I've been a firestone customer for over a decade....I had my locked in firestone location while in the military up in Virginia but when i moved back home to my home state of North Carolina, Firestone in Hickory became my new locked in firestone home location. This location is awesome. Jimmy and his crew are AWESOME. Everytime I go in, whether its Jimmy or Corey, I know ima get the service I need. I truly am grateful for the respect, the time, and education given when I come in to get my vehicle taken care of. This VETERAN appreciate yall's hardwork. Thanks and Salute.

I had a flat tire this morning and the guys there at Hickory Firestone were great. Cyrus not only took care of the flat, he went through the Element portal and got all of the other work done that I didn't know about. Great Experience! Tim Campbell Johnson Controls

I made an appointment to get new tires, oil change and inspection! Jimmy and his staff were very professional and friendly. They definitely made a customer for life. I highly recommend!

I had a low tire indicator light come on right before they closed. Michael was kind enough to check my levels and add air as needed. Thanks for the great service!

They ordered my tires that I needed for my truck on the Friday after Christmas and they came in on that Saturday morning, we wasn't expecting them until that Monday especially since it was Christmas. They gave me great service and were very friendly. They also didn't try to sale me a service that I didn't need. I knew going to get tires that I needed windshield washer fluid, I have some at home just haven't put it in yet. So when the technician was checking everything, they seen it low and added it, and I don't think I was charged for it. For just going to get tires they checked everything and I thought that was great service, like they used to do in the old days when you went and got gas.

I feel like I've been treated fairly there. Work is usually done in the specified estimate. I have recommended them to others. And they service BMWs which many locations don't

This is my go place for auto repair needs. I always have a great experience but there is always room for improvement. Don't know what that would be tho.

Everything has gone smoothly each visit. On our last visit (16 November 2025), for example, our car's battery had to be replaced. It was early Sunday morning, around 8:30, and we were happy to find Firestone open. In just a few minutes the mechanic installed a new battery, and we were able to run our errand that day -- and a couple days later, to a doctor's appointment. I should also mention the comfortable waiting area at the Firestone garage.

Your people here I have gone above and beyond to help me and my 90-year-old aunt that took us to the motel behind the store they picked my aunt up and brought it back up here when we got the truck they were so kind so friendly just above and beyond and I thank you guys for that

I came in early on a Sunday and was promptly greeted by an associate. They assessed my vehicles issues, spoke clearly with me about the issues and the options to repair. Within the time they estimated my vehicle was back to safe working condition. I appreciate the warranty included in the services provided.

This is how Firestone dealerships should be operated . The team here is top notch. No drama ,just did the job.

The staff here are 5 star. They do great work and truly take care of the customers? So now where did 2 stars go?? It's a Firestone Corporate issue,not local. We approved an alignment if it was needed before we left the store, well they were required to call us and try to sell. Just what were they selling??? Air Filter and Cabin Filter,both $54 EACH. We would have paid a reasonable price but a markup of more than $40 each for a 2 min job?? That's highway robbery. We ordered from Amazon, see attached pic and will simply do it ourselves. Charge a reasonable amount for things and people will buy them. Our price $13 (I'm sure theirs is much lower). So $25 is reasonable for such an easy job. Plus we didn't even ask for you to open the hood, install the tires we bought and get it out of the shop.

I really appreciate Cyrus & Michael They helped me when I came in at exactly 6:00 pm and stayed to put my tire on when I was having complications with the tow truck literally a 10000/10 service I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciate these guys made my entire year with the kindness they’ve shown the patience they had with me . These guys couldn’t get my alignment in spec and they were determined to get it right and they even got a hunter alignment tech over there to go over my truck and got it done and aligned perfectly I over 3 days up there I noticed these guys actually care about getting things and getting it done right I noticed some customers were rude but these guys kept it professional and that’s who I want to be working on my vehicles

Came in for an oil leak. The gentleman behind the counter helped me figure out what was my best course of action, and gave me an honest explanation of everything going on with my 27-year-old car, and didn’t dismiss me and say “I need a new car.” He was extremely polite and helpful, and let me tell you, having to make a pit stop here on my road trip from SWFL, I was very thankful!

