Izzy checked it it was my alternator not only. Did he get it to the parts store which you ordered from a nearby parts store and it was delivered within an hour or two he actually found me the mobile mechanic Lorenzo, who was absolutely fantastic and was able to install my alternator on site on getting it in and he noticed my serpentine belt was faulty and was able to install it. very good price I’m gonna tell you what I can’t say enough about this auto parts store, and how they went above and beyond for Florida traveler.
Then I went went above. I was traveling again and my Ford navigator that was purchased 2009. The check engine light came on and it started overheating. I realized I was only 30 minutes from there. What’s the chances because I’ve been over a grandfather’s Mountain ? I went straight back to Izzy called up Lorenzo. There was a rock in my heater line. You know what they located the part if I needed it, they showed me where it was, but it didn’t overheat and I bought fluid. I paid for everything and Lorenzo was only $40 to solve the problem. Add the fluids and take a stone out of that heater line. I’m very blessed to have met them all. I highly recommend them.
Easily said the best store in the area. Izzy is the best store manager you could ever ask for. Nobody takes care of their commercial customers like Willie does. Aaron is one of, if not the hardest worker I know. This is my only place to go for parts, only place I recommend!
Asked for a price match of a local competitor that every store I've been to price matches. Anthony said we don't price match them, even though its in their policy that they do! He said all the other stores are wrong and he is right. He was very rude and unprofessional! Will not go here again. Plenty of other stores with better customer service, and why pay $20 more to get the same product here when I can go to another local store and get it less without someone being super rude.
My Jeep battery was dead! Advance Auto was close by and highly recommended when I called a family member for a reliable business. When I arrived at the store, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He installed my new battery and made sure that all was working as it should be in record time. Thank you, Advance Auto! Your exemplary customer service is greatly appreciated.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Came for lugs nuts. The cashier throws my receipt away . I come back to tell him hey I didn’t get my receipt and I have to exchange. His response was I threw it away. I can’t help you . Then he walks away and says racist remarks. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION. To think we still dealing with racism in year 2022.
Customer service is lacking. A few memorable employees are less than friendly or approachable when needed, then overbearing when their assistance is rejected.
Today is not too good. I was looking for a common part, a washer for oil drain plug, unfortunately, I have to leave as the salesperson was unable to find it.
Special ordered tire cables (like chains), and picked them up a few hours later. (Great!) Would NOT help in putting them on the car. 😪 (Said it was against company policy!) We paid $63, and never got to use them, as we couldn't reach, to do them up. (1st time users.) Had to drive in snow, and ice, w/o help. Guess I'll shop at Auto Zone, next time. AZ will help, they have before. They were just harder to get to, in bad weather.
It was great when I purchased. Mu bulbs and I ask him to help me put them in my head lights even tho there was customers coming in behind me he still help me out
The service was great and Mr. Juan is very professional and I highly recommend him. He has always helped me out and knows his stuff. If I need a part and the don't have it he knows how to get it or tell me where I can get it.
Thanks to Jacob and Izzy my purchases were quick and easy. They were very helpful, kind and well informed to be able to help me. I will return in the future. With the help of Advance Auto employees, including Liz....who was so extremely helpful on my first visit weeks ago and the reason I went back today... this 62 year old lady is learning how to do simple maintenance on my car. I came to purchase battery this morning and the gentleman who helped me his name was Johnny a young guy. He was very helpful and help me change the battery in my car I was very pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge I will be back.
Workers wouldn't even check a code for me. Lots of people standing around fanning themselves on a hot day not wanting to go outside and help me. Pathetic.
Employee looked under my hood and recommended all the wrong parts (in which one was 50 dollars that I had to order to store). Ended up taking everything but spark plugs back
Manager (Hispanic guy) was degrading a female employee. That should not have happened on the sales floor. I felt sorry for her. He needed his mouth mashed for his disrespectful tone.
Very pleased with there customer service at this location... didn't have what I needed but the employee that helped me was outstanding and sent me in the right direction for what I was looking for
