Aaron was of great service to me today helping me get my vehicle out of a snow/ditch. He was very professional and made me feel confident in his work. No damage no mistakes made he was an Amazing hard dedicated worker!
I was so pleased with the service I received from Jasmere of Gray's Towing last Saturday evening. He arrived very quickly and went right to work to help me get the car started and on my way. Jasmere was a very polite, knowledgeable and encouraging person.
My Ford Escape needed a quick tow, and I’m happy to say that Gray’s Towing was extremely punctual and reliable. Hunter was the tow driver who helped me, and he truly went above and beyond—he took his time, was very kind, and it was clear he genuinely cares about making sure the vehicles he tows arrive safely and without any issues.
Hopefully I won’t need another tow anytime soon, but if I ever do, I know exactly who I’m calling: Gray’s Towing!
Had an issue with my vehicle late yesterday afternoon and didnt feel safe to drive it to the dealer. Contacted Gray's and they were able to come right out to my location and get it loaded up for a tow. Nick was kind, knowledgeable, and made an otherwise crummy situation less stressful. Would definitely recommend Gray's if you find yourself needing a tow!

Thanks Grays Towing for quick fast service. Was from out of town and some how my suv had locked with the keys in it ( when it isn’t suppose to) they had me back in the vehicle quick.
I went through my USAA roadside assistance app due to having a dead battery this morning. I am highly impressed at the speed in which Gray's towing contacted me and even more impressed in how quickly they arrived. Daniel was very sweet and personable and this interaction solidifies Grays for anything I need in the future as well as letting my roadside assistance company know how pleased I am.
Very good, responsive, reasonable prices. Kevin, my tow driver extracted my boat with a broken trailer wheel from under my carport. It was something to behold, every move carefully planned and skillfully executed in slow deliberate moves. It was a beautiful thing to watch. Thanks again Kevin.
I called Grays Towing due to a car issue where I needed it towed to Import Services in Greenville. Kevin showed up in 20 mins was professional informative and got the car loaded quickly along with making sure it was delivered by personally speaking to the shop staff

Eric came within minutes of me calling even tho it was 5 am and was very polite and professional and was able to tow the truck out carefully and effectively 5star will call again if I ever need a tow definitely recommend
We just got our dump truck pulled out of a ditch by Corey. He was great! Prompt and helped us immediately. Hopefully we never need any kind of service like this again but when it happens, we are definitely calling Grays towing. Corey deserves a raise!
My mom and I were doing Uber deliveries and we delivered to a poorly lit neighborhood with really deep ditches, and it was a little hard to see so we got stuck in a ditch at such a steep angle that my mother who was in the driver's seat couldn't open the door. We called AAA and they connected us to Grays, the tow guy called shortly after and he was really nice at first and said it would be about 30 minutes and we thought everything was good, then he called back to ask if all 4 tires were on the ground because he claimed AAA won't cover the tow if any of the tires were off the ground (which we found out later from a AAA agent that's actually not their policy, and it's at the discretion of the towing company) and we did have a tire off the ground, he then said they could do it if we had $80 but we struggle financially so we didn't have any money, in fact, we were doing deliveries that night just to be able to eat. He called back again asked if we had $40 or $50 and we said again we didn't have any but we could try to ask a family member to send us some through an app, but then they said it had to be cash, feeling defeated, I told my mom to get off the phone because there's nothing we can do and the tow guy heard me and with clear frustration in his tone, he stated "I mean, this is coming out of MY pocket," as if to imply we had the other half, but we just didn't want to pay it (just an assumption) and that he was helping and really didn't want to but we didn't ask for his help, if you want help someone, do it because you want to and you feel it in your heart, not with resentment. Don't help someone if you don't want to but don't make them feel bad about it if you do choose to help. Anyways, to conclude this long review he then claimed he would talk to his boss and see what he could do and hung up and never called back but due to the kindess of the residents of the neighborhood we were stuck in, one of them used their pick up truck and a strap to pull us out with no problem all while one of the tires was off the ground. So for some people this place is good but our experience was awful.
My car broke down in a high traffic area on the road this morning. I called Grays, admittedly a little panicked & the woman who answered couldn’t have been kinder or more efficient. The driver who was dispatched communicated clearly, arrived quickly & confidently did his job. I was inwardly concerned about being able to afford it but was pleasantly surprised at the incredibly reasonable price. I felt like I was in very good hands in a crappy situation. Absolutely would recommend them!

Robert Outlaw was outstanding. My son had a flat tire over in Vanceboro! He was very kind to my son and efficient. Anytime I call State Farm we usually end up with Gray’s! I have NEVER had issues with them!
Unfortunately I needed a tow twice in one week. I am glad it was Grays that came. Both drivers Matt and Chris were there quickly. They were professional and courteous as well. If you need a tow, I would definitely recommend them.
Randy was the locksmith that showed up to unlock my car. He showed up within 20 mins and unlocked my car in 2 mins. Reasonably priced, quick, and polite. I highly recommend them.
My car was towed by Greys and was in their lot for around two and a half months. Upon initial contact they wanted almost $4000 to release my vehicle. I know they are allowed to charge this by law but that much for my vehicle just being “stored” is ridiculous. They eventually settled for $1000 and were paid. I went to collect things from my vehicle and while I was doing so was approached by a Havelock cop who informed me that I had a warrant for my arrest because of an unpaid ticket. When I asked how they knew I was there he told me that “someone” called the sheriffs department and told them where I was. Later that day Greys towed my vehicle back to New Bern and just left it on the side of the street. They should be aware that it is illegal to leave a car on a public street without valid tags. Take this as a warning about how this business operates.
I have Geico and they used Grays Towing. Had great updates of when the tow truck was coming and technician was very friendly. I would use these guys again.
This company is amazing. I e used them a few times over the years, but this past time exceeded expectations. During a tropical storm they came out and towed me home for an incredibly reasonable rate after encountering storm debris that took off my front bumper! I highly recommend their services!
Chris Corbit was fantastic, very nice and professional. Quickly loaded up and car and dropped me off in what turned out to be a challenging spot. He spent the time to put the car so I would be able to work on concrete and not in the dirt. I am very thankful he took the time to do that.

There are no words to express how awesome this company is. To be called out at 10 p.m., it was muggy hot, muddy, and not to mention the minimal amount of lighting to have to work with, and no damage to my vehicle, says alot about how great this company is!!
Tommy who was sent out to assist, was amazing. He was professional and kind, considering the situation and working conditions, he kept positive and was able to keep our nerves at bay!!

We called AAA and they sent Gray's to us. Scott was the driver and was great. We were in a bad spot and he was able to get us loaded quickly. He dropped our truck by our garage in the back. He's super friendly, knew what he was doing and got us taken care of quickly. I highly recommend using Gray's and if you get Scott L. I'm know you'll be happy too. Absolutely the best towing company I have experienced to date. Our daughter broke down last night so we of course went to her. I put in a request for a tow home and they were literally at my car in 15 min. The gentleman was professional, kind and all around great! Will will definitely be using them again if we need a tow again.