I had an emergency while traveling and they worked me in without an appointment. They were professional and courteous. They explained my options and pricing. It was Labor Day, and they were open when others were not. I was back on the road within an hour.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was traveling on LR blvd when my tired busted. I was able to pull into the Mellow Mushroom parking lot. It was very early morning. Once I noticed that Firestone opened at 8am, I decided to leave my vehicle parked and call them once they opened. I called them first thing, and even though I was directly across the street from their location, they were unwilling to help me. First, the guy that I spoke with suggested that I call to have it towed ACROSS THE STREET. He then recommended that I YouTube how to put on the spare. I am a single female and this is not the safest place in town. Needless to say, I will never do business with this location. It matters how you treat people. .

Called the store in advance for an appointment. Polite and efficient check in when I arrived. Options for repair were explained. Unfortunately, the parts were not in stock and would have to be ordered from Hyundai to make the repair because my wiring harness / headlight assembly was damaged.

Outstanding professionalism and expertise. The manager Jimmy is beyond reproach. Couldn't have had a better experience with my car care. Would highly recommend.

My experience was great! The associates were very kind and respectful at all times. The few questions that I did have about my vehicle, they didn't have an issue answering any questions.

Cyrus was extremely helpful to us today. Saturday. 5:45 pm. Puncture in the tire. Cyrus not only actually answers the phone when we called but told us if we got there by 6 they would help us. And they did. Everyone knows the feeling of wanting to be off work for the weekend. They would have been well within their rights to not take us when we pulled up at 5:58pm. But they found the puncture (the tire had been completely flat. I can not recommend the Halo Air Bolt enough. It got us to the Firestone). So after everything it is pushing 6:30 pm and Cyrus STILL made sure to have us fill out the credit application to save us 15 percent. We told him that being a student with no income it would be declined but he still did it anyway to save money. That was so nice. He just said give it a best estimate. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the other gentleman in the shop area that installed the new tire. But he was very nice and much appreciated as well. Bottom line Cyrus made a bad experience way more bearable today. The tire was not overpriced. The service was in my opinion about and beyond what many other places would have done. Staying late on a Saturday night to help complete strangers is not usual. It was very appreciated. I can honestly say I recommend this business completely based on the experience there today.

This was certainly a pleasant visit. I didn’t have an appointment. I needed tires and new filters. They took care of all my needs and I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced. They were all very friendly ,kept me updated on my vehicle . I’m very impressed at the service I got. The wait time was way faster than I expected. I should have had an appointment this is not fair to them and other customers. I appreciate so much them taking care of me however if they couldn’t have gotten to me it would have been my own fault!! Thanks to all you guys . I appreciate your service so much!!

This place is a joke. I brought a $100,000 jeep there they scratched all my parts and left all my adjustment clamps loose after doing a wheel alignment And two ball joints they left completely cocked that should’ve been straight if they didn’t know how to do the work they should’ve just left it alone. Do not bring your vehicle here biggest bunch of incompetence I’ve ever seen.

Jimmy was the one I spoke to on the phone. He was so helpful to get me into the shop on a Sunday not to mention the fact that I was from out of town actually out of state and I did not know what I was doing or where to go. I felt like I could trust them at fire stone. Jimmy was letting me know it was going to take a minute and he would get me in as soon as possible knowing that I had a 8 1/2 hour drive back to my state. I didn’t catch the girls name that worked there as well, but she was so friendly and they were just so nice . Their knowledge was impeccable. They made my drive home safe for me and my little 14-year-old. It rained all the way home and my child was safe because of y’all. Thank you with everything I am thank you.

I had a horrible experience idk why I didn't just turn around from the start this guy was so dry, and short with me he didn't offer any help or ask me did I have any questions about my tires he tried to overcharge me soon as I came in for a disposable fee after he clearly heard my husband say over the phone he was coming to pick up the tires this man said oh well you need to get them now we about to close which was a lie cars was still coming in also he had his mechanics put the tires in my backseat😡 I was in a ghosty lobby for hours with nobody in it this man went on to play on his phone and brush through his beard with his hands and pluck his beard he didn't even want to give me a receipt for paying for my tires he acted like my presence bothered him when I never even been to this store .if I could give O stars I would this place has no friendly staff no hospitality refreshments nothing but a money yanking dry salesman you will not get no booklet or anything about your car or NOTHING!!! It's crazy I wouldn't recommend nobody here then soon after I got the tires I had glue spray texture all around the rim it was a sure enough messy job and my traction light came on soon as I left out the lot! Very tenanted technicians and will help you to meet your needs. Better, book an appointment. Saw a ton of loyal customers. That speak their professionalism. Big plus, are they open on Saturdays and Sunday too!
