Incredible experience. I had an emergency where my brake caliper was locked up, after being harassed by the manager at AutoZone for attempting to repair in the parking lot, the guys at Advanced helped me and even let me use their tool cart. They were friendly and helped me out. Arther would periodically check on us while we were fixing it to assure we had what we needed and Seth and Mrs. Peggy helped us out with parts and finding the right tools. I'm 3 hours away from home and they literally saved the day. Thanks Guys

I was just driving by and thought that it would be a smart idea to buy new windshield wiper blades because mine were making a sound. So I stopped by Advance Auto Parts for help and I am glad I did. Arthur was the sales associate who helped me and he was perfect! What a great guy! He knew exactly where to go to get the right blades for my car, explained prices very well, answered all my questions, was quick, saved me money, and even put on the blades for me. All done within 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommended this Advance Auto Parts store to anyone looking for anything car related, especially for those people looking for windshield blades. And if you are there, try to have Arthur help you because he’ll make your trip there a great one! :)

Clerk helped me pull a code, was very informative, even though the code provided no definition. He recommended going to a mechanic instead of trying to sell me parts blindly. I appreciate thet!

Had to take my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to their James City location to check the alternator and see if it was charging correctly. Spencer was very helpful and friendly, which goes a long way today! It was nice to go somewhere and actually have help and be informed.

They are usually nice staff and always stocked and if they don't have it long as u order before ten am I believe it is you can usually get items that same day to the next morning but as most automotive parts stores I do not recommend any one take advice from a sales person on how to work on something , that has just been my general experience otherwise great place and staff

The staff was very helpful and nice. The part I needed was on a high shelf and they didnt hesitate to go grab a ladder, get it for me, and get me checked out in under 5 mins!

Brian was so helpful and knowledgeable when I came in needing new hubcaps for my car, and testing my battery when I was told by a dealership service department that it was going bad (and it wasn’t). He also reminded me that if something were to happen that I still have another year of warranty on it. Thank you for the honesty!

I was having some issues with my heat in my truck and I was told that it was due to low coolant more than likely. So I went to advanced auto and spoke with Brian one of the associates there and told him what I was told. He help me find the coolant that I need and even was nice enough to walk out to my truck and help me with pouring the coolant into my vehicle. That was what was wrong with my truck now my heat works perfect. Thank you Brian

Clean place got most of the stuff you need for regular and easier maintenance. Kind staff and I'm sure they would be helpful if you needed help with anything. Look out for the jokester

I always enjoy visiting autoparts stores and I like advance autoparts. They have everything I need and more and I enjoy browsing there and making solid purchases on product I can really use to make my vehicle better and my servicing go smooth and effectively. Knowledgeable staff and plenty of free tools and services to get you on the road to repair or customization. Call ahead or stop in you'll find everything you need.

While we couldn't find the parts for my older car, they really tried and didn't give up easily. They pointed us in the direction of places that might have the correct part. And they didn't have an attitude. We appreciate it :)

Amber was so polite and professional. Didnt need but an air freshener but still provided excellent customer service.

Not sure the name of our guy. Think its Eric. He was very kind. Worked quickly. He found our oil cap while switching out the battery to the truck. He welcome our pet. Professional and we will return.

Good auto parts store and helpful. Most locations are not very convenient to get to. Don't know how the merger with CarQuest is going affect the store... Service varies by store and time of day.

the folks in there or very helpful if they don't have the part in stock they will jump right on getting it for you very good people!!

I went in to get a light bulb for my headlight and there were eight people in line ahead of me and two employees working. I asked the man working the register if he could tell me how to put the bulb in and he just said Google it.

I can't say enough positive about this location. They are happy, knowledgable, and so helpful. I know nothing of cars and they never seem frustrated. They changed my car battery first thing in the morning before work, and it was quick and pleasant. As a single mother, I truly appreciate the resource instead of having to pay to an expensive garage.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Great help finding my part. All in all great customer service
