As usual, feel comfortable going in there. They inspected the vehicle to get a new tag. Just feels like walking into a bunch of friends.

Moved here 6 mos ago & have a Mazda 6. Closest Mazda service is in Gastonia. Did my research & decided on Dickinsons. Had everything checked out. They could have took me for a lot. Even the Mazda dealership used to inflate my needs. But Dickinson's integrity has made me a loyal customer. All that I needed after driving from SW FL 6 mos ago was an oil change & battery. Extremely impressed with the professionalism. I am now so confident that I've secured a capable, well managed and honest Service dept to manage my vehicle needs. Thank you so much.

They replaced a splash guard and changed my Oil. I had hit a deer a few months again and they noticed wear on the inside of the front tires. They let me know the importance of getting at least two new tires and getting an alignment. I made an appointment and they took care of it immediately. They are the best.

My daughter's car overheated coming home from college. Dickinson's got it in early Monday morning and fixed the issue. Kind staff and great service!

Very flexible in working you in, because no one’s car breaks down at a convenient time. Always explains needed repairs and won’t do any work without your approval! Can be trusted!

They do great work however, they're not a dealership. My kids took their cars there for repairs and the suggestion was the same. Buy another vehicle. Like I've got a money tree growing out my backside. We went for second opinions and we were happier with the decisions that were made. I understand prices are high, but don't be ripping people off! Dickinson's are mechanics not a dealership.

I had made an appointment with Dickinsons to have new rear brakes and rotors and an alignment. It was recommended from another dealership that my car needed these services. When they got my car in and started the service, they noticed that I didn’t need that service now and didn’t want to provide a service that wasn’t need for at least 9-12 months. I really appreciate it because it saved me $650. This is why I only trust my card repairs and regular service to Dickinsons.

I took my vehicle to Dickinson’s for a radiator problem (thinking it was just the hose that needed to be replaced) but when they found out the radiator was cracked they called the dealership to confirm my car was still under warranty and ended up not charging me for their time. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend.

Dickinson came highly recommended when we moved here 6 years ago, by a local. They are more than fair in pricing, the work is exceptional, and somehow they have maintained the small town feel in a growing community. YOU have to plan to wait due to their popularity! (A good sign.) But there is free water and coffee as well as t.v and a book box. They are indeed "Southern Charm" with work ethics, pricing, family feel. We take all our cars there without second thought. So should you even though that might mean a longer wait for me. Lol!
