Easiest 5 Star rating I’ve ever given and I very very rarely give a review. But this Leonard’s Track Outfitters goes above and beyond in their customer service. Will definitely recommend to everyone to this Leonards and be back in the future. I needed to have my camper top taken off that I had bought from Leonard. They stored it while my truck is getting painted. Nate took care of storing it for me.
I needed some accessories to my truck to pull a fifth wheel. I went to Leonard and they were very easy to deal with to find what I needed, ordered them, received them timely, and installed them on the day that was set.
The team at Leonard’s in New Bern went above and beyond for me. They were very patient and worked multiple times with the manufacturer to obtain a viable swap out for a discontinued part. They were able to get my motorized running boards working again, saving me probably well over 1000 dollars. They are awesome!

We purchased a bi folding cover for the bed of a Nissan Frontier Pro. Very sturdy/solid. We can ride down the street with cover in the locked open position or partial. It's lockable which is important to us. Sealing around the front and rear of the truck was professionally done. Excellent job all around.
A little expensive, but confidence on the install and quality of the product make up the difference. All the guys we met were smiling and friendly. It is a rarity these days.
Love this local New Bern business! Great job installing a hitch to the front of our Jeep for flat towing. The results look clean and professional. Nate ordered all the parts we needed and spent the time to go through it all with us, explaining how to hook up the hitch and brake system. Also, we appreciate the military discount offered. I came to have a base plate installed for my 2024 Chevy Trax so I could flat tow it. It is one of the new flat towable vehicles on the market. So there is no plug and play wiring harness available as of yet. They were professional and helpful even though the wiring install for the car lighting was very difficult. They were patient, knowledgeable and prevailed and got me all set to go and tow. Im very pleased with their work. Thanks Nate, Mitch and James for getting it done.
Great experience. I will definitely be doing future business here! I had a bed cover installed out of state which I unfortunately had an issue with a year and a half later...when I called the original installer he gave me a bit of a run around (I was prepared to make the drive to him) Fortunately, I found Leonard Truck outfitters! When I stopped by and explained my situation they didn't hesitate. They got me right in and got the situation handled! They went above and beyond my expectations. Every person there is knowledgeable and professional. They certainly made ease to what could have been a huge headache for me.

I still can not get over how amazing of a job these guys did! I get excited everytime I look at the truck 😅. It has to be one of the cleanest installs I've seen for sure. I had a vision and ideas about how I wanted this to turn out and they listened and then blew it out of the park. I can not be any happier with it its freaking perfect. It looks so clean up there. This was a cheaper roof rack kit that I had bought aftermarket elsewhere and didn't necessarily come with everything it should have in it. They went above and beyond to make this kit look like one of the more expensive ones. They could have just tossed it up there and left it but no they are very professional and went and changed some things on the rack and added some stuff to make it look better than a factory install and perform better than it came. It is now better than I could have ever asked for and I'm excited to put it to use on the trails and show it off to everybody. Thanks again guys!! I'll definitely be coming back for other stuff!
